Getting a divorce is hard...being divorced can be pretty great though (if you have a good lawyer!) That's where Emily at Ellison Law came in for me. I had an extremely contentious and drawn out divorce due to my ex not wanting to cooperate and be civil. In times where it felt like my entire life way in full chaos, Emily's sound advice, level minded strategies, and keen awareness of the divorce process was my only saving grace. While divorce is ultimately painful, sad, expensive, and life-changing for everyone involved, having a good lawyer to help you through it and to help plan for what your life looks like after divorce is so critical, especially if you are divorcing someone who wants to make the process as difficult as possible. Emily had my back at every turn, she fought hard for me in court, and was so thoroughly prepared that it truly saved my life, the life I have now, the stability my kids have now. I had to put so much trust into Emily's guidance and knowledge of the system, and I'm so glad I did. She was thoughtful and kind, took the time to answer questions fully, explain processes to me, and think ahead for me (especially when all I could do was sometimes barely see through the day I was in). Gary Merenstein was very professional and knowledgeable regarding my particular situation. He deals with debt attorneys and litigation on a regular basis. Gary will take the time to review your information and case and give you the best advice he can on how to proceed and what to expect every step of the way. Gary knows the debt collection industry and how to deal with both the collectors themselves as well as their attorneys and adjuncts. He not only went out of his way to get me the best outcome possible but he tried to figure out all possible ways to make them pay ME for not following the rules and laws concerning debt collection possible. When Gary is on your side the opposing lawyers and collectors pay attention to your case more (in my experience, as I started the process pro se, representing myself, and they were unresponsive to my outreaches until I had Gary) and are more willing to negotiate a better settlement. I would highly recommend anyone that has debt collection letters, issues, or lawsuits to speak with Gary about them and he will advise you as to the best courses of action.

Bill Peterson and the MCPY staff took the stress and worry out of pursing our suit. The case involved jurisdictions in Colorado and Indiana. Initially, we attempted to handle the case ourselves. After several months of frustrating calls and emails with the company we were pursing, we retained MCPY.
We elected to meet in person with Bill (rather than virtually) who clearly explained our options and best courses of action. Immediately, MCPY collaborated with their contacts in Indiana and aggressively fought for our family to obtain an expedited and fair resolution.
As a retired police officer and former military, I wanted an honest but aggressive law firm to assist us. I was in a pretty severe car accident. The guy who hit me was completely at fault, and there were all sorts of difficult pieces to my case. Cam & Team spent hours and hours tracking things down and getting me the best possible result. I'd prefer to have never had the accident, obviously, but when live gives you lemons, you go see Cam, and he helps you make lemonade. I would completely recommend Cam & his team. I am so glad I found Cameron and his team after I was rear-ended by another vehicle during my work day.
I had just moved to a new city and was completely shaken up about the whole situation.
Cameron was diligent about pursuing all facets of care and medical attention after I had been injured from my accident.
My case was very complex and involved multiple insurance companies and I couldn't have found a better lawyer to take it on. I felt like I was taken care of every step of the way and my experience was made as stress free as possible so I could take time to heal.

Mr Levy represented me in a Federal misdemeanor charge. He was very knowledgeable about Colorado and Federal law pertaining to my case. I was well informed through e-mail, phone calls and face to face throughout all of it. During court appearances Mr Levy was very professional, curtious, ambitious and ready to fight for me. This was a very stressful time as I could have lost my career license if I was charged, not to mention all the additional costs and classes I would have had to take. Mr Levy had a calming presence that was very reassuring. I feel he went above and beyond for the price he charged. He was able to get my Federal charges completely dropped! I would highly recommend Mr Levy to any one. I thought he did such a great job that I have engaged him to do some additional work on a possible bankruptcy. He has been talking with creditors and making negotiations to determine if I even need to file. Scott's be an incredible source of support and information to me over the last couple of years. Everything from reviewing my contract to advising me about sticky client situations and potential business partnerships. AND I've never had to hire him - yet. I had a vehicle accident in 2020. It is now late 2023 and I can't tell if this case is still on going. They lack communication. I had a lawyer work with me up til the part they negotiate and then he goes quiet. The law firm ends up firing him. And now I'm with a new attorney and he hasn't said nothing other then an email stating who he was and that he's taking over my case. 0/10. Would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
