I meet Will today while sitting in the EEOC office. I watched how he came to the office for 2 clients to get the EEOC papers for them, and overheard the brief conversation. I was very impressed.
It's been a long time since I've come across an attorney that takes the time and go the extra steps for their clients. I know because I am a Rule 31 listed mediator to work on Civil cases, Family cases, and specially trained for Domestic Violence cases.
I immediately asked for his name and number to handle my case. He took the time to talk to me without rushing. That's what you call a real go getter, serious about his work and clients.
First impressions is everything. He gave me eye to eye contact, a strong hand shake, and a good luck. Although I haven't got the chance to meet with Will as his client I can give him 5 stars right now. I will be calling him tomorrow.
After the meeting, I'll 5 star the keep me informed.

I was in a motorcycle accident earlier this year. The last thing you want to worry about when you are trying to recover from inuries like that is paperwork and dealing with insurance companies. Joel was on it only a few days after the accident and within just 6 months I had a check in my hand. I was facing a felony charge outside of Nashville and scared. After calling them, they took over my case and quickky put my mind at ease. Fast forward to my cout date, I was sure I was facing some jail time, a large fine and would have a criminal record that would always haunt me. I was going to be labeled a felon. I was in some serious trouble, but they did what they said they would. They got my charges dropped and my record expunged, And after everything was said and done, I walked out of court a free man. My Wife and I lost a company back in 2010, not sue to us, but because a banker that singed our business loans was thrown in prison for embezzeling money. We both signed a personal guarantee for a lease for accounting software. Years later, the creditor pursued us heavily. They garnished wages, filed liens on our houses and threatened all kinds of other things. I hired an Attorney to negotiate a settlement prior to getting Glen involved and they failed. I was hesitant to hire another Attorney for the same thing and was contemplating bankruptcy. My Wife and I hire Glen, through a recommendation. We met with him one time and hired him shortly after. Glen worked with me the entire way and negotiated a very fair settlement agreement. We signed the agreement today and now I will be making payments. Once the settlement agreement is paid, my Wife and I will have our lives back again. I would like to thank Glen for all of his hard work to get this resolved. I would absolutely hire Glen again. I retained Pam to represent me for an order of protection and a divorce filing. For both hearings she would not return calls or meet with me until one day prior and so was not well prepared for the case. When we did meet, she gave me a list of twenty or so documents to come up with by the very next day, in triplicate, which I was unable to do. When I emailed her documents she would frequently say she never received them and she showed up to court late and without any evidence. She would file things without consulting me so I never knew what was going on in my case. She suggested strategies that sounded good but then never followed through with them. She consistently responded to my voice mails and emails by emailing me with "so it sounds like you're saying…" and then following with the exact opposite of what I had said. I would not recommend this attorney.
