From being upfront about what the costs would include, why not to go with much cheaper, online options, and then the follow-through, I was in good hands the entire time. Quite Frankly, I can't think of a better attorney in the state of New Jersey than Phil Stern. He got my case dismissed against one of the biggest collection Law Firms in the business and a Judge who always seemed to side with the collectors. I thought I hadn't a bats chance in h*ll. I signed on to the suit thinking it was my last hope. I was so happy I framed the dismissal letter. I can't recommend Phil Stern enough!!!!

I was living in California, and I found Stacey Wolfe via a Google search. To my surprise, she answered the call herself. I'd been led to believe I would need an attorney's services to get out of a purchase agreement I had signed for a mobile home in New Jersey (where I'm originally from). Well, within a few minutes my problem was solved. Turns out all I had to do was to write a short email, and Stacey told me exactly what to write. With just a few freely-given words, she had saved me a lot of time and money. And she didn't even know who I was yet! The informal conversation gravitated to the area in New Jersey I was then considering moving to, and Stacey freely shared enough information with me about that specific area to help me realize I would not be happy living there. Again, Stacey had saved me a lot of time and money. She saved me from making a major life mistake. And I wasn’t even a client or “on the clock” yet! I walked into John's office one day after finding out that my landlord was charging me more than the legal rent-controlled rent. John was incredibly well versed in landlord-tenant law, rent control in particular, and immediately filed a lawsuit for treble damages under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. We ultimately prevailed and I recovered more than three times the amount that I was overcharged, plus all of my attorney fees. I first contacted John when I found out that my landlord had overcharged me for my rent-controlled apartment. He was very well versed in rent control law, and advised me to sue under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. In less than one year, the landlord paid me three times the amount that I was overcharged and all of my attorney fees. I had used Mr Tedeschi for my personal Bankruptcy, and referred him to my friend Mr MacDonald who had tickets from Arizona from 1980 !!!! They wanted well over $2000 for a parking ticket!
Mr Tedeschi was able to contact the municipal Court out there in Arizona and have them come to a reasonable agreement.

Going to Court can be a very intimidating and expensive proposition and I have had some bad experiences.
But, that was not the case working with Joseph D. Sullivan.
In addition to being a very experienced trial litigator, Joe had a very good “bedside manner.” I felt very comfortable discussing my legal matter with Joe and working with him in general.
I felt that he was honest in his billing and very upfront about the cost. Joe could think well on his feet and made the process understandable for me.
I don’t want to go to Court again, but if I had to, I would not hesitate to work with Joe again.

Mr. Gruen represented me as Special Counsel in a Chapter 13 adversary proceeding contesting the enforceability of a mortgage on my home.
He won the case and set precedent concerning the Statute of Limitations under the Fair Foreclosure Act. The decision was reported on the front page of The Record. The Bank/Servicer filed an appeal of the decision and he is representing me in the appeal.

I sincerely mean everything I am about to say about Ed Kelleher, and I have extremely high expectations of my legal council which was exceeded by Ed. My case was a federal non-competition, non-solicitation and trade secrets case my prior employer filed against me. Large company with a lot of money. Ed proved to me he was very knowledgeable and experienced in these areas. He is excellent at analyzing the situation, foreseeing each possible outcome to determine what steps should be taken, and when, to achieve what we wanted. He is very level headed, and he does not let emotion dictate what action is needed in a case.
