My wife and I attended a seminar about Estate Planning put on by FCLL. Morgen explained the differences between wills and trusts in simple terms. We scheduled a meeting with Morgen to setup a trust. Prior to the meeting, we were directed to a website where FCLL collected all kinds of data used in the creation of the Trust. When we sat down with Morgen to discuss everything, it was efficient (due to prior data collection) and easy. My wife and I felt at-ease with Morgen and confident that she was looking out for our best interests.
I decided to set up a trust because my mother set one up and gave me the paperwork I would need when she passed. The trust made everything simple fo rme (as the trustee). No need for a lawyer at the time of mom's passing. Since I was the trustee, everything was simple.
I would suggest that everyone setup a trust if you have any assets in your estate and if you are local, by all means go see Morgen.

My experience with Shapiro Legal Group PLLC WAS GREAT. I must say the representative that called me was very nice and he made me feel comfortable with the whole process and explained in detail how everything went from here. There's no amount of money that could buy out the suffering with headache's and everything else that goes along with the tumor, but the people (same people who made some COVID injections) (Pfizer) let millions of women get the Depo- Provera shot for over a decade while neglecting to label the side affect that it could cause brain tumors. At least they could do is compensate/ Settle out of court with us women who did develop a brain tumor due to their negligence

Long overdue review! Mehdi is truly an amazing lawyer who cares. I had a complicated family court case while simultaneously an ongoing criminal case with my abusive ex. I was in postpartum and it was the beginning of separation. I was very hyper vigilant and probably not the easiest to deal with, but Mehdi fully supported me through both cases. He took my life chaos with stride. He always fought hard for me in the court room. He even advocated for me to the ADA in the separate criminal case pushing the case further than it would have without him. I sometimes had to remember he was my lawyer and not my therapist! He gave me so much advice and honestly strength. Sharing a child with an abuser is no fun. We did get everything we asked for in Family Court which was such a relief. It wouldn’t have happened with any other lawyer, only Mehdi. I truly believe that. After Family Court ended he contacted me to check in and show support. He has worked with many women who have experienced DV so he gets it. Hopefully we don’t end up back in Family Court, but if we do He’s our GoTO… If he will have us again. Ha. Ha. We love you Mehdi!

During the covid period I was in a mess operating my business. Our creditors refused to offer any payment facilities. In desperation we had reached out to Attorney Jeb Singer for advice.

It isn’t my intention to make my review this long, but it’s the only way to truly share my experience. I’ll pay it forward. After months of contemplating, researching the subject and reaching the conclusion I’m truly in the worst of financial troubles, I still wasn’t 100% sure if I could or should go through with bankruptcy. I wasn’t there yet. I was terrified at the thought. Enter Mr. Singer. The first thing was the website. It was very different than most. It’s put together right. It’s not intimidating. So I called the number. To my surprise Mr. Singer picks up the phone. Not an answering machine or secretary or anything. He doesn’t know me and is talking to me like I’m a family member. Like his grandson or son. He spoke to me about ME. With dignity and respect. Not about money or what I did wrong. Not about My mistakes. But is this action now apart of my life’s journey? I recently had a judgment against me for almost $9,000. I contacted Arthur Lebedin after I read some great reviews about him on the internet and within a few short months he was able to settle my judgement by almost 70%!!! I ended up only having to pay $3,000 of the almost $9,000. They also made it so I could pay installments of only $75 a month till the $3000 is paid off! In all truth, I bumped into dialogue with Counselor Houslanger completely by accident, under the erroneous impression that his firm was the latest to inherit an old judgment, presumed to be still in effect and in force, naming my mother as the Defendant, while in truth and in fact he was NOT the Counsel of Record. Nevertheless, he gave me an audience, he asked me for the Index #, he had the means and the desire to take some initiative in researching some basics about this old story, and as fate would have it, my mother's old judgment had been ordered to be vacated some five years earlier in a certain class-action matter. Counselor Houslanger then went out of his way to offer some basic instruction for the proper Pro Se steps to remedy the judgment in the Court of the first instance, which I imagine would have worked nicely if the Court staff at my mother's venue understood the procedure as well as he himself does. Bureaucrats seldom see beyond the scope of their own responsibilities, however. This attorney possesses a keen insight to the needs and concerns of ALL with whom he speaks, whether he's getting paid to listen and respond or not. And as long as he doesn't have any equity or interest in the other side of the case or docket, I'll call Todd Eric Houslanger before I call anyone, whether the matter to be addressed is a traffic summons, a criminal arrest, a debtor judgment, a divorce proceeding, a CBP Global Entry Reconsideration Hearing, a charge under the Espionage Act of 1917, or even a FISA Court matter. Regardless whether he'd be equipped and/or inclined to represent and/or to assist in the representation, this is clearly a man whose interactions are ALWAYS a matter of consequence. My only regret is that I encountered this man some seven years after my brother was crushed to death by a subway train. If there weren't so many liens pending in the current cause of action already, I'd fire all current counsel yesterday, and hire Todd Eric Houslanger today, without even checking his record of decisions in such matters. He knows the law; he knows procedure; and most importantly: he knows to treat EVERYONE well, and to speak to EVERYONE with respect, DESPITE the fact the ones with whom he speaks DO NOT have a title or even a degree. THIS one's an ATTORNEY people. NOT a fast-talking, used-car salesman with a license to practice law. NOT some JD who passed the Bar, and believes his license GIVES him license to be ill-mannered. I'm fully mindful that his fortes are in prosecuting debt collection, and in defending traffic-related and criminal matters. But once every great while, a man comes along who is so brilliant, so personable, and so well-mannered, that one truly cannot tell what is beyond the abilities of Todd Eric Houslanger's legal acumen, unless and until one discusses the matter WITH him, and dares to ask if he can help. Some 40 years ago I dared to debate William Rehnquist when I was a high school senior. Anyone familiar with that name should understand what I mean when I say that Counselor Houslanger is a genuine attorney, and a brilliant, well-mannered, and thoughtful gentleman.
