My husband passed away cutting my income into half & I was unable to pay my credit card bill. They were suing me for over $3200. I contacted Tadross Law. George was great. Initially great experience working with Lydia to draft custody doc quickly. But it’s worth noting that she does not have experience with domestic violence or cross jurisdictional custody. Really key items were left out of the custody document which I didn’t realize until almost two years later. When I reached out to her about it, she didn’t respond. There was no way for me to know these items needed to be included— that was her job. This is the type of mistake that means my child will grow up without knowing my family. It’s pretty serious and will cost me a lot of money to fix. If you’re looking for someone with experience protecting you and your family from a high conflict ex, I would recommend paying for a more experienced attorney who will go to bat for you.

Recognizing that my debt was growing for a number of reasons I was left to deal and seek out solutions. I have enlisted the services of Esquire Christopher Carr on multiple occasions.
Every time Chris has been very efficient and successfully completed the tasks.
Chris takes the extra time to communicate and collaborate with me making sure I am
satisfied with his work.
One example is that I had an offer from an agency to purchase my timeshare that I no longer
wanted. The offer was presented very professionally and appeared to legitimate. Chris and
I collaborated together on investigating the agency. Chris spent considerable time and
research and was able to determine that the agency was not legitimate and was an elaborate
scam. This saved me a lot of time, money, and frustration had I done this alone.
Another example of Chris's expertise was getting all my and my fiancee's wills and power of attorney
documents completed in a timely fashion.
Most recently Chris assisted me in getting my Property Tax re-assessment completed.
I highly recommend enlisting Chris for a wide variety of legal matters.

I had a concern about a credit card issue that a judgement for it was issued that was never brought to our attention. I google subject to find out options and came across Greg's info. I sent an email to him asking for advise. Not only did he give advise but took it upon himself to investigate further and was able to come up with a solution. He did this on his own time and did not accept compensation. What attorneys today do that? Speaks volumes.

I sent a request to Mr. Artim over a weekend and he actually emailed me back!! I have never had a lawyer contact me on a weekend when they are supposed to be enjoying their time off. I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of the specific company I had an issue with and was able to resolve my problem within 10 days. I cannot stress that if you have any issues with a debt collector whether it’s your debt or not yours Mr. Artim is the go to guy. If I ever have an issue again he will be the first person I contact. I spoke with several attorneys to discuss what my options were for filing bankruptcy with a specific focus on discharging my school loans. I was aware that school loans are extremely difficult to discharge if not impossible. I met with Joe twice and knew right away he was the one I should go with. With high hopes we began the process right away as time was of the essence in my case. He knew exactly what steps needed to be taken and in the most effective order in which the steps were to be completed. There were several components to my case as we were trying to discharge private and federal student loans along with the general bankruptcy discharge. He was also able to stop my garnishment right away. He gave me great advice during our initial meeting as well as throughout the process. His paralegal Melissa was also fantastic. If I couldn't get in touch with Joe, Melissa was always available to correspond with me. She is very knowledgeable and is great at what she does! When it was all said and done my general bankruptcy got approved without a hitch and then came word that my student loans were being dismissed. This was a huge burden that was drowning me for quite some time and the amount of stress weighing on me from these debts was immeasurable! Joe contacted me to discuss specifics before signing anything and a couple weeks later I got an official Order in the mail from the judge confirming that I owed nothing more on my student loans. Words cannot describe the relief I felt receiving that order. My case is now closed and I owe zero debt. I was able to keep ownership of my home and every penny of past debt has been discharged, including both private and federal student loans. I can't thank Joe enough for what he has given back to me. I highly recommend Joe Quinn and I'm so happy I chose him. Not many attorneys have experience with discharging school loans. He knew from our first meeting the steps that needed to be taken and what would be entailed. And in the end he was successful. Highly highly recommend!

I happened to call Nancy looking for a female lawyer to help me with a medical malpractice case. I had a property that I was renting for quite a while close to 8 years making no money on it and dreaded foreclosure. When I finally reached the point that I needed to give up on it I did an internet search because I did not nowhere to turn. I came across Steven bottliglieri. He had some pretty good reviews and I thought I would give him a shot. He was able to adjust my foreclosure to the time frame that I needed. I feel that his pay rate was very reasonable. He often took emails and calls without charging me. Now after 3 years, my choice to prolong the foreclosure, he not only settled my claim completely without any further pay to the bank. I feel like he always answered my questions and he was always able to work with me when I had a little trouble switching jobs and needed to work out a payment plan. I never met him which I know is a scare for a lot of people but I will tell you he did everything he told me you would do and I feel like a little more I will always recommend him. -MJB

Regarding my representation in a nightmare tenant-landlord dispute, John Spadaro not only took on my case and listened closely to the important facts but also fought hard to find a proper resolution keeping my best interests in mind. From start to finish, John was knowledgeable and understanding and helped get my previous nightmare landlord-realtor to reach a fair and amicable agreement despite her best attempts at trying to damage my character in any way that she could.
A quick resolution was paramount for me to put a very largely detrimental problem behind me and ease the financial worry and complications I've had to endure due to the gross negligence and harassment of this prior landlord that I had known for less than two months.
