I was involved in a collision with an uninsured motorist in Fall 2023. At the advise of a friend, I contacted Andrew Cherin to assist me with the claim mediation with both my auto insurance and my health insurance. He was able to claim me the maximum payout from my auto insurance, and got my health insurance to waive any reimbursement out of the auto claim! I am positive things would not have gone as well as they did without his help. I pray that I never need his services again, but for sure know that he's the one I would call if I do!

Our business is very niche, so our legal requirements are can be complex, unusual and take time. Frank streamlines the legal process, helps us make strong Legal and Business decisions. More importantly they have help us collect on Tens of Thousands of dollars of Loss of Use revenue and damage claims.

To start with, Jamie was referred by my auto accident lawyer. Jamie was highly recommended by him. Jamie helped me get my finances/assets in order in case of litigation. My insurance claim adjustor said that with Jamie's name attached, the other law firms took notice! Jamie not only got my financialaffairs in order, he worked with my auto claim lawyers. Jamie was not only professional, he was very sympathetic and understanding and assisted me with a situation I had never dealt with. I was so fortunate to have Jamie in my corner. I had an issue with a collection agency. I was referred to Sam via Legal Aid because I actually had a case against the collection agency and didn't even know it! He helped me understand the complexities of my case, handled everything, made no decisions with my consent, and safeguarded me through the process. I felt protected. My journey with this collection agency was years long, but Sam had experience with them and knew how to deal with them. He never pushed me to make a decision one way or the other. We discussed all of my options and moved forward only after I felt comfortable with the information provided and was sure about the next step. He is hard working, thorough, generous with his knowledge so that I had full understanding, patient, respectful, and kind. You won't find a better attorney.

Mr. Sutherland was amazing!! I had worked with another attorney for over a year who did not help me or listen to my needs! Within 4 weeks of hiring Tim, he had changed my situation for the better!!! He always called me back (often calling me before I had a chance to call him) and was very honest and realistic with my case. He took my case at the last minute was very understanding about finances. He put in SO much effort to learn my case inside and out in such a short time. Not often do you meet lawyers that honestly care! It is odd for me to say honesty and lawyer in the same sentence!! We interviewed many attorneys looking for someone to handle our bankruptcy. We are self-employed and in interviewing the other attorneys we received quotes from $10,000 to $50,000 because of the complexity. Larry was absolutely amazing for a few thousand, he was fast, efficient, and he answered all our questions and phone calls.
Now 4 years after our bankruptcy, we found liens on our title and Larry is once again handling our case, and removing these old judgment liens. I can't recommend him strongly enough.

I have worked with David since April of 2014 on a erroneous creditor collection that was destroying my credit. David helped me fight this major credit card company that "over reacted" to the collection mistake on my credit. In the 30 days it took to dispute the collection error of $100, the major credit card dropped my credit line, charged me insane interest rates and just like a game of domino's red flagged all my other credit cards to panic and do the same. I of course hired David and step by step he gave me the tools I needed to not only fight it but counter sue. It took 2 years of playing their game but in the end it was all worth it! I can't thank David enough and would and have referred to everyone I know, including family members.
In my line of work I have worked with many attorneys and David is in a class of his own. Endless Integrity which is so much appreciated and very hard to find these days! Thank YOU AGAIN DAVID! :)

My husband and I had an urgent legal matter that we needed assistance with. Our paperwork needed to be filed by Thursday so after calling a couple of attorneys I made an appointment with Steven for Wednesday morning. At 5pm on Tuesday someone from Steven's office called to cancel our appointment because "Steven and his wife need to be out of the office all day tomorrow". At this point it will be impossible to find someone who can handle our case with 1 days notice. As business owners ourselves I can't imagine doing this to a customer, especially one who is in urgent need of assistance.

I like to file a complaint. While speaking with a receptionist. She claimed you'd only been Open for 15 mins at 8:55pm then told me I can't speak to people like that and she hung up the phone. I'm trying to convey my problems and concerns and only get brushed off and told I'll get a call back.
I got a call back and saying I'll like to file a complaint and was told I'm not going to get into this again and was hung up on once again.
I was not using foul language and I was trying to be respectful. my worries are being passed over and my request are not being respected prior to the first hearing with Brittany.

Hello... I just drove from Issaquah to North gate to speak directly to this firm... the lady who is asian told me by phone I could come up to speak to her... Why because I need an lawyer.... I come up to 2nd floor and this asian guy open the door in a defensive position.... Darryl Parker they say is retiring... but regardless there are signs stating civil rights... And these folks who are asian working for this lawyer are very rude and seem to be uncomfortable when dealing with a blk man or just a man with no color who needs info on a lawyer... They claim to have more lawyers.. this is why I had came.... facts...

Erica doesn’t seem to know family law or the court system. Due her her negligence, my divorce case is drawn out an additional 4 months. I switched lawyers due to her excessive billing. After going through the court process with another attorney for comparison, I am more confident that Erica is lacking in knowledge and over bills for her time.
