I was refered to Emanuel by another attorney to handle my accident claim and i couldnt be happier. He handled my case with the utmost care. I wasnt comfortable with the doctor that i was using so Emanuel set me up with another doctor that was just wonderful. Of course one only needs an employment attorney when something bad has happened. I went home and googled employment attorneys. I have known Andrew Dansicker for several years and while I knew he was an attorney, I did not know his specialty. When Andrew’s name came up in my google search, I pulled up his web site. The kindness and warm feeling at a very dark time for me was all I needed to send in a request for a free consultation. Andrew was wonderful to work with, he was kind, caring, and responsive, he followed up, and he tried his best for me. In the end he was able to negotiate improved terms with my former employer. I hope you never need an employment attorney, but if you do I recommend Andrew Dansicker without reservation.

I spent quite a bit of time looking for a good lawyer with his specialties and once I learned about his experience and capabilities, I knew that I would not be satisfied if any other lawyer were to take on my case. I am pleased to say that he accepted my case after our initial consultation phone call.
Morris knew exactly what was needed to win my case. Shortly after we submitted a specific statement that Morris told me to get, the agency signed a settlement agreement with me, in my favor. I would also add that Morris exceeded the amount of legal work performed compared to the fees for my case.
I highly recommend Morris and will be returning to him if I need legal assistance.

I went to Judd for a consultation where he was extremely knowledgeable. He was very upfront and honest about my case, not pushy about hiring him to take on my case, allowed my family and I privacy in a separate room to decide if we wanted to move forward with him. When I needed a lawyer against a big corporation, I looked everywhere and It was not easy at first unless I come up with big $$. I almost gave up until someone referred me to the Spencer Firm. Money was not an issue. They welcome me and listen to me. " We will help you" they said. I felt like 100 pounds came off my head. Deyka Spencer explained to me on the eye of the law what was possible and not possible, what I can expect going to court and/dealing with the company. She did not harrassed me for fees or money. They made it so easy I knew there that God Almighty sent her to me. She pulled the victory wit huh out even facing the judge. She knows the Law and my company knew that I had one of the best lawyer. Horrible law firm and horrible experience. FYI ERIK TYRONE IS NOT LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN MD OR DC which I found out later down the line. He lost his license to practice months before taking on my case and never once mentioned this. Mr Tyrone’s law office had my cases for OVER 500 days without even attempting to file any motions in court. He took on my case without informing me that my statue of limitation had already been exceeded. HE FORGED my signature on legal documents and then tried to drop me as a client which I did not agree to. 6 months previous to forging my signature on legal documents and turning them into DC Superior Courts he claimed the lawyer he had assigned to my case stopped working for the firm. I was never once told this when I called for updates, just given a bunch of lies. Tara will answer and tell you Erik is on his way into the office no matter what time of day it is. Whoever Sandra is is just as clueless and helpless as the rest of the staff. He uses his personal problems as excuses for lack of communication DURING BUSINESS HOURS. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!! His license should be revoked permanently. Negligent is an understatement. The whole office needs to be shut down!!!!!! Unprofessional janky law firm

Initial intake they said you only talk to a lawyer if you have a case.
I requested the lowest option for a consultation and waited.
They called back saying a lawyer wanted to speak to me which meant to me we had a case. Instead of the lowest price tier lawyer only the highest was available.
Around about the 50 minute mark lawyer tells me we have no case, and that he just needed information.
I feel swindled. Why not just ask for more information before the meeting with the lawyer?
