Brenda helped me with my unemployment cases. UI refused to Pay some claims and just royally messed up other claims for no rational reason. I have hired many attorneys for a variety of reasons and most are not worth their weigh in dirt. Brenda is NOT one of those, Brenda helped me with many administrative hearing. She was always professional and prompt. She knows the system and the ALJ's well. One hearing got lost. She fixed it. She helped speed up the process and cut the red tape. Out of 12 hearings we won all 12 hearings easy. The UI system in 2021 - 2022 is one Messed up arbitrary system of over worked amateurs. With Brenda's help I got all the money I was due. Late but I got it and I would never of survived the COVID years without those funds. I would of been homeless. Brenda told me what I needed to know and how to present myself in the hearings. (Keep quiet, listen carefully and make your answers short and to the point.) Great advice. Brenda is a problem solver, without compromise and does not miss a beat. She thought of many things and strategies I would of missed. Though we never met in person, I owe Brenda a drink and A hug. Going to miss you. James

I consulted with Peter Fox regarding a matter with my previous employer. I was able to meet with Peter in person without a fee or retainer which is rare with so many money hungry lawyers out there desperate to make a quick buck. Peter is very personable and makes you feel at ease with a clear understanding of your case without making you feel like you're asking dumb questions. He was busy with a deposition hours away, yet quickly responded. I needed to respond to my employer regarding a separation agreement within 24 hrs. He spent 45 minutes advising me on the phone to look at the big picture, rather than a quick fix (that would make him more $), showing genuine concern for my long term well-being without immediate secondary gains. Because he was unavailable, he have me a list of several other attorneys and encouraged that I get into see someone immediately. I really like the attorney he recommended. I could not have been more impressed with Peter and would recommend him to anyone in a heart beat.

I got to meet Attorney Sulton with Lynn Laufenberg for a multi vehicle collision accident last February where I was rear ended and three others by the same offender. His office and staff have been polite, professional and pleasant. Hired attorney Sulton for my case involving a hands down violation off multiple constitutional rights on videotape. Attorney Sulton was a waste. Multiple times he blew me off he was “out of town “. Did not explain things. Lack of communication. Spent thousands on him then after a year of him not doing anything with my case I finally got him to answer me and now my case price went from being not 10grand but now he wanted 50grand. He is an utter disgrace to law. I was completely disgusted how he treated me and handled my case. Representing me for a year spent thousands and he did absolutely Nothing but waste my time and money and mentally messed with my head in The Worst Time of my life. When I was in a situation I never would have thought I would be in. This attorney failed. He added to me mental anguishment. I put my trust and livelihood into this mans hands and completely failed.

I had a wrongful termination suit for which I hired Victor. My first question to him was whether it was worth going forward. His judgment was that it was--as it turned out he was wrong in that. But I had to pay for his miscalculation not him. I know there are no crystal balls that can see the future, but what was worse than his poor judgement is that he claimed an exorbitant number of hours which he did not discuss with me and I did not authorize. So not only did he lose my case, but he was consistently slow to respond in a fast moving situation, and I ended up getting over $6000 bill for his unauthorized work. I would only recommend him as a lawyer for somebody you dislike.
