I’m beyond grateful and thankful for meeting Mr. Cairone a few years ago. Words truly can’t thank him enough for everything he has helped me with. My husband passed away from a 100% service connected disability and I was at a loss at which direction to go after his passing for legal matters that needed addressed. Being a young widow I feel that many attorneys/lawyers took advantage of me when it came to all I was facing. I met Mr. Cairone in 2016, almost a year after my husband passed, and started opening up to him about the hurdles I was trying to go over with certain legal matters. He took to my story and without question told me to bring all the files to his house so we could go over everything and see how we could approach this case. He was very open, honest, and communicative through the entire process. He never gave up on me. He never took advantage of me. He was the greatest blessing that came into my life and put in so many hours of work on my case with my best interest always at the forefront. We were almost at the four year mark of my husbands passing and he reached out to me saying let’s give this a shot and file a lawsuit against this company. I almost didn’t do it because at this point I was discouraged by all the legal ups and downs I had dealt with to this point through other attorneys. He told me to sleep on it and advise by end of week. After a few conversations with my parents and much contemplation, I felt that if anyone was going to be able to help it would be Mr. Cairone. He worked diligently on the draft for the lawsuit and sent over for my review. I felt that it was above and beyond and an amazing chance to have in this case. The next day he sent me another draft (even though I approved the first haha) and again I was blown away by the thought and detail that went into this revised case that would be submitted. He filed the lawsuit and talked me through what could or couldn’t happen. He said this can take time, like it has to this point. He always kept in contact with me and kept me updated on everything that was going on. A few weeks after the suit was filed he called with a very positive call. He said that it looks like who we filed the lawsuit against wanted to settle out of court. I was blown away but not surprised because I felt the case he submitted was very meticulous with detail and an amazing representation of everything that my husband suffered through. Within a month and half total the case was settled and we won the settlement. The appreciation I have for Mr. Cairone is life changing. I faced many obstacles on my own after my husbands passing. Mr. Cairone 100% changed my life. He has allowed me the opportunity to pick myself up from all that I’ve been trying to rebuild since my husbands passing. And again, he never gave up on me. I can’t recommend Mr.Cairone enough. If I ever run into another legal matter I will contact him without a doubt for advice or representation. Thank you so much Mr. Cairone for changing my life. You have blessed me and I hope to bless people the way you do until I’m no longer on this earth.

After lost hope and frustrations I was put in contact with Attorney Cairone. I had a consult regarding my legal issues and subsequently was retained. Attorney Cairone from the beginning was empathetic, professional and extremely knowledgeable in his field of expertise. Throughout the entire process there was excellent communication and explanation of what was occurring. Attorney Cairone would send appointments reminders, documentation was able to be signed and sent using online programs. Email and phone communication was always prompt and Attorney Cairone would always advise the next available time he could be reached. Laura Mattiacci, Console Mattiacci Law, participated in my in my lawsuit during the trial preparation phase of my case in age discrimination and retaliation case against my former employer. Along with the my attorney, Rahul Munshi, she served as trial attorney in federal court in a jury trial, which ended with a verdict in my favor. Honestly, I was deceived by her sweet and gentle manner, with which I was familiar that was outside of the court room. The court room persona, which she embodied at the trial took me by surprise and I was counting my lucky stars for not having to be cross-examined by a skillful, knowledgeable and assertive litigator. I hired Console Law to represent me in a C.E.P.A. claim. Laura Mattiacci was a part of the team that represented me in court and she did a fantastic job. The trial took place over five days and Ms. Mattiacci was the lead litigator. During this process and the trial period she remained professional, engaged and very supportive of me as her client. After I was wrongfully accused in a noise violation case Laura not only defended me she researched the illegality of the "animal house" law perpetuated by SIC police and other resort areas throughout the country! She was prepared to present her case (a guaranteed W) in NJ Supreme Court. Her legal dynamic was so feared the prosecuting attorney withdrew his charge prior to higher court and I was exonerated.

Attorney Franko was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring during the events of my case. I had previously hired an experienced attorney from a well-known area firm, and had I continued to retain his services over Attorney Franko's, not only would I have lost financial compensation, I would have incurred increased bodily damage from a misdiagnosed spinal injury that he discouraged a second opinion on. Rahul Munshi represented me in an employer discrimination case over a period of 4+ years, which ended in federal court jury trial with a verdict in my favor. While the process for a plaintiff is demanding and frightening, Mr. Munshi supported me over four years to resolve my complaint against my former employer. When you pick a Console Mattiacci Law, you will have the support of each member of the firm cheering for you. Stephen Console was present for a pretrial conference and the day of the trial for jury selection. Weeks before trial date, I learned that Laura Mattiacci would serve as co-counsel for the trial. Austin thoroughly spent a few weeks evaluating whether I had a case or not and told me which one out of the affected moreso had a case. He told me the risks of getting into a case and the repercussions legally for me. He also told me about a path forward in the case for me. He respects his business and his clients and it’s a good balance. He is super approachable as well. He is very realistic but not in a cruel way.

Lou is the best attorney hands down. The first day I came to Lou I asked him what is my worse case scenario? He responded "I don't have worse case scenarios" A man of his word, I was acquitted of all charges in less than a year after fighting two gun charges. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had. First they’ve had several lawyers on my case and the only way that I found out about it was if I called them, they took 3 years to get medical records that I got for them within 3 days!! They never call or email you until you have to call them and be firm about your case. I’ve never dealt with a firm that doesn’t call or reach out to you ever unless you call them first!! Now it’s been right at 4 years waiting on my case to be over and they’ve waited all these years to tell me a couple of months ago that I may not be physically getting the money anyway and when I spoke to the lawyer 5 months ago he told me that the case would be over in 1-2 months and it’s still ongoing almost 6 months later, I was also told 2 months ago that everything was finalized and approved and that it would take a couple of weeks and I still haven’t heard anything back except for “we’re still waiting “!! This is the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had, no communication on top of lies, lies, and more lies!! I would never recommend this place to anyone at all!!!

We hired the Killino Firm to help with a motor vehicle accident. We had a bit of a rocky start due to turnover but once we were assigned to attorney Michael Sabatina our experience changed for the better. Mr. Sabatina took the time to review and explain everything to us. We felt he was truly doing everything he could to get us the best outcome possible. Our case had multiple roadblocks due to circumstances out of our control but Michael stayed on top of and navigated the issues amazingly well. We are so grateful for Mr. Sabatina and his team. He fought for us and we are incredibly happy with the outcome!! Would highly recommend attorney Michael Sabatina!!

This lawyer is a crook. Please do not hire him. If you do hire him because you think he will win your case make sure all your work that's needed is done upfront by him he did nothing on my case. He overcharged me for work that I've done myself he's a crook. Him and his associate Mr Issac Green of Mincy & Fitzpatrick law firm. Mr. Dean Owens and Isaac Green are two crooks. I don't know how they're still in business. Save your money and find somebody else run fast. Dean Owens works for the killano firm.I can't even believe they're in business with such a crook and a thief.

My situation is still early in the process but regardless I want to say this firm is going above and beyond for me and my situation. They are the only firm out of 4 that has even agreed to look into my case. From my initial consult with Sharon to my communication with Kelly thus far, I am beyond impressed. They work behind the scenes when you think they took a break you get clarification they are still swinging for you at 7:15pm on a Tuesday night. I am honored to call them my attorneys. I highly recommend them! Ps Out of all of the law firms I considered I was "lucky enough" to get maybe two rejection emails, other than that I never heard back from anyone I contacted..My point is, this happens, they are busy.

Stephanie helped me with the mediation process for divorce. She was very capable of respecting both sides of the issues. She was knowledgeable of options we had not thought of which could save time and money. She did not pressure or rush the process. She was at times difficult to reach and not quick to respond to correspondence in a timely manner outside of the mediation room. That would be the only improvement I would suggest.

I have had wonderful dealings with Stephanie and use her as my business attorney for my LLC and have used her in reviewing covenants of non-compete for potential hires. Where I have liked dealing with her over other business and corporate attorneys is she has shown a genuine interest in my business and because of that she seems more adept at anticipating what I am looking for and my needs from a legal perspective. Where other attorneys may give me exactly what I ask for, and there is certainly nothing wrong with that approach, she has learned my language enough where she seems to be much closer to the target on the first shot. I received legal counsel from Simon and Simon. I feel as though they did a great job and I could not ask for much more.
