My initial inquiry and contact was very pleasant and they were able to give me a call back promptly, however when I got a chance to speak with the lawyer it turned out I had a situation that they weren’t able to help with, and wouldnt be worth taking further on my part which is completely understandable. I am leaving this rating due to the tone of conversation when I received my call back. He was very short with me and I felt a belittled when explaining my situation. I understand not all situations can be helped, but I am not a legal expert and this is why I reached out for guidance. In any case I believe people reaching out to anyone in such a position for possible help should be treated kindly.

Wpuld not recommend. He dont fight for rights and facts. My employer worked me over a month, didnt pay me, then when i quit, harrassed me and this firm denied my claim so i guess they believe its right for people to get done any old way. Or wait...mabye not enough money for them. So again...dont recommend. So sad this firm dont fight for rights and now, here i am a single dad with nothing, Christmas ruined for my 7 year old and im a nobody still to this firm. They could care less.

I had the pleasure of working with Jason Rogozinski from ROGO LAW over the last five months to resolve a reckless driving ticket. When I first reached out, I was nervous, as I didn’t feel the ticket was justified. Jason immediately reassured me, stating he would take care of it—and he certainly did. Lauren was co-counsel on my ADA discrination case. At first, I thought there is no way I want her respresenting me,... She's too nice. Ohhh was I wrong. Well, Lauren is nice, very nice, but don't let that fool you. Lauren is the kind of soft spoken attorney with a big stick.
I only wish I would have come to trust her sooner. She did not need me micromanaging her, she needed me to get out of her way and let her do her job.
Tell it like it is, but in a nice way.
Patience and understanding.
Thorough and organized.
Which attorney you hire is important. Choose wisely. I did.

I had an issue that involved a work-related injury that was not being taken care of properly. This was very disturbing as I needed to get my health checked but I also needed a job and to be treated fairly.
I needed to seek out a lawyer and I did a little search on the internet and found Barbaslaw.com and the first lawyer I was referred to was Atty. Hovsepian, which was heaven sent. He was very professional right at the start and all the way through the whole ordeal. I had never been through any court proceeding before; therefore, I was naturally very nervous.
However, Atty. Hovsepian and his staff treated me with respect, courteous, dignity, and always made me feel like a person instead of just another client of his. He always took the time to explain things to me, sometimes more than once, to make sure I understood all things going on. With the help of God and of course Atty. Hovsepian my case was resolved. It is because of Atty. Hovsepian that I started to feel like a human again and I could move on from this whole tribulation.
I would highly recommend Atty. Hovsepian to anyone that is seeking any legal advice in any work or any discrimination areas. Over the next few months communication wasn't necessarily an issue, but the process seemed a bit dragged out. Over time they repeatedly asked me questions that I'd already answered in writing, and it seemed like they weren't paying attention. The last correspondence I received from them was in July of this year and I never heard anything again. I called a few times and would be told they'd call me back shortly, but never got a call. To this day my case was never resolved and I never received any correspondence, seems like they just forgot about me.

I'm giving 5 stars and haven't even signed a contract yet with them. I have shopped around with my case with multiple other firms, and had offers. However, this firm caught my attention immediately with their fast responses in emails, phone calls with intake, and moving into a conversation with a lawyer within a day or two. Teri and Jesus from the intake process / information collection were amazing.
I'm choosing this firm based on their perseverance and care with my unfortunate situation BEFORE being accepted into their family. I know they will do what they can for me better than most other firms already. Thank you for everything you have done so far!

She complained about how much time our call had taken and kept laughing as she told me repeatedly that the attorney most likely wouldn't read all of my documentation before making a decision about whether to take my case. I found this behavior shocking and aggressive and declined to continue pursuing representation from this firm

Do not go near this woman! She is a disaster! Dropped me like a hot box of rocks when she got pregnant. Lied about progress. Failed to communicate. Ignored me for three months. My employer "eliminated my position" when I took a FMLA approved leave in October 2017. I interviewed several attorneys and selected KC to handle my case.

I was accepted as a client for a discrimination case against a former employer and signed the contract with them in May. I never filed a complaint with the EEOC because I ignorantly assumed that my attorney would be handling that for me. They waited until October, one month past the deadline to file with the EEOC, to notify me that they were dropping me as a client because they aren't licensed to practice in the state that I live in. Absolutely unacceptable!

After doing some initial research, we emailed a recap of what we felt was my husband's law suit. An appointment was set with Attorney Tony Cabassa; who felt my husband had a case. Attorney Cabassa explained the procedures, and gave us his prognosis. We chose to sign the contract and the outcome was as Mr. Cabassa projected.
