I needed a criminal attorney in Austin Texas that would handle a legal matter in a specific way for me so as to get my Austin, Travis County misdemeanor charge dismissed before I was arrested on the charge and was needing to post bond.
Joseph contacted the DA and arranged for a dismissal of my charge before I was ever arrested or had to go to court.
Before I found Joseph I interviewed a handful of high priced, high rated criminal lawyers in Austin, including a referral from another super lawyer in Dallas County that has handled matters for me. These other Austin lawyers I talked to seemed inflexible and wanted me to go through the entire legal process of turning myself in for the warrant, bonding out, and going to court. A bunch of time and unnecessary bullshit that I knew could be avoided with the right legal approach and the right lawyer to pull it off.
Joseph was the 5 Star Austin attorney that I was looking for and he cost me a third of what the other attorneys in Austin were charging. I am so grateful and appreciative I randomly stumbled across a review from another previous legal client that indicated Joseph was the legal representation that I needed.
I've been around the Texas legal system and I can tell you this is the lawyer you want on your side if dealing with a misdemeanor or even felony charge in Travis County or Georgetown. Seems like a good genuine guy as well. If I ever have another legal matter near Austin 🤞 I need help with i will be reaching out to Joseph.

Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it.

She is direct, succinct and concise in her delivery in the court room which makes her a force to be reckoned with. And when you hire Michele, you are not hiring JUST Michele...you are also gaining the knowledge and capabilities of her amazing paralegal, Juan Diaz. The two of them make THE MOST PERFECT TEAM! Literally are horrible people unless you pay them an arm and leg then they’ll just take half to the prosecutor to get the case thrown. Other than that if you or anyone you know loved ones, friends, family etc. They are in for it!! PREPARE to be treated as if you wanting to know what’s going on with your case is annoying them… they will not return calls or emails! The receptionist has the attitude of a 17 year old taking orders at McDonald’s! IN OTHER WORDS IF YOU ARE APPOINTED TO THEM RUN NOT WALK TO THE JUDGE FOR A NEW LAWYER THEY WILL 1000 PERCENT SELL YOU OUT AND DRAG YIUR CASE OUT FOR MONTHS ON END !!!!

Are the services offered absolutely necessary? No, you can go through this process on your own, but their fees were not exorbitant by any stretch and they were work every penny for the peace of mind alone that it was being done right and wouldn't get kicked back.

I hired Benjamin while seeking relief from incredibly strict probation. He treated my case like it was his own personal battle. He didn't just get me relief, he got my probation terminated early, which other lawyers told me was impossible. He did it like it was just another Tuesday. William "Rusty" Hubbarth did amazing job when I was looking down the barrel hope being possibly convicted a 4 charges. Being disabled veteran he advocated for conditions and help drop a couple charges to get me a good deal with probation and with stipulations that help aid me with my disability. I appreciate him very much and anybody that has this lawyer in your corner he is definitely going to advocate for you and he is definitely going to go to the length to make sure that the very best can be done for you. I was charged with a domestic violence felony for defending myself. Paul got the charges dropped. He is an excellent lawyer and seems to know just about everyone from the judges to the prosecutors to the bailiffs. He even came up to the jail to bail me out on a Saturday morning when he would have otherwise been relaxing at home with his family. Took several months from start to finish but that is the nature of the beast.

I was wrongfully accused of a Title IX infraction. Marc is an exceptional listener and possesses the innate ability to ascertain facts from friction. After discussing my situation, Marc walked me through the Title IX process and explained how we should address the issue. Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. In the end, the accusation was not a Title IX issue, and flaws and false accusations in the claimant's testimony surfaced in which the case was ruled in my favor.
