I had gotten into a car accident and didn’t really know anything about finding a top notch attorney. Once I went in and met my injury lawyer Mr. Minesh Patel and Corina Flores I knew this was the law firm I was looking for. They made me feel extremely safe, comfortable, and confident. I knew that they would do everything in their power to get a outcome I deserved, and they did exactly that. Every road block or issue, Mr. Patel resolved. They made me feel like family, especially Corina. She constantly went out of her way to help me with everything from getting doctors and chiropractor appointments, scheduling MRI, Xrays, and physical therapy that latest several months. She kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my case and also resolved any issues getting me my settlement in full. I was hit by a car when I was just starting my motorcycle ride on Austin to Bastrop via Highway 71. It was a terrible crash and could have easily been fatal for me but I was blessed to only suffer whiplash and some fractures in my arms and leg. This was a bad injury which required surgery and four screws at St. David's Surgical Hospital in May 2023. There was no question the other driver was at fault. I had witnesses, pictures and a Texas Highway Patrol reported the car wreck all in my favor.
I called a couple of other injury attorneys on the phone and even met one in their office near Southeast Austin. I realized it was going to best difficult to find the best accident lawyer around Austin. My coworker from Progressive Insurance found Minesh Patel's law firm on Google Maps and after talking with him on the phone, I was confident he could handle my accident case and get the best settlement possible. Minesh, my accident lawyer and my case manager Amanda Moya took care of everything. He settled all my bills, negotiated with the medical insurance, got the limits from the other party’s insurance company for liability and property and also got the limit from my own uninsured auto coverage. I was not even aware my auto insurance covered me too. On top of all this he discounted his own fees. In the end I got the most I could have hoped for given the insurance limits and my expenses were significantly reduced!

Jason Snell and his firm are the single reason we were able to recoup any money from our builder when we ran into a contractual disagreement. Without him, we would have probably not only lost our house, but also all the money invested in it.

I hired Benjamin while seeking relief from incredibly strict probation. He treated my case like it was his own personal battle. He didn't just get me relief, he got my probation terminated early, which other lawyers told me was impossible. He did it like it was just another Tuesday. He was the first person to listen to me through my years of legal struggles. I don't know how to fully describe the gratefulness I feel toward him and I can't recommend him enough. William "Rusty" Hubbarth did amazing job when I was looking down the barrel hope being possibly convicted a 4 charges. Being disabled veteran he advocated for conditions and help drop a couple charges to get me a good deal with probation and with stipulations that help aid me with my disability. I appreciate him very much and anybody that has this lawyer in your corner he is definitely going to advocate for you and he is definitely going to go to the length to make sure that the very best can be done for you. I'm an immigrant and was charged with family violence misdemeanor. I hired Kevin to represent me. He was very responsive and I received prompt replies to my questions and concerns. I was charged with a domestic violence felony for defending myself. Paul got the charges dropped. He is an excellent lawyer and seems to know just about everyone from the judges to the prosecutors to the bailiffs. He even came up to the jail to bail me out on a Saturday morning when he would have otherwise been relaxing at home with his family. Took several months from start to finish but that is the nature of the beast.

I was wrongfully accused of a Title IX infraction. Marc is an exceptional listener and possesses the innate ability to ascertain facts from friction. After discussing my situation, Marc walked me through the Title IX process and explained how we should address the issue. Marc assisted in drafting a response letter to the adjudicate and coached me leading up to the interview. In the end, the accusation was not a Title IX issue, and flaws and false accusations in the claimant's testimony surfaced in which the case was ruled in my favor. I don't even know where to start I have so much good to say about my experience working with Grant.
I was originally divorced in 2014 and have had 11 legal proceedings since the divorce. Attack after attack after attack from my ex. She had unlimited resources through her mom and used financial extortion tactics by hiring attorneys that could stage a better "performance" in court than the ones I had hired. Facts be damned I was punished over and over. It was disheartening because my kids were affected by all of this insanity and eventually pulled away from her and lived with me full time. They were 14 when this first started happening, and despite me having these kids full time she continued to attack me legally asserting that I had poisoned their relationship with her and alienated them from her. She knew because of the financial destruction she had caused me that I did not have the resources she did and wielded that as a weapon again and again.
When I finally had an option to fight back I was referred to Grant by a friend. HE WAS SUCH A BREATH OF FRESH AIR from the other attorneys I had worked with. It is obvious he loves what he does, he is enthusiastic, he genuinely cares about his clients, and he is a BULLDOG in the courtroom! A respectful but firm and incredibly detail oriented cross-examination of my ex completely unraveled her and created the opening I needed to get a Motion To Confer allowed by the judge for my kids. Grant, unlike the other attorneys I had in the past, fully embraced this option and pushed for it hard. The judge allowed the kids to visit privately with him, and after more than an hour with each kid exactly what I had wished for years happened. I was vindicated and the judge shut down every angle that my ex was using to come after me yet again a full 4 years after our divorce.
Grant helped me believe in the judicial system again. He also helped me believe that the right thing will eventually prevail if you have GOOD REPRESENTATION! Do not make the mistake of thinking that all attorneys are created equal. Grant was the perfect fit for my case. He is young and energetic and gave my case a massive shot in the arm. He has a team of other seasoned attorneys in his firm that worked together on my case, and his enthusiasm was the secret weapon. It was such an amazing experience having him represent me and my kids.
