Not helpful at all to me regarding a simple case. I was under the impression that they handle civil cases. The Attorney didn't even bother to call and tell me directly that they could not take my case. I received a generic text message with a link that was not useful. That was my experience.

Missy & Megan came through in true time of need. Missy was referred to me through a friend, and I am so glad I went with her. Missy was informative about my divorce, emergency custody and custody. Alan is a sophisticated professional. Wow, did I say wow?!!!! He will tell you up front EXACTLY what will happen with your case. Also known as the truth, which (by the way you probably already know.) My advise is to just let him do his job -that he is more than capable of doing. Don't ask too many questions or get yourself worked up. Alan will tell you in advance almost the exact outcome of your case to a t. In the end you can feel good about him as a human being because he won't resort to less than favorable behaviour. Andrew is an extremely effective attorney. I started out with a different attorney for my difficult child custody case. I did not feel that my prior attorney had my best interest in mind and was doing only the bare minimum in preparing my case. I decided to seek other representation.
I hired Andrew very late in the process, with my TPA hearing only 2 weeks away. Andrew was able to put together a very solid and sensible case based on the facts, far superior to what was done previously for me.
Right away, I noticed a dramatic difference in the way Andrew was handling and preparing my case, compared to my previous attorney. I was extremely impressed with how quickly Andrew got up to speed and reviewed/prepared all of the evidence in such a short amount of time. He is organized and stays on top of everything. In addition, he made himself very available to me, whether it was just questions I had, or any concerns or updates that I needed to know. He continued to work diligently throughout the entire weekend prior to my hearing.
Andrew has a unique ability to look at the facts, makes sense of your case, and then present them in a very intelligent and articulate way. Andrew is the entire reason I now have joint custody of my 4-month-old son and that he is being returned to his home state.

Andrew has been a huge blessing and supporter in my case! I spoke to him in a consultation a couple of months prior to my separation and he took his time and listened and took notes of everything that I said to him. After speaking with him, I knew immediately that he was who I wanted to represent me if I needed him ( I had spoken to 3 other attorneys prior to meeting Andrew). Shortly after my separation, I had papers served to me from my ex to try and get full custody of our daughter. I was devastated, hurt and in disbelief that my ex would ever do something like this. I immediately contacted Andrew to let him know what was going on and he jumped on my case instantly. Andrew is very caring, knowledgeable, and a man of his word. Almost 2 years ago today I made the very difficult decision to end my 2 decades of marriage after my "I do" became an "I don't". I am a resident of another state and Theresa Viera represented me in a case in North Carolina. I was unfamiliar with various antiquated laws in N.C. I initially hired a different attorney/firm and that experience was awful. I was quite scared about what could happen with my case and I luckily found new representation in Theresa. What a difference maker. She was well-versed on the specific laws and right away made me feel less stressed. They will treat you like mushrooms. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM, THEY WILL SCREW YOU. They are con artists. They will make claims of what they can do and will not fulfill. Made claims of “we can” re-litigate previous trials, record being expunged, rights being restored, resigned from the case before doing so and did not argue anything at a review hearing due to who the judge was, which was a recent ADA during my case. That is a conflict . They will side with the prosecution to where it makes no sense and mind screws you. I offered to write down events prior of trial date for evidence and he denied it, “it’ll be okay” he claimed. They will inform you of a plea bargain they’ve been working on last minute of offering you a bargain so you can not find counsel elsewhere. Claimed the victim’s untruthfulness was irrelevant, but yet I was prosecuted to her untruthful claims. The State knew of her criminal acts and they did not report it to the Court, nor did my attorney inform the Court of the State’s misconduct, negligence and criminal accessory. Claimed he did his job by keeping me out of jail while completely sacrificing my criminal record with something I’m not even guilty of and is not eligible for an expungement.

I approached the Law Office of Kelli Allen in about February of this year ( 2023) to help me submit my Green Card Application. I was assigned to Berna Chacon- a bilingual specialist in data accumulation for Green Card submissions. Thank G-d I was. She was absolutely outstanding. I mean truly- it took me a while to accumulate the necessary data ( necessary being whatever Berna told me to put together) and we submitted my application in June of this year. Today is November 24, 2023, and guess what- I have my Green Card Truly great work by Berna -what a help she was! I couldnt have done it so seamlessly without her!. Prices at this office are reasonable to. And nice, and accomodating people! I would go out of my way to recommend this law office and Berna to handle anybody's immigration matters.
