Wonderful folks, I was hit while I was stopped at a light...I will probably have issues for life. These guys made sure that I was treated fairly by the insurance company. I would, and have, recommended them to others that have been in an accident. Their involvement made all the difference in the world. I don't think the insurance company would have even covered my medical bills if it wasn't for having a lawyer. I called Jeremy Loew on a Sunday and he responded quickly. He is by far the best attorney ever! I was emotional and he put my mind at ease but letting me know the process. Jeremy is a straight forward person who doesn't sugar coat what he says, he doesn't say what he thinks you want to hear. Not only did he get my case dismissed I only had to appear one time other than when the case was dismissed! There aren't enough words to express my gratitude! If I could give 6 stars I would! Beyond exceeded my expectations. Jeremy and Matt are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and without a doubt if you’re dealing with the court system the criminal defense attorneys you want on your side. To say I was impressed is an understatement. They walked me through my entire process step by step, all of my options, and even went out of there way to help me get my best friend (my dog) back.
They got me a plea deal that was even better than I could’ve ever wished for, with everything being deferred, and because of them I can enjoy my life again. They reinsured me from the beginning, and what they promised, they kept! I felt confident every time I saw them in the court room by my side.

My case was handled with the utmost professionalism and handled personally by the owner himself Mr. Patterson Weaver. The first time I met with him in his offices he made me feel like my (DUI) case was very important to him and his firm. He expressed a great deal of confidence that they could represent me to the fullest and to trust that his firm could do so. Their services and pricing for his fees were reasonable and they earned it for sure. My case turned out to be a longer than expected case with several continuances and some extensive research involved to reach our desired outcome.
In addition, I was well informed as to important deadlines and information I needed to know about in a timely manner when I needed it. It also, helped that Mr. Walker knows everyone in the DA's department, the Probation department and judges with his over 20 plus years of experience! Pueblo PD arrested me and hit me with a litany of firearms and burglary charges that I absolutely did not commit. All the charges added up to over 20 years in prison if convicted. I bonded out and called Rodemer and Kane immediately. With their help, 6 months later they dropped the charges and plead down to a criminal trespass. 6 months probation and a little community service. Hopefully I never need an attorney again, but if I did, I will be hiring them again

I was in a situation of having to cold call attorneys 10 states away and I was very uncertain about any groups as I really didn't have a way to get referrals from any one about their experience, but I got lucky and obtained the services of the Business Law Group - with attorney Mason Simpson. Boy did I get lucky. Mason, while having experience with large corporations, mega wealthy, influential people come to find out later, he never made me feel as if my issue was small or that I wasn't worth his time. He limited attorney time/fees the best he could and continued to update me on developments and worked with other co-defendants even making great suggestions to the judge when we were in a situation that ended up in mediation. He's a brilliant guy but doesn't mind watering things down to the regular person. I also felt something that it not necessarily in the legal system - and that is he wasn't into gamesmanship but rather did what was "right". I highly recommend him to anyone without reservation and I know that Colorado Springs has no idea the gem that plopped back there after a long stint in New York City. Hopefully I won't be in need of an attorney again (especially 10 states away), but if I did, I would hire Mason Simpson again - his paralegal and folks at his firm were also professional, helpful and did their jobs with excellence.

So recently, I had an unfortunate situation arise where I needed a lawyer regarding a family dispute involving young children. Unfortunately we couldn’t come to a resolution and I was forced to find a lawyer to represent me.
The team at Kohn law, specifically Erica Bertini and Debbie are beyond amazing and represented me with stellar results! On the initial consultation, I knew they were who I wanted representing me!
I was treated with the utmost respect and spoken with, not at or down to. When things were getting tight on time, they worked with me and helped me get through everything being stern but still considerate and respectful treating me as a person not just another client.
We won the initial part of our battle with ease because I retained an amazing law firm with stellar lawyers who have amazing knowledge, expertise and experience! The paralegal, Debbie, was always professional, staying on the phone with me sometimes late to make sure she had all the information, documentation and details that they needed to proceed with my case. She was instrumental in making sure we had all our ducks in a row and worked with me every step of the way.
Erica, my lawyer, worked feverishly ensuring a win for us. She made sure that I knew what was expected from me, always asking if I had any questions or concerns about anything. When I was frazzled and unsure what to do she helped calm me down and always reassured me. She was definitely a rock in my corner that always had an open ear and kind words of support.
I’m not sure what they offer for legal counsel, advice or defense other than what they helped me with but I’m telling you right now that you’d be doing yourself a serious disservice by not contacting them and getting a consultation.

Needing a lawyer is never fun. However, Mark Hanchey and his team did an excellent job dealing with my traffic ticket case. He was able to coordinate all court dates and keep me apprised of the progress. He was able to work with the city DA to reduce the infraction down to a non-moving violation.
