I hired this firm for my son. I had consultations with other firms, but did not feel like it was a good fit. From the start, I knew that I was in the right place. There were no promises, and no sugar coating the situation. The only thing that I knew was that they would do everything they could for us. For the first time, I gave my worries to them. Every person that I encountered was professional, and each step in our situation was clearly communicated. I did not feel like I had to remind them, or question if they were doing all that they could. Kara is just wonderful.Matt is very good at what he does, and in my humble opinion, there is no better group of people I would want if I was in need of this type of service. Even though I am writing this from a mother's heart, Jeremy has the best team, and words cannot express how grateful I am for them. I had a case where I the police crossed a bunch of lines and attempted to submit evidence that had been obtained illegally after violating my rights. Patterson and Troy took my case very seriously and through their hard work they were able to get my entire case dismissed. 10/10 service and outcome, I cant think of a single thing they could have done better. Highly recommend to anyone in need of a great legal team.

The only law group that I have ever been fully satisfied with. Being innocent helped, but I definitely needed a superior lawyer who knew what they were doing, and I surely got that in Casey Kane. Casey connected me with a polygrapher and a forensics specialist, both of whom were of immense assistance in my case. Casey formerly worked on the prosecution side of the law, so his inside knowledge of the workings of the prosecutor's office is an invaluable asset. Casey is a straightforward, no-nonsense attorney who will tell you what you need to know, not what you want to hear.
Casey is easygoing and open to talking to as a client, but when it comes to court appearances, he wastes no time and will ensure your case is heard as soon as possible. Chris was also an outstanding attorney who was very friendly and easy to talk to. The office assistants were also outstanding. Aaron always made sure that I knew when I had a court date and what I needed to do. If I ever had a question, I knew that I could get hold of Aaron right away, and he would get me the answer as quickly as possible.
Hopefully, you will never need an attorney, but if you do, I cannot recommend this law group enough.

I was not sure what to expect. I didn’t know if their purposed consultation time would enough time. All my notes were taken by an assistant and given to the legal councilor before our conversation so the lawyer was already up to speed when we talked for the first time. I really think their system is refined by their experience and it shows that it’s designed to best help those seeking advice.
Sidney was so kind. Very great at explaining and educating me of my rights and what I can expect in various outcomes. So I may plan my next move with thought and strategy. I highly recommend Knies, Helland & McPherson. Jenni (Helland) did an amazing job. My ex and her attorney were very antagonistic, liked to draw out the process, and did everything they could to drive up legal fees. Jenni was great in understanding what was happening and the likely outcomes or consequences. She avoided emotional arguments, and instead made sound legal ones. More importantly, she advised me when I was making an emotional decision and gave recommendations on what actions I could take that would be legally successful. Having someone in your corner that was willing to tell you what you needed to hear, instead of what you wanted to hear saved me thousands of dollars.
This is not a law firm that will needlessly drive up costs. For example, I was never charged for attorneys fees for anyone Jenni may have consulted with (this is a frequent tactic of less reputable law firms). I was never given a weekly 'update' that created billing hours even if nothing was happening in the case. Jenni never had me make needless discovery requests, subpoenas or motions that are typical and drive up costs.
I had a more experienced and higher hourly rate attorney than my ex, but my ex's legal fees were 30% higher because of all the shenanigans they played.
Jenni will give you the legal experience you need without driving up costs.
