She also did not inform me of many important things like not talking to the insurance claims adjuster who was representing the person that hit me. She did the minimal amount of work for me and did not seem to care at all for my well being. I wish I would have taken the advice of friends in the la area to seek out new representation. If you want a lawyer who is thorough and passionate about your needs do not go to Ms Gorin. Being very unreachable and only being able to communicate to her through her paralegal Karina was very unsettling as well.

When I was younger, I received a Minor in Possession of Alcohol. Sandy was able to get the charge dismissed. As a young adult, I wrongfully received a speeding ticket. I recorded the entire encounter with the police and was able to provide Sandy with the video along with other notes. Once again, she was able to get the charge dismissed. She spoke with the police officer before the case was brought to trial and convinced the officer to drop the charge. Sandy is very knowledgeable and an expert criminal attorney. I appreciated Sandy’s honesty regarding the unique situation of each case and her straightforward communication throughout the process. I highly recommend her if you find yourself in a situation that requires her services.

I wanted to take the time to say that I highly recommend Sandy Rabadi if you're in need of an attorney. I had been charged with a DUI back in February in Burbank and Sandy was successful in not only working the plea down to a wet reckless, but also in getting the fines and accompanying alcohol classes waived as well. I found Sandy to be extremely personable and professional throughout the entire process. I also appreciated her straightforwardness as she provided me with realistic expectations based on the facts of my case.

I am more than happy with the results he obtained.
The problem had been persisting for many months before we contacted Mr. Arbel, who resolved it in only two and a half weeks. He secured a settlement for us that
complied with all of our demands.
Mr. Arbel was diligent in keeping us informed of what he was doing and was persistent in getting answers from the opposing.
His rate was very reasonable and he provided a log of all of his hours and work done.

Allan J. Sarkin has been practicing law for over 30 years. I love this guy. He got both of my charges dropped against bad odds. I had 2 charges pending against me for Public Intoxication and Domestic Violence (same incident). I had a prior DUI and a prior Domestic Violence charge I had pleaded No Contest to 3 years ago and was convicted. I also had a prior arrest for DV that was never filed. All dropped. He personally visited the City Attorney for Santa Monica and talked ‘em out of it. Wow!
I highly recommend Allan Sarkin. And he’s not expensive either. $3000 was the total fee.

I hired her as a family lawyer to get me child support from a completed Dissomaster that was completed by my previous attorney (in over a year she never got me anything nor was anything filed in court), she was to help with a breech of fiduciary responsibility (which is why I overturned a free hybrid judgment, never did anything), show the court the perceived neglect of my children from my ex (from many pictures and testimonial from people) never requested a court date, the divorce itself as I requested a trial and trial setting conference. She claimed she was super busy so I emailed her that she should put it on a date she could attend but, she booked it on dates she could not be there, she burned up my retainer, $3,000.00 and I supposedly owe her more for literally NOTHING COMPLETED. She filed a motion to be relieved after I went to court to find it had been taken off the calendar without notifying me. Now, I have two upcoming court dates with no family lawyer to represent me and a mediation conference. She worked with my Civil lawyer who said she was incompetent or surely extremely lazy. She seems to be in law to make money and not represent the clients with their best interest a heart. Many times I felt she was asking me for advice or to make decision that a well-versed lawyer
should be advising me on. We met initially in an office that was not her own, she never wanted to talk or meet face to iron out our plans or streamline the process for me. Ultimately she made excuses for failures and gaslighted me as if I were a lawyer ( would never step by step walk me through a process to complete anything and she would not complete anything). If you are treated like me she will take your ($5,000) money and charge you to make requests or send emails that she won't fulfill or complete while your conversations and email cost you, and she will make sure your retainer is vanishing talking to opposing counsel while accomplishing nothing. Instead of working harder or smarter, her true nature will come out and she will quit instead of doing what you paid her for. She also predicted Judge Silberman's responses or what she thought he would do to make excuses for why she couldn't or wouldn't do her job.
