Few months ago I got a reckless driving ticket , I talked five or six lawyers before I decided on Mr.Clingan. it was my first time going to court for anything so I got a free consultation. Mr.Clingan took his time and gave me a very descriptive overview of my legal options , and what he could offer, his rates are very fair, and he doesn’t use fear tactics to get your business. Mr.Clingan is very responsive to texts/calls and he seems like one of the few who genuinely care about their client. I am extremely pleased with his services.
I also agree with the other 5 star reviewers he seems to be the best traffic attorney in the area. I’ll be referring him to any family or friends who end up in a similar situation.

I met Chanda after taking divorce classes at the Women's Center and hiring and firing two awful lawyers. The first was dishonest and the second was from a firm that charged a high retainer and exorbitant hourly fees and then took days/weeks to return emails. I ended up paying a lot over three months for them to create one document that went nowhere. They didn't offer wise counsel and just sat on things to get the case to court and squeeze more money from me and other clients. Another victory and an exemplary proof that nothing can beat Ms. Kinsey. My ex-wife who attempted to obtain a restraining order against me based on false allegations, has faced a humiliating defeat, where the court quashed her request citing that the allegations were not 'Credible'. This wouldn't have been possible without Ms. Kinsey's ability to effectively present the case and expose the lies.

My ex-wife tried to play yet another ploy, where she filed 'motion to rehear' to have the court reopen the child custody case citing falsely that she was coerced into signing the child custody documents earlier. I witnessed Ms. Kinsey roared in the court, she fought ferociously and argued so effectively that left all of us in awe. And not to mention we won the case!. Mrs. Boone was the only lawyer that listened to the details of my case and was willing to fight for child custody and argue a fault divorce. The other lawyers were more focused on how to divide financial assets. I needed a lawyer that felt I had a case and was willing to work for me, and not just do the easy stuff. Mrs. Boone did an amazing job proving inconsistencies in my ex's depositions, fighting for child custody, and sole use of the marital home during the PL hearing. The two opposing counsels that my ex hired were no match for Mrs. Boone. Although Mrs. Boone tried to avoid going to trial, she had no choice, and she was prepared for war. I was in awe of how well prepared she was in comparison to opposing counsel. I am so thankful to the lawyer that referred me to Mrs. Boone because she was too busy to take my case. This lawyer likes to represent good dads.

I watched Mr. Leiva go way above and beyond for a very close family member the first time I ever met him. Throughout the entire process he stayed in touch with my family to let us know what was going on at all times this was in 2002 in a federal court room.
In 2012 Mr. Leiva was called by my family again for what was a very very weak case but very very serious charges and accusations he treated as if it were like any other case that he puts hrs and hrs of work witch is very highly appreciated. You most definitely want his brilliant and savvy mind on your side 100%.
I had issue with Mr. Leiva and of course with a mind as brilliant as his it doesn’t come cheap, nor should it but after spending as much as my family did throughout the years one would like to think I can give this family a break. Like I stated my family has been relying on Mr Leiva since 2002 for a wide range of cases, knowing my family’s personal situation I just would have thought that just maybe he would be a bit more understanding when it came to the amount of money that was spent especially in my case .
With that said I’d recommend him to loved ones without hesitation, he’s simply on a different level!
