If I could give Robert Foley and Desiree Wilson 10 stars I would do so gladly. I had a situation that required their expertise and from the very beginning I was very impressed. Robert and Desiree asked me to come in person and took the time to explain the entire process from beginning to end. The initial meeting was well over an hour. I'll never forget that. Sean O'Halloran took care of my problem before Christmas, for which I was grateful. Although a trivial matter, it weighed heavily on mind to get it cleared up as soon as possible. I was accused by a former associate of things I did not do. It was aggressively pursued by the petitioner. The case was complicated to prove my complete innocence. Mr. O'brien clearly demonstrated his 26 years of experience combined with vigor, detail orientation and is extremely good on his feetduring oral argument and cross examination. In every category, I could not be more satisfied with Mr. O'Brien and his supporting staff. I contacted Guichard St. Surin just a few days before my hearing for a restraining order. I was nervous because the opposing party had a lawyer and being told how hard it was to get a restraining order. I presented my evidence to Guichard the morning of my hearing. He brilliantly put together and addressed the court with my case that had the opposing party running to offer us a settlement for a 1 year restraining order. Guichard discussed it with me and knew we could go all way and get a permanent restraining order so we declined the offer. In the end the judge came to a decision and granted us a permanent restraining order. I am so grateful to find such a skillful lawyer that could execute my case and present it to the Judge with confidence. Thank you Guichard!

I had never been in trouble for anything in my life until I got my DUI. Scared and clueless as to what to do I was told to call Danielle, who came very highly recommended to me. I called her and she had me come in immediately to discuss everything. She had a copy of the police report when I arrived and had already gone over it. I was so embarrassed and ashamed of myself I didn't know how I could face anybody in the court room. Danielle took care of all my court dates for me. I didn't even have to go once and what a relief that was. I am a NJ resident so DMV told me I wasn't entitled to a Florida Hardship license. Danielle told me I absolutely was. After going back and forth with DMV, Danielle was able to get me that Hardship license. Even the DUI instructor asked how I got that. My reply was I have an amazing lawyer and he agreed. She was also able to get my license back for me on the DMV side of the case which nobody thought was possible. She also got my charges dropped to a lesser charge on the criminal side. I didn't know the first thing about how the system worked but Danielle and her staff definitely know their stuff. I was just granted early term probation as well. Again with the help of Danielle. Honestly, without Danielle I don't know what I would have done. I just know I couldn't have done any of this without her.
