This review is a long time coming. I've worked with and relied on Shannon on three separate occasions over custody disputes of my eldest daughter. On all three occasions she was able to improve my situation and on two of those occasions where my situation was improved, I was on defense where I was the one that got served papers.
I believe that Shannon's prowess as an attorney actually comes from her compassion for her clients. She really does take the time to listen to and understand the unique situations that each case brings and understand and empathize with the situation. She gives her best because she knows what is on the line. She cares for her clients because she takes the time to understand them and their situation.

We had our child via surrogate; however, during the height of covid the number of guests in the hospital was limited. Our gestational carrier agreement was in another state and our child was birth in TX. The hospital couldn't do anything to help us and the birth mother was listed as the mother on the birth certificate. To have this change to my name was a challenge. Shannon fought tooth and nail with the judge. She didn't give up on us. She listened and even asked her colleagues for best approach. She looked for all solutions till we won. I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. This proved Illegal search and siezure and I walked away a free man.

In which I got myself involved in and because of being a naïve person that I am wants to help everybody. I fell into a very very detrimental situation that seemed impossible to get out of. With that being said, and a short version of a long story. I was doing a favor to help two people out not getting any compensation in return. I had gotten myself in the most detrimental situation I could have ever imagined I would’ve ever faced in my lifetime. I did not realize at the time the crime that I had committed was a serious felony and I was facing 10 to life. My Father Came into town to post my bond and did his research in finding me the best criminal attorney that could represent my case and that was, Mr. Charles Johnson. I cannot thank him enough for all of the hard work he did regarding my case. Mr. Johnson went above and beyond to work on my case and got me eight years deferred adjudication, 40 hours of Community service. I had something come up, quite unbelievable to be honest, and really didn't know what to do or where to turn, since I had never been in this predicament. I made contact with Mr Tyson. He was out of town attending a funeral but he still made time to listen to me. The case is in San Antonio and he was very honest in that I should use an attorney in San Antonio.
He said that if I didn't hear from him by 2 pm the following day, then he asked me contact him back. Well, he contacted me a few hours later with the contact of the top attorney for my case.
George Tyson did something a lot of business don't do today, he went out of his way for me.

I originally contacted Mr. Tyson and asked him to review my case and give me an honest answer about what results I may have. I was charged with a 1st degree felony and every lawyer I talked to told me I was going to have deal with this charge heavily. Mr. Tyson predicted he could reduce my charge from 1st degree felony down to a state jail felony. Needless to say, and happily as well, he was %100 able to do so, I walked away with a special probation and had my felony deferred! I couldn't ask for a better result. He is also instantly recognizable in the criminal court building downtown.

I retained Mr. Tyson this past spring to defend me on a criminal mischief charge. After reviewing my case, Mr. Tyson explained the legal process to me and what he would be doing. He also provided me up-to-date statistics on his trial and dismissal records. They were excellent. I told him that my goal was to have the charge completely dismissed. He assured me that there was no need to take any kind of deal with my case because outright dismissal should be doable. In order to do that, he explained, we may have to keep going to court until we got the desired outcome but that this was all included in the retainer -- the only additional cost would be if the case had to be tried.
He did explain to me that there was a possibility the case would have to be tried if he couldn't get the prosecutor to drop the case otherwise and that this would be an additional expense. "Some cases just have to be tried." That being said, I was confident that had the case gone to trial, Mr. Tyson would have provided the best representation available to me. Now I am working with him to have this charge expunged from my record.
All in all I would recommend you at least have your case reviewed by Mr. Tyson.

I was arrested, unfortunately, for the 3rd time in almost 18 years for theft. Each arrest being almost 6 years apart to the day. Mac was great to work with. I was looking at some serious charges and Mac had the charges dismissed very quickly. The DA wanted to settle out of court, but Mac said no we are going to get this case dismissed and sure enough it was. Everytime I called him he made an effort to call me back.
