Let me tell you how Mack Schaffer made me feel SAFER- I got with another attorney after getting marketing from there office after I was charged with a felony and they were horrible and keep postponing my court date to do my walk through with my bail bonds and the judge so I had a active warrant out for my arrest for a couple weeks living scared- once I felt enough was enough I was referred to Mack and he had my walk through set up the next day and I was free to go about until my court dates and then he was able to get all my info and proof of my innocence and got my case dismissed 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with these people Racquel, always give the run around when we talk every other 3 weeks they are quick to take a case but terrible at keeping in contact; when it was time to get my car repaired it wasn’t enough to get it repaired I had to still come out of pocket even when my insurance wasn’t even involved and still get terrible excuses after going on close to 2 years. I shouldn’t have to keep contacting a company about MY CASE. Once finally settled won’t ever use this company again and don’t recommend

This review is a long time coming. I've worked with and relied on Shannon on three separate occasions over custody disputes of my eldest daughter. On all three occasions she was able to improve my situation and on two of those occasions where my situation was improved, I was on defense where I was the one that got served papers.
I believe that Shannon's prowess as an attorney actually comes from her compassion for her clients. She really does take the time to listen to and understand the unique situations that each case brings and understand and empathize with the situation. She gives her best because she knows what is on the line. She cares for her clients because she takes the time to understand them and their situation.

We had our child via surrogate; however, during the height of covid the number of guests in the hospital was limited. Our gestational carrier agreement was in another state and our child was birth in TX. The hospital couldn't do anything to help us and the birth mother was listed as the mother on the birth certificate. To have this change to my name was a challenge. Shannon fought tooth and nail with the judge. She didn't give up on us. She listened and even asked her colleagues for best approach. She looked for all solutions till we won. I went through one of the worse ordeals of my life. A domestic violence case that left me completely traumatized. At first I wasn't aware the severity of my charges. After speaking to a friend who is an attorney (divorce attorney), and also doing my research, I realized how serious my charges were and that I needed attorney asap. I needed an Attorney who is not just good but also cares about his clients.
I went on the quest of desperately finding an attorney. Called numerous criminal defense law office phone numbers, they were either no answering their phones, not available to answer questions at the time and was going to call me back, charging a consultation fee prior to speaking with them, or very unprofessional in answering the questions I had because I asked too many questions.
Tyler was the first person to call me back few hours after I called him. No consultation fee needed. He was so patient in answering all my questions, and I had alot too. Talking to him felt soothing. We then scheduled an in person consultation for the next day. I felt a sense of peace after meeting & speaking with him. He was compassionate, very professional, and kind. He listened to me with no judgment and showed empathy. He then assured me he would do all he can in his power to have my case dismissed.
After retaining him, I would text or call him for some answers, and he nevers hesitate to respond to my text or calls & he did so as promptly as possible. I never felt ignored or neglected not once. His communication was top notched.
For my first court date, Tyler and I showed up on that day. My first win was that he was able to get the judge to lift the protective order against me. I was so over joyed & thankful because I could now get back to my home. Meanwhile, some other attorneys had told me that it was impossible to have the protective order lifted.
You see, WHAT GOD CANNOT DO TRULY DOES NOT EXIST!
Next, he asked that my court appearances be waved and got that approved. It took two more court dates to finally get my case DISMISSED and this was due to a change of the prescutor on the case. Today, my case got DISMISSED y'all!!! OMG!!
MY GOD IS SOOOO GOOD!!!
Goshh!!! I can now breathe easily!!! I felt like I was holding my breathe underwater the entire time I had this case going. God showed up and showed out for me through Tyler. It's his way of showing me that he's always with me. Almost the list of attorneys I called (up to 10), God hand picked Tyler for me to show me he is in control and he loves me, and would never leave me nor forsake me. LORD I THANK YOU!!!

I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. This proved Illegal search and siezure and I walked away a free man.

I had gotten myself in the most detrimental situation I could have ever imagined I would’ve ever faced in my lifetime. I did not realize at the time the crime that I had committed was a serious felony and I was facing 10 to life. I originally contacted Mr. Tyson and asked him to review my case and give me an honest answer about what results I may have. I was charged with a 1st degree felony and every lawyer I talked to told me I was going to have deal with this charge heavily. Mr. Tyson predicted he could reduce my charge from 1st degree felony down to a state jail felony. Needless to say, and happily as well, he was %100 able to do so, I walked away with a special probation and had my felony deferred! I couldn't ask for a better result. He is also instantly recognizable in the criminal court building downtown.

I retained Mr. Tyson this past spring to defend me on a criminal mischief charge. After reviewing my case, Mr. Tyson explained the legal process to me and what he would be doing. He also provided me up-to-date statistics on his trial and dismissal records. They were excellent. I told him that my goal was to have the charge completely dismissed. He assured me that there was no need to take any kind of deal with my case because outright dismissal should be doable. In order to do that, he explained, we may have to keep going to court until we got the desired outcome but that this was all included in the retainer -- the only additional cost would be if the case had to be tried.
He did explain to me that there was a possibility the case would have to be tried if he couldn't get the prosecutor to drop the case otherwise and that this would be an additional expense. "Some cases just have to be tried." That being said, I was confident that had the case gone to trial, Mr. Tyson would have provided the best representation available to me. Now I am working with him to have this charge expunged from my record.
All in all I would recommend you at least have your case reviewed by Mr. Tyson.
