I had another attorney at the time and not only was my case sitting with no action for over a year but this attorney, who was "paid" to take my case, stopped responding and his office would reply days after a request or inquiry was made . After an excellent recommendation, I hired Mr. Kotler Scott F and his team. Not only where they responsive and professional but they got to work immediately and my case was resolved within a 3 month period after he took over with a favorable outcome. His prices are fair but his knowledge, expertise and professionalism are like no other in the business. He provided great advice, direction and was well connected within his community. His office staff was also top notch with immediate responses. If you need the best lawyer firm in town then Mr Scott Kotler is man!

Where should I start? I almost fell off the bed when I received a phone call at 9:00PM EST from the Miami Jail from a “very kind” officer informing me that on New Year’s weekend my “smart” kid was arrested at the airport, was at the jail discussing the stock market, however needed to be bailed out! My response “sure right this is a joke right, why is he in Miami, he usually celebrates New Year’s Rock-N-Eve in New York” and where are his stock market computers and his electronics? Never mind I said, I can ask him; I was on my way out of town, was my response, but let me think about this! I initially thought you know what just leave him there, then after I got over the shock, I called Attorney Kotler’s number, Attorney Kotler advised and I quote “I am on vacation in California, but hang tight DON’T PANIC”! Do you have the arrest number and what is your Son’s name, I believe is what he asked (I was still in shock) Good God my first time going through any jail issues and I thought that my Son was going to have to spend New Year’s in jail. I asked Attorney Kotler if I should just leave my Son in jail (I was joking after the shocking phone call from the officer at the jail) Very funny Mom was his response. He immediately advised on what to do PRIOR to even retaining his services, I bonded my Son out and then met the most incredible Ms. Jennifer who is Attorney Kotler’s paralegal. I retained his services and he represented my Son in court to ask the state to drop the charges. This review isn’t just about Attorney Kotler being a LAWYER! This is about him being a HUMAN first and understanding the stress that something surprising like this can cause on a single parent with a disability, but even more importantly understanding that even smart kids especially when they have a high intelligence can still have run ins with Law Enforcement. Let me add how grateful I am that Attorney Kotler took the case, represented my Son well and allowed me to be on the sidelines w/my Son’s permission in case he needed further assistance from me other than simply retaining his services. There is no amount of money that I could pay him to keep the STRESS off of me and fighting for my Son. I offered him a thank you gift, lunch money, dinner money, but he said no that he was happy to be of service when we needed him. I discussed with my Son the possibility of residing in Miami because who would not want to be near their Amazing Attorney. Now about Ms. Jennifer, there is no possible way in my opinion that Attorney Kotler could do and be all that he is without an “AMAZING & INCREDIBLE” assistant such as Ms. Jennifer! I hired Kenneth Kaplan to help with me with a very complicated divorce case. A number of attorneys preceded him and were unable to make any forward progress: in fact, a couple of them only served to make things worse. He reviewed over 1000 pages of case files and quickly had a thorough understanding of the issues. The case involved custody of a minor child and a number of financial matters. I found Mr. Kaplan to be a consummate professional who not only took pride in his work but also cared about the outcome of the proceedings. He was easy to get hold of and always returned my phone calls promptly. His advice and court action were always based in fact and tempered by financial practicalities. His advice created appropriate expectations and oftentimes served to dampen down my desire to move forward in a manner based more on my emotions than on my intellect. In the end, I avoided useless court time and unnecessary fees. The results he obtained for me on every level have been wonderful, a real blessing. I can recommend him without qualification to anyone who needs assistance with divorce. You will not find anyone better.

It’s important which attorney you pick, because even their name could make a difference. In my case, I did not get any formal charges filed at the arraignment, and case was dismissed.
He had a great legal strategy and did a great job. His legal staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. But I truly believe the mere fact that I had him as an attorney was the deciding factor in dropping my charges, why bother moving when you know you have a hard hitter working with you?

Ron was dedicated to my ex-husband's violent crime case. He was looking at 38 years in federal prison but because of all the work that went into researching PTSD and how it affected my ex-husband the father of my children received 5 years of prison and will hopefully be home in 3 years. Words cannot expressed the gratitude that my children and family feel for the work that was done to defend him. Our family hired Grant to save the bacon of our loved one who (sometimes) makes bad decisions. Grant made himself available to us immediately with open and constant communication. My child is OUT OF JAIL because of this lawyer. He had been arrested and held with No Bond and the charges were scary and involved a gun and a robbery and the prosecutor was talking about sentences of 25 years in prison. The other lawyer we hired barely even visited our son and said the jail was far away. We lost a lot of money on him.
When we hired Mr. Dwyer, he visited Carlos the same day. He explained to us the process and made it clear to understand. He found the problems in the case and before we knew it the prosecutor was announcing a dismissal and are son is HOME.

I was very pleased with the work of Mr. Panter in handling my case. From the very beginning, he sat down with me and explained the case to me, and how the judicial system works.
He explained to me all the legal fees involved, his expenses, and the expected costs to carry out my case. There was total transparency on his firm.
Mr. Panter explained to me the case, made sure understood all the issues, before obtaining consent to proceed with the case.
He educated me on his education, training and experience, and his experience in treating cases similar to mine.
He was easily available, and would return calls promptly, if he was busy.

I had many issues with my roof and was looking for a good law firm to help me with my situations. I search online and came across this law firm. I decided to take chance based on the reviewed that I read online. I was extremely extremely happy with their work. I had great results, the staff and the lawyers were excellent. His website makes the misrepresentation that it is a free evaluation which makes people believe an attorney will be evaluating the case. They charged me $150 for a telephone consultation but claimed it was for a telephone evaluation (Misleading. I never received a valuation I only gave info. and schedule the telephone consult). Then the attorney Joseph told me that he would refund any unused retainer funds during the telephone conversation but when I got the retainer agreement, it stated NON-REFUNDABLE retainer of $12,000+ and that the money was earned upon receipt. When I asked him to remove the NON-REFUNDABLE term from the retainer, he refused and declined to represent me. It is my opinion from my initial dealings with him that he was not honest with me. And that he and his firm are very much aware that people are being misled to believe the term "schedule your free evaluation" is a "free consultation" by an attorney but they play on those words to get people to call the firm then they do a BAIT-N-SWITCH.
