I want to thank you for all the work you did on my behalf. The outcome on my offense wasn't anything short of amazing .Unfortunately I've had a few lawyers over the years because of multiple OUIL's and you were by far the best presentation I've could have hoped for .Every time I had a question or concern you answered my calls and walked me thru it .When the judge sentenced me to 5 days in jail after having multiple offenses I was shocked. "Justice was served Today"
This was the first text that Spencer sent me after he helped win a Jury Trial against my ex-wife in a wrongful allegation, DV charge in Livingston County.
I chose Spencer because he came highly recommended from a friend, whom he had also helped in a previous matter. He had plenty of positive reviews (which are all true), and he's young, hungry, ambitious and has a track record of winning.

Mine was a unique case and tremendously happy with the results. I was charged with OWVI by Milford Police Dept. in the 52-1 District Court. The police report had several deviations and after watching all all video from officers body cameras in discovery, Spencer Bondy, wrote and submitted 12-pages in a deviation letter to the prosecutor. Respectfully citing each and every one of the deviations made. Spencer communicated each step of the process to me and kept me in the loop at every turn and conversation with the prosecutor. Spencer didn't miss a beat, extremely organized, knows the law like no other, and answered to Judge Reed when he went on record stating this is a significant reduction and only warranted in extremely limited cases (obviously mine was one of these cases). As mentioned, I am tremendously happy with the result being a dismissal of the OWVI charge and a plea of responsible for the careless driving infraction instead. Spencer genuinely cares about his clients and as a defensive lawyer he is top notch!

If you want an honest lawyer, you found the one! I can't tell you how many lawyers I spoke with, that just tried to scare me about charges.
Jessica absolutely did not try to scare me. She did not try to empty my pockets. She did not put an inch of doubt in my head! She is competent and kind. Another huge thing is; she does not bring up " reputation " for her. I believe a true lawyer cares more about rights VS their image. My Life Includes some horrible decisions, like drunk driving, but one choice I’ll never regret was hiring Jonathan Jones to guide me through the Legal System! Facing a 3rd DUI, I was a wreck, scared of everything I was up against, until I met Jonathan. Not only did he provide some calm , I actually really liked the guy!! Another lawyer wanted me to plead guilty and I almost listened even though I didn’t want to. Then I hired Mr. Khuja and he listened to me and walked me through every possibility with my case so I decided to trust him to do a jury trial. Immediate difference when I walked into court with him by my side. They started making better offers but I still turned them down because I knew Mr. Khuja could win my case. Trial lasted a week but it only took the jury maybe 15 minutes to find me NOT GUILTY. He was expensive but worth every penny. I owe him my freedom and will always be grateful for what he did for me.

We didn’t know we were being scammed as it was all so confusing. Brian returned my call and said don’t follow their instructions regarding a new “Failure to show up in court scam” He then called the sheriff impersonator who would not give his badge number and hung up confirming the scam. I have two children, 5 and 7. I was only granted weekend visits during my divorce and over the last three years since the divorce was final things kept getting worse. I tried to file motions on my own and was told I would have a court date in two weeks. Wrong! I kept getting blown off. I searched online for a lawyer and was very unsure if I could afford one or if my Lawyer would let me down like my divorce lawyer. I decided to set up a consultation with Shelly and gave a brief description to her assistant Ruth over the phone. When I went in to her office I was nervous, a single dad going for full custody...not very often does that turn out good. Shelly and her whole staff, Ruth, Brian and Chelley made me feel extremely comfortable and explained EVERYTHING to me in great detail. I decided to hire Shelly. We had a very short time to get things ready before going in front of the referee for a parenting time violation and status conference. She did a very good job prepping for in in just a few weeks. I ended up with temporary custody and we had to prep for mediation. Mediation was not a option as we found out. So now the preparation for trial. I was very skeptical about everything at this point. Shelly and her staff did a great job explaining what was happening and telling me how I could save my self money by getting medical records or anything relevant to trial. The judical misconduct preformed by Brandon Gardner towards me in court was very embarrasing. I dont know of any attorney that will stand infront of a judge and discredit his client because of their civil rights being violated to the extent Brandon states that he was ashamed of me as his client for filing a civil rights law suit against the state and county due to the very case he wants out of representing. I never met Brandon and didnt hire Brandon I hired Karla Tankut who was with his law firm unfortantly Karla resigned from the firm and Brandon took over my case. I was quoted at $5,000 dollar retainer and she didnt think that would even be all used i was on a payment plan until Brandon took over and stated he couldnt accept payments on a fraud case my case isnt even fraud. Brandon then stated he was withdrawing if i couldnt pay $24,000 to go to trial. Brandon never met me, he never spoke to me about my case. Brandon lied under oath by saying he didnt know i filed a lawsuit when karla stated she spoke with Brandon and showed him the violations of my civil rights with Michigan State Police Internal affairs ruling Msp violated policy for my arrest. Karla told me I needed to file with someone else because their firm doesnt handle unlawful arrest like their website states it does , and they dont handle civil suits , but Brandon told the judge he was appauled and very sorry his client took action against the courts over my rights being violated during my case. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. This firm will take your deposite and find reason to drop you. I paid $1000 dollars used only $230 dollars and Brandon says i now owe hin over two grand? Im unsure but id surely hope Brandon realizes his actions could potentially be considered a violation of his duty and misconduct.
