Chris handled a case of mine over a year ago, and throughout the year, some things came up that Chris really had no responsibility to address as he had successfully done his job with a fantastic sentencing outcome but he always took the time to follow up with me. I've had another criminal attorney who was supposed to ranked very highly and the fact is after the case was over, I couldn't get a word out of him unless it involved paying more. Chris is a stand up attorney, remembered the facts of my case for an entire year and when he was able to help, he did so, and as a secondary outcome, we applied for and got an early dismissal from probation and on my record a year after. Chris is by far the best attorney I have worked with and I highly recommend him. When I am able to get my case expunged in two years, Chris will be my immediate go-to.

My husband and I put off our estate planning for a long time. We didn't know how to find someone we could trust. Thankfully, some friends of ours told us about their experience working with TJ. They felt he was an excellent attorney and had handled their affairs well. We wholeheartedly agree with their assessment!
TJ was very responsive. We initially contacted him through his website and he responded to our inquiry within hours. My husband is a pilot, and it can be difficult to schedule meetings with him. TJ worked within our time constraints and quickly rearranged when needed.
Once we were in our face to face meeting, TJ, and his assistant, Gretchen, listened well, explained thoroughly, and never made us feel inadequate or judged by some of the "off the beaten track" requests we had.

At one point during my whole ordeal I even considered accepting the prosecutions deal and he told me to stay the course and fight for a win. We ultimately ended up going to trial and he was amazing! From prep to in the courtroom A++ a true professional. It only took a matter of hours (even on a Friday) to have a NOT guilty verdict on both charges and the case was dismissed.
I cannot recommend Josh and London Defense enough and his name is the only one I would put out there if anyone ever asks me if I know a great attorney. He is the main reason my life returned to normal after a terrible ordeal I went through.

Lori is hands down the best lawyer!!! When they say taking on a certain entity is a hard fight, that didn’t stop her for taking on our case. I reached out to Kelly regarding my wrongful conviction for domestic violence which was preventing me from owning/possessing a fire. If it wasn’t for my love of hunting specifically with my dad I probably would’ve gone on with my life but instead I explained my situation to Kelly, she sounded positive about restoring my rights. I am a business owner who has lived primarily out-of-state since 1981. I have a second home in Minnesota. My situation occurred in 2017, after a cop harassed me for nearly an hour in a parking lot. Unfortunately, this occurred in a suburb whose cops are notorious for harassing innocent people. I was "guilty" of driving with expired plates, and knew it; I'd been out of town working, forgot to renew the plates on the car I keep in Minnesota. I apologized to the cop but he continued harrassing me. Oddly, he did not write me a ticket. Instead, he spent nearly all of his time asking me irrelevant personal questions (e.g., about other cars I own but do not drive).
Months later, I received a court document that I did not understand. According to the document, I was facing several thousands of dollars in fines and a jail sentence. Without hesitation, I retained Mr. Sessoms. The conclusion was that the judge let me off with a year's probation- no fine, no jail time. This would not have happened without Faison Sessoms's exceptional creative thinking and guidance. An important PS is that I have twice before seen Mr. Sessoms in action; throughout the years. I don't know of another Minnesota attorney with his experience- he really knows his way around the court systems- and knowledge of this state's judges. (It was actually a retired judge who recommended him to me.) I have not hesitated to recommend his services to others, who were equally pleased with his services- and hence I am doing so, now. Carolyn represented me a right before she took a job with the Federal Public Defenders Office. I was referred to her by the Child sex abuse and defense resource center in Cleveland. After she excepted the public defender job she turned me over to an associate she had worked with who also did a fantastic job. I had been falsly accused by my than 23 year old daughter. Four counts of criminal sexual mis-conduct in the first degree. After three years and turning down a plea for no jail time, I took it to a jury trial. It took a jury about an hour to find me not guilty on all 4 counts. I had two great lawyers. Carolyn in the beginning and her associate Nancy who took it over. I owe them both so much and can never thank them enough. I would give them both a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.

My girlfriend needed an employment attorney and the reviews seemed overall very good. At my gf's request, I contacted this company and told them to contact her at her number. Imagine my surprise when they contacted me again instead of the number that I gave them. After that, they finally get ahold of her and set up a time for a "consultation" (their words). We get the call on the agreed upon day and it's not a consultation. We, instead, speak with a paralegal, Bernice, who sets up a time to speak with the attorney, who we are told is Nick in about a week. We wait for the agreed upon date, which we were given not a specific time, but instead a window that the call would come in from Nick. Well, we waited and around the end of the window of time, my gf called and was told that Nick would be contacting her soon. He didn't. So my gf called again, now almost an hour after the window of time ended. We spoke with Miguel, who was professional albiet short and not very helpful. He indicated that Nick had some other pressing and thusly could not take our consultation at this time as agreed. My gf inquired as to why we were not given a call to inform us this change. Miguel had no explanation whatsoever. My gf asked when would we be able to speak with Nick and again Miguel was completely inept. We asked to speak to a managing partner and Miguel refused to pass that request along. So, to review, we have waited weeks for a consultation and got blown off with no explanation whatsoever. We can't get confirmation on when we can speak to an attorney or a managing partner. This is easily the most unprofessional and inept law firm I've ever encountered. I get that things happen but communication, professionalism and a willingness to make things right is key.

Always taking "vacations" with your money. Stalls, does a lot of "busy work" and slick talking to make sure it looks like he's doing something. Commits perjury overall good lawyer if you are a deadbeat trying to make it look like you are not.

Es el peor , abogado de todo minesota , no se lo recomiendo a nadie , vine para que me ayudaran con una solicitud de permiso de trabajo , y firme contrato xq éramos mi esposo y yo , pagué de inicio 3000 dólares , y me dijeron que iban a meter las aplicaciones , entregue todos mis documentos y después , pasaron 8 meses porque me dijeron que en 8 meses llegaba el permiso y cada que les llamaba no me respondían , entonces me fui directamente a la oficina sin cita , después de 8 meses y cuando llegue me dijeron que aún no habían metido mi caso 😐😐, les pedí que me devolvieran mi dinero y que buscaría otro abogado , y solo me devolvieron $1500 , no sé qué es lo que tuve que pagar 🤷🏼♀️si nunca se metió ninguna aplicación. La consulta cuesta $250 , pues se hubieran descontado eso y nada más , pero prácticamente es un robo. No les recomiendo en lo absoluto este lugar principalmente a Pascal y Xochild que era el abogado y la asitente 😐😐😐😐No vayan porque les va ir mal 😐
