When searching for lawyers for my fathers DUI case, I came across several lawyers but from the few that I spoke with over the phone or in person, no one came close to David. From start to finish he was so kind, understanding and responsive! When meeting with him I truly appreciated his honesty and expertise regarding options and knew that we would be in good hands moving forward with him. He is very knowledgeable about the Anoka court system and was very patient and in explaining the process with my father and I. In the end the case was able to be dismissed! Contacted a couple criminal attorneys a when I got charged for a dui, there explanations and fees were so scary and intimidating but when I reached out to Scott Anderson he made it so easy from the go with his explanations, availability ,fee and calmness. Yes I haven’t been in many troubles but I can boldly say Scott Anderson is the best in this game as he helped me knocked down the charge to a careless driving even before the court date. What baffled me most Scott is literally available to pick my calls anytime of the day and would take his time answering whatever questions thrown at him. I will recommend him anytime any day.

I reached out to Kelly regarding my wrongful conviction for domestic violence which was preventing me from owning/possessing a fire. If it wasn’t for my love of hunting specifically with my dad I probably would’ve gone on with my life but instead I explained my situation to Kelly, she sounded positive about restoring my rights. Took a few months but the wait paid off. I now have my conceal carry and the joy of being able to purchase weapons. More importantly I get to hunt with my dad without looking over my shoulder. Chris handled a case of mine over a year ago, and throughout the year, some things came up that Chris really had no responsibility to address as he had successfully done his job with a fantastic sentencing outcome but he always took the time to follow up with me. I've had another criminal attorney who was supposed to ranked very highly and the fact is after the case was over, I couldn't get a word out of him unless it involved paying more. Chris is a stand up attorney, remembered the facts of my case for an entire year and when he was able to help, he did so, and as a secondary outcome, we applied for and got an early dismissal from probation and on my record a year after. Chris is by far the best attorney I have worked with and I highly recommend him. When I am able to get my case expunged in two years, Chris will be my immediate go-to.

I worked with Robert as my attorney for the last 2 years for my custody case. As a unmarried father in Minnesota, the odds are definitely against you. Robert was there for me through and through, and he wouldn't quit fighting for me to have equal parenting time with my son. We just recieved the good news, after going to trial, that we won! I was awarded joint physical/legal custody with my son! I couldn't have done it without him! He's made a bigger impact in my life than he knows! I can't wait to spend quality time with my boy. Robert Manson was referred to me by a very good friend of mine. She was extremely satisfied with his work with her brother’s divorce proceedings. Based on that referral, I had the utmost pleasure in meeting with Robert Manson to discuss my divorce issues. I hired Robert (Bob) to represent my daughter and I in Family Court. I was seeking full legal and physical custody of my daughter. When Bob and I first met, we were quickly able to see my situation was in dire need of legal assistance. As a single father, this was by far the scariest thing I have faced in my life. Bob was able to take a pragmatic approach, explain to me the processes within the court system, and guide me through litigation with confidence. There were false claims of abuse and Bob was able to not only deal with them, but to bring an emergency motion that granted me temporary custody. As a trial lawyer, I couldn't have been more pleased with Bob's professionalism, knowledge and legal advice. Bob represented me in court on several occasions leading up to and ultimately throughout a 4 day trail. Bob's experience and knowledge of MN state law was key in our outcome.
I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my daughter and mother had to do supervised parenting time. My situation deserved this outcome, but Bob was the individual who brought the argument to the court and ultimately won the case. He chewed up mother's expert witness. He also represented me in post decree matters and was always responsive and on point. His fees were reasonable as well.
I have since referred my friends and family to seek Mr. Manson's services if they find themselves with any family law issues. They have all been as pleased as I was with his services.

Kerry Anne had a clear and definite plan during a brief consult two months ago. You can hear on the phone that has a logical train of thought and uses clear English and projects her voice well.
This involved family court OFP. I think she would work very fast and determined with respect to her work and practice in family law.
Although, she was hesitant when I mentioned include extra assistance in the form of a private investigator (Behavioral Intelligence Agent) she did concede that she would be open to consulting at her hourly rate as an intermediary advisor outside of court.

My experience with Carol was a positive one. Now I hired two attorneys for my case, one being a big wig 20,000+ attorney for one case kinda guy. I must say Carol was by far the better value. She was very kind to me the entire case. She made me feel like she cared about me and my case not just about closing a deal or pressuring me into a deal until I felt ready. She is very smart and knowledgeable on the law. The only thing she is missing is experience and that will come with time. She was always there to answer and questions I had. The other attorney I could not say the same for. The process of court was very scary for me being my first and only offense and I'm glad I had Carol on my side. I am a business owner who has lived primarily out-of-state since 1981. I have a second home in Minnesota. My situation occurred in 2017, after a cop harassed me for nearly an hour in a parking lot. Unfortunately, this occurred in a suburb whose cops are notorious for harassing innocent people. I was "guilty" of driving with expired plates, and knew it; I'd been out of town working, forgot to renew the plates on the car I keep in Minnesota. I apologized to the cop but he continued harrassing me. Oddly, he did not write me a ticket. Instead, he spent nearly all of his time asking me irrelevant personal questions (e.g., about other cars I own but do not drive).
Months later, I received a court document that I did not understand. According to the document, I was facing several thousands of dollars in fines and a jail sentence. Without hesitation, I retained Mr. Sessoms. The conclusion was that the judge let me off with a year's probation- no fine, no jail time. This would not have happened without Faison Sessoms's exceptional creative thinking and guidance. An important PS is that I have twice before seen Mr. Sessoms in action; throughout the years. I don't know of another Minnesota attorney with his experience- he really knows his way around the court systems- and knowledge of this state's judges. (It was actually a retired judge who recommended him to me.) I have not hesitated to recommend his services to others, who were equally pleased with his services- and hence I am doing so, now. I hired Mr.Ringstrom, Sr. to handle a legal matter involving my husband and a legal issue. Mr. Ringstrom was amazing! Maria handled my messy divorce and 5 years of residual issues in a concise manner with knowledge, fairness (to all parties involved) and with a calmness that help me get though those difficult years. I never felt in the dark, Maria always took the time to explain the why's, how's and possible outcomes. I can't begin to express how amazing Maria was in handling my case. I filed for divorce in August of 2009 and my ex-wife immediately began an unimaginable mud-slinging campaign in an effort to gain sole custody of our children. I wanted to reply in kind and engage in that battle to refute all the lies my ex was putting forth. But, Maria had a great game plan which she came up with after our first court appearance. We would simply stick to the facts. At first, it was difficult to sit back and let my character be assassinated time and time again. However, it was very easy to trust the strategy that Maria had in place.
There were several times during my case that the outlook seemed bleak. I would get uptight, panicked or nervous. Maria was always there to explain the divorce process and tell me why we need to maintain our strategy. She was always available to answer any question, no matter how trivial it might have been. She would explain in detail why things were relevant to the court. Even if I had naïve questions like as why they were relevant, Maria explained how my course of action be in my best interests (and the best interests of my children) and how my actions would work in my favor in the long run. To say she has a firm grasp on divorce law and the entire divorce process would be a vast understatement.
It is now October of 2010 and my case has just concluded. I’m absolutely convinced Maria is part soothsayer. Her strategy played out exactly as we had discussed back in 2009. The custody evaluation worked out in my favor, just as Maria said it would. The judge saw through the mudslinging of my ex and focused on the facts, just as Maria said she would. While there are no winners in a divorce, I feel truly vindicated that I stuck to my convictions (thanks to Maria’s guidance) and the judge ruled very heavily in my favor.
This was the first instance I needed a lawyer for more than one day. I am absolutely elated that I chose Maria Maier to be that lawyer. Her expertise and guidance helped me through a very difficult transition in my life. I wouldn’t wish a divorce on anybody, but I would highly recommend Maria to anyone who needs an expert lawyer on their side should they find themselves facing a divorce.

Dawn is an amazing attorney who listens to your needs and doesn’t treat you like another dollar. Her clients always comes first (male or female). She handles your case swiftly at a reasonable price. She handled my daughter’s divorce and it was difficult because the other side refused to get an attorney himself and he also didn’t know the law and thought if he did nothing that nothing would happen. Assistance provided was with Restraining order and Custody concerns.

Mr. Timothy Ryan is an excellent lawyer to have in your corner during the legal process. His performance at trial was spot on! He was extremely responsive to any question or concerns I had. If I couldn't reach him all I had to do was leave a voicemail which he regularly checks throughout the day, and he would be quick to respond. Carolyn represented me a right before she took a job with the Federal Public Defenders Office. I was referred to her by the Child sex abuse and defense resource center in Cleveland. After she excepted the public defender job she turned me over to an associate she had worked with who also did a fantastic job. I had been falsly accused by my than 23 year old daughter. Four counts of criminal sexual mis-conduct in the first degree. After three years and turning down a plea for no jail time, I took it to a jury trial. It took a jury about an hour to find me not guilty on all 4 counts. I had two great lawyers. Carolyn in the beginning and her associate Nancy who took it over. I owe them both so much and can never thank them enough. I would give them both a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10.
