I met with Mr. Goodman who answered all my questions and knew his stuff. I decided to hire a less expensive attorney but was not happy with the progress ended up being a waste of mo ey with other guy. I switched and hired Mr. Goodman and could not have been more impressed with the outcome. You do get what you pay for. I should have gone with my gut reaction at the beginning that would have save me anxiety, time and money. Don’t make the same mistake.

Joel was extremely thorough and helpful as I dealt with the most difficult situation in my life. He went above and beyond by taking many meetings with out of state attorneys (I am not a Nevada resident) and even my employer. I was scared and worried I could not get my records expunged. I had over nine pages of arrests on my criminal record. I can only say great things about Mr. pariente. Last July I was accused of a crime I did not commit. Mr. Pariente made sure these charges were dropped. He was always very professional, he provided me with his direct cell phone and I was able to get in contact with him at all times. He was always very straight forward and explained every step of the process with great detail. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a criminal defense lawyer. He is the best in Las Vegas for sure.

Pariente Law Firm was fantastic through my legal experience. I found them easily on Google, and I chose them over all the others because they were down to earth, friendly, and the most informative.
I signed with Michael Pariente immediately after our first meeting, and he went to work on the heavy charges I was facing from the court.
I was naturally stressed through my judicial experience, but Michael was calm and orderly, and in just a few months he had my charges dismissed.

Byron got my first offense DUI closed and essentially all I had to do was pay a $500 fine no other punishments. And I didn’t even have to show up in person to court. The judge was super easy on me because Byron set me up to have all the requirement finished prior to the hearing.
Overall an amazing experience, Bryon was extremely helpful, friendly and always available over the phone.

Byron went above and beyond my expectations. This was my very first time dealing with a criminal case and as such knew absolutely nothing. The PD’s office did the least possible to explain or help us understand the ins and outs regarding my nephews charges/case. Byron spent over an hour on a Friday night explaining things in detail and making sure I understood what he was explaining. Although Byron was unable to directly represent us in this case, he directed me to a very good known lawyer for further assistance.
This dude is legit hilarious and tells you stories to empathize as well as to help you understand what he is explaining. As we know all the legal mumbo jumbo can get confusing without the proper education.
I have no doubt Byron would have been an amazing person to represent us. Unfortunately, we reached out a bit too late.
Thanks Byron for all the info and the laughs. Definitely needed during these tough times.

It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

Marshall Willick represented me in my child custody case. And he did an incredible job I seriously could not ask for a better lawyer. Marshal Willick, wow…just so amazing! I don’t know 5 stars can cut it on my feelings for how well I feel Marshal handled my case. He exceeded my expectations!
I highly recommend Marshal and all the legal staff at the Willick Law Group. I hired them to assist me in a complicated family matter and they were simply amazing in their handling of my case. The paralegals are so knowledgeable too and the team approach they utilized was paramount in the success of my case. I wish, I had hired them to handle my legal case initially, as I feel so doing, I would have likely saved money. They will use their expertise to help the courts see the truth from the get-go, which is so important-so your ex can not use the courts to create legal issues that cost you dearly financially years after the fact. The latter is so important when leaving a toxic situation, in hopes of the start of a new life.
Further, I found the Willick Firm to be very compassionate. I felt they cared about my case and they were very mindful of their billing, without compromising quality. I am 60yrs old and had NEVER been arrested or in serious trouble until i found myself in a soap opera type nightmare with LVPD reading me my Miranda rights! I was being falsely accused of bullying & assaulting my elderly mother that I was caring for. I was scared out of my wits and having trouble seeing ANY way out of going to jail. Suddenly i went from loving daughter to an alleged abusive caregiver. My unethical, greedy brothers thought they might get cut out of our mothers will so they plotted (to the best of their ignorant ability) to discredit me and manipulate my mother into tossing me into jail and them directly into her bank accounts. I had heard of Amber months ago in passing. I NEVER thought I’d need a defense attorney. Thank GOD for Amber Fuhriman. I got on line and frantically searched for a defense attorney. I recognized her name and called. She answered. The police had gone to corroborate (or not) my version of events when Amber answered my call.
She listened patiently to my plea for help to keep me from being arrested. She quickly assessed my situation, asked a few important questions and then calmly extracted me from the abyss I had begun to sink into. She told me precisely what COULD happen next. Thats what happened. She explained what to do if and when it did happen, and as succinctly and concisely as a preacher on a pulpit would, she calmed my frayed nerves with facts. She allowed me to function in a calmly educated manner. when I felt like I was being railroaded she armed me with facts so that I didn’t fall into my evil brothers trap: Rattle me so I would melt into a puddle of tears, followed by outrage and indignation, my brothers pushed all the buttons that were installed in childhood, all fueled by age old sibling rivalries. Amber helped me keep my cool and not lose control of my emotions. She stated facts and kept me out of jail. I want people to know what she did for me. I did NOT get arrested. Ambers counsel allowed me to maintain my dignity in a moment when I could have lost it. Shes that good. Thank you Amber.

Ms Amber Fuhriman was a beacon of hope to my spouse and I at a time when our options appeared to be none and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. Before we hired Ms Fuhriman, we talked to several lawyers and they all said there was no chance for my spouse to be able to come back to the US after being sent back to his country, and much less to ever get a green card. Not only was she able to defend him from an unjust accusation, her calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and family. My family, like so many, battled with a drug addicted child. The addiction led to criminal behavior. We never stopped fighting for our son for the 11 years of hardcore heroin addiction. Multiple times he was incarcerated for both petty and serious crimes. We hired Philip Brown to help on multiple cases over a period of 5 years. In each instance he prevailed in our son's favor. These victories gave our son an opportunity to be rehabilitated rather than just incarcerated. Today our son is healthy and clean for almost two years. I had a Ticket for rear ending someone. No damage, no-one was hurt but I got an estimated $1100 fine for not having NV license plates and $250 fine for tapping the bumper. Went to court myself (which I do not recommend) and like a dummy pleaded not guilty. No other Lawyer would take my case. Vincent Ginn is my hero! He went to pretrial for me and reduced my ticket to $75 and no points! I recommend you hire Vincent the first time. Never go to court on your own! Thanks Vincent!

Ben is AMAZING!
I had a felony warrant that I have had since 2017. I called three different law offices before I called Bens law office, and all of them were in a rush and made me feel like a burden. I didn’t even feel comfortable asking any questions because I felt so rushed. It felt like they just wanted me to pay them their fee but not ask too many questions.
But when I called and spoke to Ben, I knew immediately that he was the attorney that I would be hiring because he was patient, and explained everything in great detail. Not only that but he was just a breathe of fresh air after speaking to the other law firms. He seriously went above and beyond and just gave me a sense of relief. He didn’t make any false promises and he did exactly what he said he would do. I am BEYOND satisfied with the services of this law office and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is needed legal assistance. My warrant is now clear and Ben did everything that he said he would do.

I ran into Terry distraught in court for a domestic I was facing. I looked for anyone that would talk to me and hear me out. She was the only one that listened and cared enough to help. She was busy but told me that she was in the court room during my case.
