After leaving two different lawyers, I literally needed to pray to God for helping me to find a responsible lawyer! Melissa is His answer for me. First of all, Melissa respects her profession - she realizes that it is a SERVICE to the clients that many lawyers do not realize nowadays. She reads, analyze, and remembers the information so that she does not need the client to re-tell the stories over and over again. Many lawyers nowadays would just refuse to share the headspace to keep their clients' information, so the clients have to pay to re-tell the information over and over again. She presents the facts accurately in court and manages to capture the judge's attention and respect. Her staff are friendly and professional. While all these are great legal services, there is something that Melissa does as well - she cares! She actually cares about the clients and makes the effort to provide more information so that she can empower the clients to make their own decisions. I would definitely recommend her to everyone!

When I called, Alex immediately responded to my vehicle inquiry and sorrows surrounding the repairs. After providing him with all the purchase documents and repair documents he was able to tell me that I definitely had a breach of warranty case against the manufacturer.
It took some time (dealing with a large motor company) but they eventually paid for my lack of use of the car (always in the shop) and also paid for the lawyer fees.
Alex was able to help me win my settlement. I would have had no idea where to start. If this happens to anyone around me I'd tell them to call Alex. Very helpful and professional!

My experience with Seth is that he is a very knowledgeable and down to earth attorney. Very responsive to say the least! Due to Seth's expertise, I had an impressively short custody battle.
As a father in the family court, I had very little confidence in gaining custody. Seth reassured me that I had a strong case. Seth is an honest attorney who works hard for his clients--he was very precise and detailed in spotting out some not so obvious inconsistencies in my child support case.
I’m sure that Seth will ensure the best possible outcome to any type of litigation within the family courts--with the child/children in mind as the priority.

Can I tell Seth gave me my life back after being severely abused and surviving and getting to a safe space. Seth took over I was so afraid he handled everything he did everything in court and saved my life. I cannot thank him enough . Very unprofessional law firm. I had the misfortune to work with Mr. Uri Frenkel, who kept asking for the same files over and over for weeks without even checking to see that he already had them. In the end, he blamed David Frenkel for taking my file to Florida and lost it. It's just a waste of time and money to go for their services.

As a caregiver for many years of a family member who had Parkinson's disease, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospital Neurology Department presented me with three names of eldercare law firms as my family member's health was declining.
I interviewed all three firms, then selected Lamson & Cutner to proceed with our eldercare requirements for help in navigating the ever changing legal requirements as to long term nursing home care when on USA Government health care insurances.

No one can do this complicated legal work alone and it is best ,if possible to proceed with legal issues when the ill person can still understand and contibute their own desires as to what their assets distribution ,usually but not exclusivly into an Irrevocable trust, as well as critical end of life decisions to their family which should be then ultimately drawn up in legal documents by an Attorney .
As the LSCW stated to me when I hesitated thinking "I had so much time to get to this issue" ...'Don't put it off"!
