8 years ago, I'd had multiple surgeries & just managed to pay for my mom's Alzheimer's care when she died. I was totally broke. Couldn't work. Barely surviving. My debts happened before any of this. I contacted debtors to workout a reasonable way to go - no good. Then I came to you. Almost 8 years to the day back from today I had no more debt. Since then, while I have health challenges & can't work, I have found a pretty wonderful way to live. I made it 6 years paying cash only, then started to build credit again, and now my rating is around 700. In 2 years the bankruptcy will be off my credit record & it will go higher. Without your services, I wouldn't have had a chance in hell. Yes, it was definitely a new beginning. I may be 79, but I'm 79 going on 50!

I was living a nightmare for almost four years. I sold my home and the buyers' attorney fell for a scam e-mail, wiring my mortgage payoff to a fraudulent account at my servicing bank. All of the funds were completely withdrawn from the fraudulent account in a few days. I had no idea that any of this happened until the bank deducted a mortgage payment from my account weeks later. After my real estate attorney discovered what happened, the bank was notified of the fraud and told me not to worry, and that they would freeze the account until the situation was rectified. The buyers' attorney refused to take any responsibility, claimed to be a victim, and never notified the buyers that their home was subject to a lien from an unsettled mortgage. The local police and the FBI were notified and investigated and found that the scammers succeeded in getting the funds overseas. Everyone involved in the transaction denied responsibility and then the bank denied saying that they would freeze the account and referred me to collections, destroying my credit and putting my security clearance and livelihood at risk. I hired Tim and PLG to represent me in this matter, and when the bank refused to even discuss what had happed, he filed a civil suit on my behalf. Tim and PLG were relentless in fighting for me and helping me navigate through dealing with my employer as my clearance was in jeopardy. Were it not for Tim, I would have lost my clearance and my job. Unfortunately, there is little recourse for victims of this type of fraud and it is impossible to fight major banks, insurance companies, and attorneys without having the best on your side. I was lucky to have Tim and PLG on my side and I received a favorable outcome. Tim is passionate about what he does, seeking justice for his clients, fighting for "the little guy"! I hope no one ever has to go through what I did, but if you do, you need Parlatore Law Group in your corner!

My experience with Seth is that he is a very knowledgeable and down to earth attorney. Very responsive to say the least! Due to Seth's expertise, I had an impressively short custody battle.
As a father in the family court, I had very little confidence in gaining custody. Seth reassured me that I had a strong case. Seth is an honest attorney who works hard for his clients--he was very precise and detailed in spotting out some not so obvious inconsistencies in my child support case.
I’m sure that Seth will ensure the best possible outcome to any type of litigation within the family courts--with the child/children in mind as the priority.

Can I tell Seth gave me my life back after being severely abused and surviving and getting to a safe space. Seth took over I was so afraid he handled everything he did everything in court and saved my life. I cannot thank him enough . I first met with Raunak when someone else was representing me in my divorce. By the end of my consultation with him, it was clear that Raunak is a breed apart from other attorneys. It is really night and day.
My divorce was so messy and my first attorney made the mess even worse instead of fixing problems. Raunak changed the whole direction of my case. It was such a breath of fresh air. I don’t know how I could have gotten through it all and kept my sanity intact if I hadn’t changed attorneys and hired Raunak to represent me.
As time went on, Raunak proved himself to be very thorough and knowledgeable. Unlike my first attorney, he wasn’t all talk. He actually got results. Raunak also repeatedly went above and beyond his obligations and proved that he was genuinely committed to me and my case. I know he has much bigger cases than mine, but he always treated my case as important. His commitment has been truly exceptional.

Anyone who has had to go to family court knows just how stressful it is. A big part of the stress is worrying whether your attorney will really help you achieve a favorable outcome. Another concern is wondering, "Will my attorney make my case a priority, or will I be just be another client that he/she can barely keep track of?" All these concerns vanished after I started working with Raunak Kothari. At every step of the way, Raunak put me at ease with his knowledge and attentiveness. Thanks to his experience, he was able to point out so many considerations that had never occurred to me. Apart from making me feel like a priority, Raunak ran circles around opposing counsel. It wasn’t even close to a fair fight. Throughout the whole process, he fought for my interests and guided me with tremendous insight. And he did all of these things with kindness and respect. I was represented by one of the best known firms in New York City, but my case was going in circles. A friend suggested I speak with Raunak Kothari and I am so glad I did. Raunak brought clarity to my situation, quickly got my case back on track, resolved the issues my prior attorney could not and brought other issues to my attention that I had never considered.
Throughout the process, Raunak kept an unwavering focus on my priorities. Before negotiations, he explained the implications of various options, suggested alternatives, anticipated the other side’s arguments and explained the law that applied to my situation. At the four way meeting we finally had, Raunak’s experience really came to shine. He was so practical, clear and persuasive. Even the attorney on the other side could not disagree with his points.
Raunak’s calm but firm demeanor gets results. He is open, direct, sharp and responsive. My first attorney represented me in family court. I paid over $7,000 and got nowhere! My brother recommended Sandra Spennato so I cut ties with the 1st attorney, collected my files and started again from scratch with Sandra. Immediately, she listened to my current situation, listened to my goals, and put together a custom plan while also managing my expectations on what is realistic in the eyes of NY law. 1st thing she did was a discovery phase (which my former attorney NEVER did) looking at my ex's bank records which put us in a favorable position. She fought hard and in much less than a year (**during COVID**) we had the terms agreed to involving my daughter and my finances. I hired Sandra Spennato to help me obtain custody of my son. She is very knowledgeable and also quite the tactician. Sandra did not sell me a dream and false hope. She told me the cold hard truth every time we met and that is what I need. I have experienced lawyers that have sold me false truths and have only been interested in draining my wallet dry. She is nothing like that. I have never met a more understanding and passionate attorney. She understood the circumstances I was faced with in my case and she helped keep my emotions in check. I poured many hours and eyestrain, I went without sleep and ate a poor diet, I did everything I could to create a business. After some hard times I am doing better than I every expected. With that money I took care of my family and raised three beautiful children and took care of my wife. Things changed and in a blink of an eye the change in my relationship put everything I worked for in jeopardy.
Rather than hash the details let me just say that he was recommended to me along with another attorney who I went to first. I went against my gut going with someone else at first because of mutual friends. (I was also conerned that he worked with a lot of women and might not be sympathetic, which was way off base.
After hearing from the other attorney that I should be ready to liquidate, lose the overwhelming majority of my money and my time with my youngest I went back to "Mr. Mo" I call him, (I'm calling him Pashan now).
He didn't sugar coat it either but he was ready to fight and to reason and do whatever was necessary so that I didn't have to entirely start over at this point of my life. It was ugly at times and he stepped up, and definitely switched it around to being on the offensive and planned for contingencies. In the end he forced my ex and her lawyer to be reasonable. He also helped me with a good deal of business and trust work and the sale and move I made. I hope I am conveying what a good lawyer and friend he has been. He wasn't trying to hurt people or stick it to anyone or keep things going just to do it, he was just trying to defend my interest in and get everyone to see how they could reasonably make the best of an unfortunate period we had to get through to be happy and move forward.

I was very fortunate to have Shivani represent me in connection with a prenuptial agreement, and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of representation in a matrimonial/family law matter. I am really glad to have worked with Shivani on my divorce because everything was made very easy for me. Shivani was available, clear, organised, communicative, warm and determined. Very professional and worked with ease during the complexity of this legal process which is admirable and intelligent. All of these things I needed at the time. Shivani took very good care of me. For example, personally attending an inspection for my protection. Shivani explained all of the information regarding my divorce concisely, comprehensibly and patiently and so the divorce jargon proved to not be complicated for me. As a caregiver for many years of a family member who had Parkinson's disease, our Licensed Clinical Social Worker at our hospital Neurology Department presented me with three names of eldercare law firms as my family member's health was declining.
