I had the pleasure of getting to know Lisa Harding! When I called her to represent me at a conference hearing I was surprised that I was able to get her on the phone the first day. She was much more informative about the court system then my last lawyer concerning child support. She didn't just show up to conference she communicated with me through the entire process prior to. She answered questions and concerns of mine whenever I had them I genuinely felt heard. She made sure she reached everyone involved at Family Court to do what was best for my case. The best experience during a worst case scenario. My son was facing false allegations of a Title IX violation. We researched and consulted several leading legal advisors throughout the country. Several took the approach of "fear factoring" us into needing their legal services but didn't necessarily express a true regard for my son's state of mind. After initially speaking with Atty. Joseph Lento, and immediately being treated with the utmost sincerity and having been acknowledged for our feelings with the matter, we felt we would be moving forward with obtaining their counsel. They even granted a follow-up call waiving an additional consultation fee to allow us the opportunity to address a few points with no pressure to choose their firm. At that point, we knew they had more interest in our comfort level and goals than simply collecting a payment. Once on board, we were assigned to Kyle Adams, who had the knowledge and expertise in this area of law and whom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He made himself available in the evenings, weekends and on his direct cell via telephone, Zoom, as well as in-person simply at our request to ensure my son was comfortable, even though he was over 2 hours away. Kyle's client-centered approach made a significant difference in his case, from a thorough investigation, supportive evidence, and his skillful negotiation helping him achieve a quick resolution to obtain our desired outcome of a withdrawal of the claim. I had Mr. Steeson in 2014 and he did a great job on my case. I was looking at 1-3 years I sat in jail for 5 months and when I went to court all charges were dropped. He was very firm with the case, he always kept me updated with everything when I called him. He fought for me til the bitter end and I couldn’t think him enough! I am a single grandmother can find in a wheelchair 85% of the time due to a car accident I was represented by this firm actually still working with this from what's my case settled back in September you can never get in contact with your attorney now they're coming up with different terms than what the original contract I signed they're adding on all these costs they're telling me I'm getting nothing even though I am sick and disabled and have nothing already homeless due to dealing with this law firm left to my own devices when I reached out to them they would not speak to me properly I was called you people are more than one occasion and even now they are trying to destroy the little bit of sanity I have left I was amazed at the types of things I experienced in the hands of this law firm I've actually reached out to several different other factions to see the proper means by which to handle this I'm going to have to go to the state judicial ethics committee but this has been a trying hardening taking a toll experience on my physical my mental my spiritual my emotional I would never want to have to use this law firm for anything else again and it hurts my heart the way that I was treated and racially profiled and told basically to my face with the phrase you people and isn't this good enough for you people 😭😭😭 are anyone working with this law firm keep praying to God and keep your head up regardless and I'm praying that he helps me to handle this situation in a proper way

I really don't have the words to properly express to my dedicated & relentless law firm. My lawyers worked hard & tireless to get justice, fair & equal treatment for me in my accident case of 2019. The accident left me totally permanently disabled. I ended up with a total of 14 major injuries in my body.
I was totally disrespected by all levels including law enforcement in the area where the accident took place. The attending officer didn't report the facts surrounding the airbag deployment in my transport. The ambulance service, didn't apply appropriate medical equipment like a neck support or a back brace, I had major injuries in the neck & spine as well as 7 other areas of the body. The hospital that I was taken to for treatment & care was a disaster. There was no licensed physician on duty in the entire emergency room. I was not checked out properly in a fully licensed emergency room at a fully accredited & licensed hospital in 2019, whoever heard of such poor treatment & care in a fully functional hospital.
My case was truly a very long hard & difficult case made so intentionally by workers comp claims adjuster & attorneys, only to be proven wrong by my attorneys that really knew how to professionally take All! of the right steps in the right order to prove my case.

call to speak to attorney about a medical malpractice lawsuit for My Brother. Spoke to intake. She had the lawyer call me back And literally wasted 10 minutes of my time when trying to explain to him the situation he kept talking over me, cutting me off, rushing me to get to the point. How can I get to the point if you don’t understand the situation, then he cut me off abruptly to tell me he’s not interested I swear these professionals are so unprofessional.. Firms like this are not for the people they only want to take easy cases, and you have to be damn near dead for them to represent you. I will never recommend this firm to anyone.

This law group is, in my point of view, a scam group. They responded to you pretty well for initial contact and payment collection, however, they disappeared later. They took 15k from me and wrote me a demanding letter based on my personal narratives. Since then, I never had any updates, however hard I tried to set up a communication. Very disappointing experience. So after almost 10 months, I requested that the service fee to be refunded and one more time, they disappeared. My life needs to move on with more important aspect and I had unsuccessful experience searching for legal service from Lento's and so should you not consider hiring them. Terrell Ratliff was the so called attorney that was assigned to me and he is horrible. He doesn't seem to have any professional competence for what he is doing and nor does he care about customer, very cocky. Stay away.

Misplaced case info. did not move in a direction to help my child who was harmed, abused. She questioned me and kept saying claims made by my child did not make since. She kept inflating charges billing. She threatened to tell the judge, she had to drop me as a client for non payment. I gave her all I had. This woman as my lawyer, was no help, to a domestic violence survivor. She acted unethically. I chose this woman because she is Chair on the Philly Bar Association. Wrong choice. Not a good burromitor of her work. The case file was empty when I sought to retrieve my docs to give to my new atty and retain for my record. Why would she Elaine dissolve key info on an active case. I handed stacks of docs to her. Don't use Elaine. One truthful customer complaint with painful consequence is enough. Child best interest, with violence not focused too much risk. It appears there is another complaint. Similar actions. Over billing. Bully behavior, minimal result. Oppositional, not compassionate. I paid Elaine a huge retainer. She kept seeking more money.

Brett helped me with a terrible situation with my husband back in July. Unfortunately in September we tried a reconciliation that did not last due to my husband's infidelity. Brett J. Zeitlin panders to mothers in domestic court. If you find yourself in the unfortune position of his guy representing you against your child's mother, consider yourself without a lawyer, he will help your child's mother and leave you high and dry. I got Zeitlin thru my employment, after I initially saw how he was misrepresenting me, I asked to get another lawyer from the firm he's at. The firm refused to give me another lawyer, I spoke with his supervisor, got no satisfaction. Attempted to change to another lawyer, four times. He was horrible with my divorce. I wish I would have never met him or heard of William, Willig and Davidson.
