Fabian Zazueta and Garrett Respondek were very helpful every step of the way in our matter. They were able to pick our matter up when an unaffiliated lawyer was not working out and unable to see this matter through to closure.
They helped us keep perspective and offered well reasoned advice while being empathetic to our plight.

Mr. Feldman is extremely knowledgeable and capable first and foremost. He has a lot of experience in his field and it's fairly clear that he's seen just about everything.
Above and beyond that, he is a good communicator, and can help you understand the way things work. He always responded in a timely manner and got information to me as soon as he had it.
What makes him really shine is that he's quick, he's thought about all of the angles, and he can defend you even when the other side plays dirty. This guy has your back, and in my case even made me smile a bit when things looked bleakest. He got me through when nobody else could. Tracy and Joelle by far is the best team! Have been in my crazy battle for 4 years now, with my previous lawyer he did an okay job, but after hiring Tracy and her team, I am finally making progress. A very good friend of mine had highly recommended Angela Duhon. As it turned out her case load was full and could not take my case.
I ended up being blessed with Kylie Huffman-shayeb. She is caring on top of the case and usually response to an email within the hour. She’s even responded on holidays or weekends when she really doesn’t have to.
The father’s attorney never showed up for court would always extend things and never had any of the paper work he needed in on time. It also seemed like his lawyer was using another vacation as an excuse to delay things. This attorney had a two star rating on google which answered a lot of my questions.
I looked at Kylie’s reviews and of Course they where perfect
I was very pleased with her. My first court case, my son was placed back into my custody after losing him to DCS. The father even abandoned his apartment and moved out of state so I couldn’t track him down . She was able to figure this all out for me. I didn’t really have anyone to help me. I had done all that I could, and I felt lost. She took care of everything. I definitely felt comfortable asking her anything she was always so kind and had a great point of view.
She really knows the ropes and most of my attorney fees were owed back to me.

I used Kylie Huffman-Shayeb for my divorce case involving three minor children. She is considerate and pays very close attention to detail. Her communication to the court on my behalf was very precise, detailed and accurate. She knew exactly what my needs and concerns were, and she expressed them to the court in the best manner possible. In the end, my case never went to trial because we settled it through mediation. Kylie helped me mediate with my ex-wife's side. I do sometimes regret making the decision to try and solve things amicably (it was never amicable with my ex-wife) so we can all move on with our lives, but I'm sure if I did decide to go to trial, Kylie would have represented me well.

Bard Weinstein is the man! He truly cared about my case and my freedom. The state was not coming off a year in DOC, until I called Mr Weinstein! He was more than fair, he allowed me to make a down payment and make monthly payments. I got four months county jail with work release, I drive my own vehicle to and from work five days a week. Gabriel is one of the best criminal defense attorneys out there. What sets him apart is that he legitimately cares about his clients. I relied on Jacie to help with a frivolous neighbor complaint. Jacie was instrumental in getting his claim dismissed. She knows the Court rules inside and out, and strikes a perfect balance between irreverence and respectful disagreement for dealing with ridiculous and frivolous claims. Her pretrial insights were invaluable, and her conduct during the hearing impressive. Look no further if your ever in need a the BEST Defense Attorney in AZ! I live in California and was so scared when I was trying to find an Attorney for my son who made a very stupid mistake. I was referred to John by another AZ Attorney who didn't have time for my son's case. As soon as I spoke to John, he made my anxiety attack disappear. I knew from the start he was experienced and could get us through this nightmare; and he did. John kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions and made me and my son feel at ease. John also worked with me on his fee. Wow, where to begin. This case was the first time I was ever a defendant. Scared of not knowing what happens, I reluctantly found Mr. Moore. I cannot stress enough how much John Moore did for me in a time of crisis, frustration, fear and stress. From the minute I called his office and talked to his partner, they were both very responsive, friendly and started looking into my case right away, before even meeting with John in person.
During my initial meeting with John I was a complete wreck. I was nervous, embarrassed, about to cry, and my mind was all over the place. From the very beginning of him offering me water and walking me to his office, I already felt better knowing there was NO JUDGEMENT and that he really just wanted to listen to the details of what had happened during my free consultation.
John was very friendly and easy going, and didn't have that "cocky" lawyer appeal I had seen before and didn't like might I add. He was very honest with the fact that I did, indeed, need a lawyer and that it would be expensive but that he would charge way less than other "big name" lawyers. He gave me the time to shop around and said to contact him if I decided to move forward with him as my representation with absolutely no pressure.
He was exactly right! I went to 3 other lawyers and he spot on about the price (competitors being anywhere form 3-6k more)! Not only was the price at others TOO high for me to afford or pay, but the environment and personality's of the others I visited were dreadful. One was a complete salesman and then asked me for 10k, another was basically falling asleep during my consultation and then said, "well, there isn't much I can do," and the third was so unmemorable that I can't even recall anything about him!
While money was a factor in choosing the right lawyer, I am a big "gut instinct feeling" type person, and knew that I would ultimately choose the person who best resonated with me! I feel lucky and blessed, because not only was that person John, but he was the most affordable as well. I truly believe it was destiny for me to find him.
Specifically, once hired, John kept me in the loop at all times and more importantly- did everything I needed him to do. He asked the right questions, gathered all of my information, handled the court dates and mostly, kept me calm. I kept asking him if there is anything I should do, or how worried should I be? His response was always calm and with a smile, "Don't do anything and don't worry... you really don't have to worry." This was so hard to hear because I WAS worried. Worried about my future, going to jail and just in general, was a big ball of stress. He totally helped calm me down and even assured me it was okay for me to cross the US/Mexico border to go on a retreat I had already planned! Not only did he tell me to go, but he told me to have a great time!
About my case, he handled it well... beyond well... COULDN'T HAVE GONE BETTER! I was charged with a Felony 4 for a first offense shoplifting case. I was so afraid of reading about my future and what being a "felon" would do to my life. Not only did he get it dropped to a Misdemeanor, but he also pushed up on the prosecuting lawyer to allow me to take the shoplifting diversion program, in which once completed, the case would be closed. Oh happy day! He did it and all I had to do was show up to court, plead "no contest" and then agree to complete the diversion program, which I did within two weeks!
In my opinion, John went ABOVE AND BEYOND what he had to. I learned more in his free consultation than the other three free consultations combined! In conclusion, if you are looking for a lawyer I CANNOT stress enough how perfect John is for the job! While he was my criminal defense lawyer, I am confident that whatever your legal issue he could help and do so with confidence, a smile and grace! He was honestly the best person to help me navigate around a legal system I know nothing about! You will not be sorry if you need to hire him for any reason!!!

Aaron was referred to me and my son through another attorney that had helped my son in a previous case. I was provided a couple names from this previous attorney, and as soon as we spoke with Aaron, I knew he was the one.
My son was facing class 3 felony charges with jail time and with Aaron’s diligence was able to reduce to a plea where he will earn a misdemeanor. The probation department was recommending Intensive Probation and Aaron was able to convince the judge that IP was not appropriate.
As the mother of the accused, Aaron was able to keep my “mother-bear” mind at ease. He is very easy to communicate with and doesn’t make you feel like less of a person because you have been accused of a crime. Aaron is a class-act attorney and a wonderful person.

My second time using Aaron’s services. I was looking at a super extreme, 45 days in jail and high fines. After Aaron took on my case he was able to find evidence the officer mistreated me, he filed a complaint with the professional standards bureau. When the prosecutors saw the letter they immediately reduced the case to a regular DUI. I only had to do a night in jail, possibly 6 months interlock, and reduced fines.

I found Aaron through AVVO and after reading his profile I knew that I would be contacting him immediately. He was able to get my super extreme DUI charge down to a regular DUI charge through finding evidentiary issues. He prepared me for court by providing resources for everything I would have to complete including alcohol screening, interlock device, and traffic school. My time in jail was reduced from 45 days to just 24 hours. If you find yourself facing criminal charges Aaron is the best lawyer to get the results you want. Not to mention he was reasonably priced!

I have never needed a criminal lawyer until recently. I initially hired a firm that had superb reviews; unfortunately, the lawyer that was assigned to me neither made me feel comfortable nor met my expectations vis-a-vis my case. In fact, she insisted that I take a plea deal that included 30 days in jail, which was absolutely unsatisfactory to me. As a result I fired the attorney and hired Aaron Reed, who had been referred to me by a friend.
My case was adjudicated two days ago, and, because of Aaron’s hard work and perseverance, two of the three misdemeanor charges against me were dropped and I am not required to serve any jail time.
I can not thank Aaron enough for obtaining such a wonderful outcome for me and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a smart, dedicated and professional criminal attorney.

Damon was the most professional, informative lawyer I have ever dealt with. There was no promises of what he could do. He told me what he would "TRY" to do. What the best outcome would be, and what would probably happen. I was looking at
4-6 points on my license and a fine.
I received a $73.50 fine, 0 points and no report to MVD. This really wasn't even an option, but that's what he got me. He constantly kept me updated even though the court date kept getting changed. Incredible service, so easy to talk to. Always asked if I had questions or concerns. I would recommend him for ANY legal matter.

I had an issue with a possible charge. I was recommend to Jefferson Simmons by a civil lawyer since it turned out to be a criminal case. I wasn’t sure where to go and he noticed that. Even though it wasn’t something they would be able to help, he still pointed me in the right direction and guided me on my next steps. Going out of their way to help someone regardless if they can help speaks a lot on who they are. If for some reason I need help in the future I wouldn’t hesitate!

I had hired John as my attorney last year (2018) and the way he communicated with me was a cold shoulder feeling, very little interest in my case. Expressing how important the custody of my children were and making sure they were under the best care it didn't seem to phase him. He continued to just express we will see what the court will do. With little to no attempt to make me feel confident about this process, it made it even more stressful. The lack of communication, confidence, and stress that he was going to make this situation worse I had to finally drop my divorce because it seemed no matter what I said it wasn't going to be a high priority. I will be hiring a different attorney who will fight this battle with confidence and not waiting for a judge to do his job.

What we had to do was very hard , John went out of his way to make me see that we had to stand up for our rights and not be bullied by our adult son.
He told us what we could get together ourselves to help keep our cost down with him then he did his own research when he put it all together he had enough that just the show of it scared our son into dropping his case. Then John ask the judge to have our son pay all attorney fee.
John has checked in with us in the days after court. I believe John truly cares about his clients and takes the time to show it.

Terrible law firm. The lawyer I used made frequent mistakes through her staff including: incorrect information communicated in email, needing frequent time line reminders, not remembering important case details, not paying court fees the lawyer was instructed to pay (thus delaying the process), omitting important details in the divorce settlement relating to property settlement allocation and who would retain possession of individual accounts (this resulted in additional paper work filing with financial institutions and unnecessary closing of accounts), alarming and stressing the client due to incorrectly remembering details of the case. These failures resulted in unnecessary delays, created anxiety, and increased fees charged to the client.
