Bobby took on my case about 5 months ago and he was a pleasure to work with.
My case was a petty theft.
He is professional and Honest, I had a misdemeanor case that it was so bad that could to turn to Felony but Bobby was able to dismiss the charges with only a few hours of community service and a online class which was super easy.
He is the best, I’m Sooooo happy!

Kept second guessing myself when I considered switching attorneys but it turned out to be the best decision I made. The case manager at the first law office I hired was never available and even when he was he would tell me there were no updates. After 4 months of getting no where I called around and found Krasney Law. They ended up settling my case within 3 months!!

Contacted other law firms and they answered some of my questions but made me feel like I was being pushed to just hurry up and "sign up". I reached out to Krasney Law and my case manager was so patient, and answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was obligated to hire them. No doubt divorce is disruptive, emotionally and financially draining. The last thing you need to worry about is if your attorney is honest and looking out for your best interests. Mr Zitney is both honest and skilled. He listened to and understood what was important to me in the settlement. He presented me best and worst case scenarios and he immediately went to work. Attorney Haslam drew up my Marital Agreement 10 years ago & I thought I would never need it. So glad I got it! Came back and Attorney Brian helped me through my divorce. Very professional & knowledgeable. COVID made things drag on but we finally settled 3 years later. Attorney Michelle had just passed the Bar and was jumping in & out of cases helping out. I came into contact with Rebecca by accident. I am dealing with a high-conflict child custody case in San Diego County. Very serious events have occurred which I do not want to share publicly that required assistance from Rebecca. Rebecca represents the Mother of a child my ex-wife has allegedly kidnapped. The child has been missing since November and is still missing. There are many different law enforcement agencies involved, as well as three different courts in three counties regarding child abduction. Rebecca has gone above and beyond to research issues related to this case and provide me and her client with guidance as it relates to informing the court of the facts and getting all counties and all law enforcement on the same page. Rebecca is intuitive and very smart. She is honest and exercises integrity when dealing with me and other people. Rebecca can be curt and straight to the point which initially threw me off. I felt her tone was aggressive with me. Then when I realized who she was and what part she plays in these cases; I understood her intensity. She literally cross-examined me when she found me. Yes, she found me! While doing research on her kidnapping case she traced several relatives of the alleged kidnapper. Rebecca has laser focus. I can imagine that is offputting to sensitive people who need hand-holding. Despite her initial aggressive and curt demeanor she has a huge heart and has the children's best interests at the top of her list. Due to her call, her conversation with my attorney, and her efforts to this day, I have full custody of my son after being alienated for over 6 months

I hired Rebecca to represent me in a high-conflict child custody case in Riverside. I was looking for an attorney that would stand up for me, and make all of my evidence known to the Judge. Rebecca filed motion after motion for me until the court finally made a decision in my favor. I am dealing with a severe parental alienation case. Rebecca fought hard so that the court would HEAR what I was trying to say. Communication with her office is very easy. The office’s procedures make it efficient and quick to get questions answered and get updates on my case. All documents are forwarded to me for review. The only issue is that Rebecca is on the pricier side. However, her reputation in the community, her relationships with everyone from the court staff to the janitor, make the court appearance so much less stressful. You really do pay for what you get. My prior attorney charged much less but I ended up paying just as much as Rebecca charges because their office was inefficient, disorganized, and just not up to my standards. It seems like that is the norm for most firms. Not Rebecca’s firm. Those girls are a team and it is evident that they work very well together. Rebecca knows the law cold. She thinks quickly on her feet and does not give up. Highly recommend.

Generally, I do not post personal detailed reviews, but Rebecca and her team deserve to be recognized for their tireless efforts. Just over a couple years ago, I frantically called for a semi-emergent after-hours consult, expecting to hear back from her the next day. Thankfully, Rebecca immediately sprang into action, responding later that day. With a few factual details, she knew exactly what to do and began handling my intense situation. I was scared and unsure of what I was doing but Rebecca and her firm guided me throughout the entire legal process. Rebecca was honest and compassionate but more importantly provided me the tough reality I needed to face. Rebecca and her amazing paralegal, Lisa, have maintained the same honesty, toughness, and compassion people need when they are going through a family law matter. I had to find an Attorney pretty quickly, as we were in a time crunch to respond. I had read the reviews for the Richard K. Isles firm and was introduced to my now Attorney, Cora J. Dorado. She has been nothing but wonderful! There have been several instances when I have needed answers quickly, like within 1-2 hours, due to the other party not cooperating, and Cora has always responded in a timely manner. Her Paralegal, Leigh Collins, has been amazing as well, very professional and personable! They really do put the Clients first and have made it more of a pleasurable experience because of the personal relationship they have established with me. My case is still ongoing, but I wouldn't go to any other attorney than Cora, I feel like I am in the best hands and she is a very knowledgeable attorney, well beyond her years.

Mr. Garcia and Mrs. Gnekow were exceptional in their representation. They worked on my case which was difficult. Unfortunately, I was dealing with an ex-wife who had no interest in dealing or negotiating in good faith for what would be best for our children. My case has been on-going for nearly five years. Multiple RFO's filed through the years and endless litigation just to get small extensions of my visitation. The biggest issue is I had no legal or physical custody rights to my children. I was in a big deficit. I had a previous attorney that was good, but Mrs. Gnekow had big plans for me. She believed in my case and from day one believed she could help me get more than what I was even asking for. I had pretty much dropped the idea of joint legal custody because most people thought I needed a change of circumstance to make that happen. Not Mrs. Gnekow or Mr. Garcia. They saw their chance to argue that for me along with all my other requests which were very reasonable, (holidays, half of vacation breaks,). When they time came in the last few weeks to go to court; we hardly spent time in the actual courtroom. It took a few weeks to navigate through the stipulation and I knew my ex-wife would not go down without a fight, but in the end Mrs. Gnekow and Mr. Garcia got it done. I am a Christian and God brings people into your life for a reason. God brought me to this firm and their firm delivered beyond my expectations which is how God operates. Vincent Garcia was a good attorney. The actual attorney I retained never represented me. There was a lack of communication between client and attorney. Paralegal assigned to my case didn't mention certain rewuests I had, such as child support back pay. But over all Vincent Garcia And Heather did a good job arguing.
