I had a very wonderful experience working with Attorney Justin. I was skeptical of working with a lawyer to get my speeding ticket dismissed because I wasn’t sure I would succeed or if it would be worth the cost but he worked with me on the price, and today my ticket was dismissed potentially saving me lots of money on insurance. He is also very accessible which is not common with lawyers so I absolutely, wholeheartedly recommend.

I was recently notified by the the State of New Jersey that my online license renewal was being blocked by an outstanding violation in Rhode Island. At the advice of my local NJ attorney, I contacted Joshua Macktaz, esq for local help in navigating a 35 year old traffic violation. Superb communicator and got the best possible result for a speeding ticket. I didn't have to show up in court once! He answered all my questions and got all the discovery promptly, offered a reasonable retainer which I consider worth every penny. Attorney Rioles helped me through a life event that totally upended my world, namely, divorce.
Now such a thing is common in the human experience but when it happens to you a lot of confusion and loss of clarity in one's life can enter in. Without having a good support and counsel around, too many missteps could enter in to worsen an already bad situation.
Looking back now, I am glad that I reached out to Attorney Rioles, although; I should have done so sooner.
I initially opted for the short in-person consultation to see if she could help me make sense of it all. She was very thorough and clear as to what I could expect in the divorce process. She had no problem answering each question I had. At times I felt like maybe I shouldn't ask too many questions because it seemed later in the afternoon, however she was calm throughout and was genuinely wanting to help me through.
At the end of the consultation, I told her that I would need time to think about proceeding officially and filing the necessary paperwork in a few months. She confirmed that she would be ready when I was ready. No sales pressure whatsoever. (I want to say that her experience had allowed her to see the end from the beginning of my case, which gave her that confident assurance that I was lacking.) Well, days later, I was calling her back kicking myself that I didn't start the process during the initial consultation.
When a friend of mine looked at the lawyers retained for my case, he told me that I managed to get a serious lawyer.
Attorney Rioles had to deal with my incessant texts/emails throughout the process when each time I was thinking that the sky was falling. Many of her responses were answers that I realized later that she already had provided to me, but being in a mentality stressful situation, I was forgetting and misunderstanding them. She had no problem clarifying each and every time (And I had no problem apologizing each and every time).
I don't think I have apologized enough, though. I think she treated me better than what my behavior had earned.
The law office's online platform made it super easy and convenient for me to send over any necessary documents.
The court appearances were nerve-racking but Attorney Rioles made things go smoothly for me. She passed certain legal motions that I didn't even know could be done but were perfectly in line with what I was looking to get accomplished
(In court, it seemed like the couple of lawyers I heard conversing, felt that Attorney Rioles was not one they would want to challenge.)
I was fortunate to have had her in my corner through it all. I felt that she went above and beyond several times (and even now weeks after the close of the case helping me tie up some loose ends).
Before Attorney Rioles, I had never known a lawyer to be of a type to treat a person with a bit of sympathy and, well, like a person.

My divorce was a bit of an unpleasant surprise, but one thing that helped was having a very good attorney. Brenda took the time to know my case and argued aggressively in my best interests. Her office is efficient and she is very responsive. Honestly, without her help I’m not sure if my case would not have ended in an equitable result, but it did, and I’m very grateful to her for helping me so much.

This man did absolutely nothing to help me. He ignored all of my calls. Made me beg for responses and belittled me for not understanding how court went. He did nothing to fight for my case and knew nothing about details until he let die process happen. I feel ripped of and taken advantage of. Stay away from this swindler

I hired John to be my lawyer after I was charged with a serious crime that I was no guilty of. John believed in me every step of the way and represented me with professionalism and honor. Angelina provided excellent counsel during my divorce proceedings. She discussed and reviewed all of my options in great detail, which was especially important to me regarding placement of my children. I especially apprecaited that she presented all options, with the pros and cons and likelyhood of success, without leading in me in one direction or another. I appreciated having the information to make the decision instead of having it made for me. It left me with the confidence that I chose the best available path forward.
In writing the agreement, she anticipated a number of areas that needed to be covered in the agreement that later proved to be critical.
In addition, her billing was very fair and accurate. Although I was the plaintiff and she did most of the work (initial complaint, wrote entire agreement and entered the order) her bill was smaller than my ex-wife's attorney's bill, which represented only a fraction of the effort of Angelina's work.
Lastly, going through a divorce, especially with small children involved, can be very emotional. She dealt well with my occasional emotion state by acknowledging my concerns and then calmly discussing the path forward.

I was at the end of my family court case, but I was in a spot where I did not know what to do, as I had been self-representing myself. I was desperate. I called Attorney Sweet, hired him, met with him. If you're considering a divorce, consult multiple attorneys—even if they come recommended. Tim’s a nice guy, but not the advocate you need. His reactive, slow approach left me constantly chasing answers, and he even misread an email, then quit over my response. For $120 an hour, you deserve a lawyer who’s proactive and fully engaged. Spend more for someone who will truly have your back.

I had reached out to this lawyer due to being a friend of the family she came on to my family court case and honestly couldnt afford her 2500 retainer explained this to her and she was willing to step in and be appointed by the state for me i was beyond appreciative of her doing so but from that moment on i was no longer a client i was a number to her from over 15 missed court dates talked one day about setting a motion the next day and never heard back from her for 6 plus months, 3 plus, 2 plus after that no responses to emails calls or texts i had to be rude in emails and calls to even get her on the phone (which any one who knows me would tell you for me to have to get that way means i had to try all other ways before getting me to that point as i was raised to be respectful always ) maybe the 3 or 4 times i was able to over the past year and a half it was super frustrating to try and represent myself time and time again when my family and my daughters life was at such high risks with sending my daughter 7 states away and to fight for her return when said placement was an awful fit and my child was being brutally hurt by children and staff, i was thankful for my case worker for moving as fast and doing what she could as quickly as possible but was told that if my lawyer was involved she could have sped up the process and she didnt and the awful thing about it, when im asked by other collegues of hers who represents me i state who she is and what i have been throught and EVERY single one of them say your not the first one to tell me this i hear it alot people arnt happy with her becauae she never showes up including other parents and social workers cant stand working with her as they can never seem to get intouch with her even when they cc her on documents and emails. I went to court yesterday knowing i was going to ask the judge to assign me another lawyer as she has failed me on neumerous occasions and i felt i wasnt being represtented at all let alone fairly and her actions were beyond unprofessional, before i could get most of my sentence out the judge looked at me and said your absolutly right you deserve better and i was thinking myself to reasign you today as it is not fair to you and your family ... A JUDGE!!!! .I was told this judge doesnt reasign cases often or at all but once she saw me always showing up with out representation time and time and time again she felt for me. If you are one to not worry about the case and dont like updates or calls or emails or be present at your court hearings and dates shes your girl!!!! but if you love your family and want whats right for them and common curtisy and a professional to be by your side SHE IS NOT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM YOUR GIRL!!!!!!
