I highly recommend Tylden Shaeffer for any legal needs. He is very knowledgeable and professional. His assistant Danica is also very kind. They both were patient, and understanding during our whole ordeal. Our case ended in dismissal as it should have. I am so thankful he fought for the truth and for my family. Diana and Juan were compassionate, hard-working and knowledgeable. No one wants to dissolve their family, but when you get to that point you need an attorney who can see through the emotional noise that you have and can advise you based on your future goals. From the start of the case to the end of the case , Mr. Bloomquist stood in place for me which lifted the weight and worry of being incarcerated off my shoulders . I got results in a timely fashion. I believe his expertise as an ex prosecutor really helps, along with his experience as an attorney .
I had a misdemeanor theft charge while on probation which kicked me into an MTR . He was able to get the misdemeanor theft charge thrown out and get me a satellite bond on the MTR, and also get the MTR remanded. now my life is back to normal . I recommend him 100%.

If I could 0 stars and still submit a review, I would. Attorney Diana Davalos is just in it for the money and doesn’t work for her clients as she promises. She seemed very competent & compassionate at the consultation and we felt comfortable paying her large retainer for what promised to be a difficult divorce & custody case because she had us so convinced that she would work hard for positive outcomes. Well that didn’t last long and she dropped the ball on critical tasks, didn’t respond to communications, didn’t provide copies of arrangements she made with opposing counsel and left my niece and her children in a worse situation than when she was hired. We quickly vetted this attorney before hiring her and found positive reviews. However, after frustrated beyond belief and looking into her reputation further, we’ve found other clients who experienced the same unprofessionalism from her. Ms. Davalos is inept and lacks any professional courtesy. Unfortunately our family learned that the hard way.

I first met with Mr. Gordon in 2015. He was quick to return my calls, spoke to me with such ease and struck me as a very kind and approachable person. His staff was efficient and always courteous. I hired him and he took care of things just as he said he would and for the amount he quoted me. A couple years later I reached out to him regarding a misdemeanor issue with my son, he not only called me back after I texted him, he counseled me at no charge. He's like an Angel on my shoulder.

I had several questions and, admittedly, was a bit pressuring at times, but they always provided me with the information I needed and handled everything professionally. At my first court appearance, they pushed for me to accept deferred probation, but Doug firmly rejected it. After I was arrested I searched for and spoke to numerous lawyers and felt no confidence. I began looking through the"Top 22 Lawyers" list and found the Law Offices of Daniel and Hudson. I spoke with the paralegal Brittany and she had a lawyer call me back within minutes. After speaking with the lawyer, Mr. Halstead (a military Veteran) I was more at ease and knew this was the right lawyer. The up front cost wasn't ridiculous and he was already making a plan on how to move forward. We spoke often at his office answering any questions I had and he also called me to let me know what was going on with my case. My charges were very serious and I was originally looking at a possible 25 years, but with his advice to hold out for a better outcome, it was 8 yrs, then it was just probation then it was dismissed. I owe it to Mr. Halstead for his knowledge of the criminal justice system and knowing when and how to present his case. I would "Highly" recommend Mr. Halstead in any criminal case because of his professionalism and knowledge base. Thanks to Mr.Halsted and his team (Brittany and Veronica) I got my life back!

We were running out of answers on representation of attorneys for our son on criminal charges as we had previously hired various attorneys with them only taking money and wanting an easy way out by him taking a plea even though he was innocent . It was so bad that one of his attorneys had our son arrested by advising him not to show up to court. When we finally met Mr Brian Powers, he was up front with his fees and told us that he would make sure that justice was done for our son. He did not only keep to his word , but showed up to every court date and kept us informed of the process. All charges were dropped for our son. We highly recommend Mr Powers. He is knowledgeable, assertive and knows the law and makes sure that you as a client are at ease. He also saw the struggles our son was going through financially so he devised a payment plan for him. Don’t hesitate to hire him!!!!

I hired Mr. Powers for a DV/ assault case involving my husband's girlfriend. It was a very long and stressful time for legal and personal reasons. He and his staff are efficient as well as friendly. Mr. Garcia is amazing! He is easy to communicate with and extremely knowledgeable. The mother of my son and I have been in court a year to date fighting over the custody of our 14 year old son. Once I got engaged and moved in with my fiance (now wife) she told me I couldn't see him again. Prior to my engagement I always had our son and his little brother (her child from a previous relationship) to help her out. I went from always seeing my son (prior to engagement), to never seeing my son, to eight hours a week on the weekend, to 50/50 in the summer time, to extended standard and now full custody.
Larry is an exceptional and well respected attorney. In the beginning I was so angry about what was going on and Larry advised me to keep my cool and let him "be the attorney". There aren't enough words to describe the joy I feel coming home every day to my son and having our family complete. Thank you, thank you, thank you Larry for all you have done and are doing! When I was initially arrested for a DWI I was a first time offender and did not know the full extent of what fighting it in court would mean. Kyle was patient and walked me through the entire process. He made himself available to me even on weekends to answer questions and help reduce my anxiety. Ultimately, it took almost two years to resolve my DWI and Kyle was there every step of the way. I was offered many plea deals because I was a first time offender with a low BAC level and each deal seemed good, however, Kyle never pressured me to accept anything I did not feel 100% confident with. In the end he ended up getting my case dismissed. Over the two years that I worked with him he showed nothing but professionalism and empathy, I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kyle represented me for a Class A assault case. It was my first time having trouble with the law and I was very unaware of the legal process. I figured common sense justice would be applied by prosecutors but I found that is not necessarily the case. I found that a lot of the prosecutors are only interested in winning and advancing their career. Basically once you are charged, you need someone fighting for you to prove your innocence or take some sort of plea. Kyle did a fantastic job fighting for me. He is very knowledgeable about the law and has a lot of tools in his kit to help prove your innocence. Kyle fought for me and refused to be pressured into bad plea deals. We eventually went to trial, which ended in a mistrial and an eventual dismissal. I highly recommend Kyle and his team to fight your case.

Assisted in a Public Intoxication case. Asked me what I wanted and said he would do everything to realistically obtain that result and did. Highly knowledgeable and I never felt judged in his presence. Very upfront and honest which is all anyone can ask for. I had no doubt he would defend my case admirably. Charges dismissed.

I had a theft case from 2012 that I did nothing about in my early 20s. After learning about a warrant for my arrest while living in another state, I contacted Derek and he had the case dismissed within a month without me having to go to Texas or leave my current state of residence at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely THE problem when it comes to attorneys this day and age.(maybe it’s just with men). If you want a game where you're being strung along and billed forever playing the rollercoaster game with you and your children's life instead of evidence being presented in a costly/timely and empathetic manner THIS IS YOUR GUY. Mr. Bancroft, i just got off the phone with you where you hung up on me stating that I’m threatening you. Get over your ego and realize that your business as a practicing attourney needs realignment. I wrote you about a standing invoice you provided totaling to less than the amount that Ive paid to you months prior with no response. After speaking to your paralegal, then being transferred to your “billing dept.” and speaking to them I was provided with a newer invoice…..with newer charges, where whomever was working before had originally just simply “forgot to send me the invoice”….what a convenient coincidence. After speaking with her, I was transferred to you where I had a conversation with your ego. Well, from the little guy(s) down here Mr. Bancroft, do whats right and fabricating invoices to skip out on paying balances owed on any moneys paid to you for the services that you DID NOT PROVIDE are just not that. Client paid $1750 in retainer fees(half of your 3500 to get the case started) and had to chase said attourney down for enquiries with little to no communications outside of ones that were initiated by me/client, INCLUDING in person conversation with YOU where I unexpectedly paid a visit to your office in August after I could not successfully contact anyone and asked about a status of my case. You did not recall my case by name until we went to your office and you searched my name.(keep in mind, this is three months after contracting). Attourney invoicing per attourney-client portals all state work for balance of $753, with latest payment from client being $631 in October.(this never happened, only payment made was the initial one and didn't make another due to subpar and in my opinion MALPRACTICAL, I'm aware that isn't an official word, service). After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Will edit with photo documentation when I have time.

Mr. Briones is a generic result attorney that totally got annihilated in court JP3 04/13/21
He was representing my family members in a civil suit and even got their name incorrect.
Briones was unprepared and tried to scam Judge Wentworth into believing that only one person was on a deed to a home in dispute as if the other ex spouse was not on the deed at all. When the Judge called him out in it, Briones stumbled in his words saying he misunderstood.
Briones did not even have the divorce Decree with him that literally won the case for the opponent .
He told the Judge he did not know what was on it and got annihilated once again when the Judge had the copy of the decree and told him that his name was on it. He had signed it, yet had pretended he was unaware of the stipulations on it that favored the opponent and the case was lost for Briones.
I believe the Judge could see through Briones right away and his credentials were immediately lost.
This attorney is exactly the kind of attorney to avoid.

I went to see Mr. Briones for a consultation in December of last year. My ex wife was moving to Laredo and taking our son to go live over there. I asked Mr. Briones for help and he recommended that we file for a modification to have my son come live me with and not have to go to Laredo. It seemed impossible and I never thought I would have a chance but Mr. Briones was very certain that we could fight for this. I didn't have very much money to pay for a retainer so he asked for a little up front and put me on a payment plan. We went to court a few times and at the last hearing we won. My son now lives with me full time and I couldn't ask for a better lawyer on my side then Ricardo Briones.

A while back I was in need of a lawyer to handle a tax issue I was having. I must admit that it literally kept me up at night, and seemed impossible to overcome. After a few months of calling and majorly being placed on hold, back and forth’s with promises of returned calls or motions with paralegals, multiples of them and finally being frustrated with the reality of paying an attourney and not being fought for……while fighting a vindictive situation with my children as a GREAT DAD I asked for an explanation stating that if I did not hear anything as ai had been I wanted to discontinue services and be refunded via message inside of the client portal, I THEN was given a response…..but not with accountability, not with a plan of action, not to communicate any valuable evidence or structured plan of action, but to speak downward of me on the “dismal” months of non-payment……….ultimately this attourney demanded I paid him his past due amount, in addition to totals for mediations that hadn't even been had yet to avoid him WITHDRAWING. Needless to say I attended the mediation PRO SE, paid the mediator directly. I’m now on maximum state mandated child support and standard visitation for the children I equally raised because the relationship did not work out with their mother…finally divorced none the less. All of the evidence in the world to fight that good fight never presented, never saw a represented court setting, money just wasted and thank GOD I demanded a standard or it could have been MUCH MUCH worse financially. Contracted with this attourney on 5/24/2024….attourney withdrew as of 11/5/2024, yet they have still attempted to withdraw payment from my bank as of latest, 12/19/2024…….this was my SECOND attourney over a course of what I recall as a 3 year nightmare……I can confidently say, this is whats wrong with the family law system! Mr. Hancock represented my son in a criminal case. There was much disappointment as my son and I did not feel like Mr. Hancock was actually fighting for him throughout the process. There was alot to be desired from Mr. Hancock during the process. Mr Hancock used the states investigative findings instead of doing his own investigation to fight for my son. He made a statement to me on a couple of occasionas that I wasn't a rich woman in regards to paying for an investigation for my son. I was told by another attorney, that the state would have covered the cost of an investigation for my son that was not done by this attorney. Mr Hancock used the states slanted data instead of collecting his own. My son has been in jail/prison for about 6 years now. I just wish that Mr. Hancock would have cared more about his client, my son. I don't understand how the lawyer, Mr. Hancock, kept asking the client, "what's the plan?" I may be wrong, but I thought the attorney should formulate the plan? If we were familiar with the law, we wouldn't need an attorney. My son's case could have turned out differently, if the one that represented him,did more on his behalf. My heart is broken!

More importantly, is his claim of help. Nothing falls free from the Sky.
Finally, he does more damage to poor uneducated immigrants cases than assist their sorry situation, using "Pro-Bono" to lure these unsuspecting already traumatized immigrants is unethical, selfish and inhuman which circumvents the basic principle of fundamental human rights.
