From the very beginning of the process, where I had a phone conversation with Stuart, we felt very confident that we had chosen the right attorney firm for our case. Later, when Juanita took over the responsibility for our case, and started interacting with us, the confidence and trust just kept growing each time we communicated with her. After receiving the worst news of my life, I was forced to find lawyer to defend me. After contacting many defense attorneys in the San Diego area, Anna Yum caught my attention. From the start and throughout the whole process, her staff were incredibly compassionate and helpful. They were quickly able to get me in touch with Anna. After speaking with Anna about my situation, I knew she would be the right one to help me. She was incredibly professional, compassionate, empathetic, and knowledgeable. She helped me through the entire process and set reasonable expectations. She also provided me with a private investigator who diligently worked to gather as much information as they could. While there seemed to be a lack of communication, Anna assured me that “no news is good news” which turned out to be true. Ultimately, Anna, her team, and the private investigator were able to put an end to this terrible mess I found myself in. I recommend Anna Yum as a defense lawyer.

My wife and I have been working with her oldest brother (85 yrs old) to help him with a Will and a Living Trust. For the past 3 years we have traveled from our home in Durand Mi. to San Diego to provide him with advice and provide any help he may need to get everything right. The more we worked the more complicated and confusing this procedure became, OMG were we Stumped. This year we decided we needed professional help. So, what do you do when your 2000 miles away and don't really know anybody in a big city like San Diego, GOOGLE IT! That's exactly what we did and came up with a bunch of names of attorneys that claim to be the best anywhere. We started making calls to see who we liked the best and would be able to take care of our issues. We left voice mails and asked to have someone contact us to set up a meeting. We encountered a few who were vague and after listening to what we needed really didn’t seem too interested. Then Jason, called us and we were so happy with his attitude and wiliness to complete the needed documents on a very short notice. Everyone in that firm seemed to want to help us get everything right, signed, and registered they even worked through the weekend. So, we could rest assured that we wouldn't be caught up in a nightmare with the probate courts. Thank you, Jason, and Ashley what a great feeling to know we made the right decision when we chose you

Mr. Blair is the Bomb! He got my assault charge dropped, then in court he wiped the court room with them, it was beautiful, poetry in motion, and he got them hit with a 2 year restraining order! So don't waste your time sizing up lawyers, he's the best! Time worrying is time wasted, let him do that for you! You wont regret it!

I sincerely feel abused. I was recommended by family and friends to seek legal services by Puja and was reassured by staff that working with Andrella Gonzalez I would receive the same level of representation. The experience was nothing short of frustrating and put me in a worse position in every aspect. As a father with a strong case, I was simply looking for competent legal representation and someone who would listen and understand my situation. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
Throughout the process, I never met with Puja or Andrella in person or even had meaningful direct communication with either. Andrella, who “led” my case, was primarily focused on reminding me about payments rather than providing clear legal guidance or addressing my concerns. When I sought clarity about my legal standing or next steps, Andrella was dismissive and evasive—there was no effort to explain my case or strategize with me.
I provided all the necessary documentation, including discovery and exhibits, but felt like I was merely a financial transaction rather than a client in need of genuine legal support. The lack of empathy, professionalism, and attention to my needs was deeply disappointing.

Mr. Daley assisted me on 3 separate occasions over the years, and he recently saved my butt when I needed his help the most. His expertise in the judicial system and experience with the prosecution resulted in the best outcome for me. The worst outcome would have been 90 days in jail, and Mr. Daley was able to reduce the penalties to NO jail time and NO public work service. Mr. Daley was always available to communicate by email and text through the entire 3 month court process. His paltry retainer fee was absolutely worth it, and his professionalism showed during the court proceeding as he handled the judge (I only had to pay administrative court fees, saving me another $1500-2000).
