Marion Moses did a great job for me. Never think that you can handle a court case yourself as you never know what will happen. It appeared that the woman who assaulted me had an officer of law to council for her. Since when did an officer qualify as an attorney? I felt defeated by the local law enforcement until I had Marion Moses defend me. I would recommend him 1000%. If ever I need representation again, Marion Moses is my first and only choice. God bless

This lawyer took on my case 03/2023 and had me sign a contract hiring him and then all of sudden completely ghosted me 10/2023. So I don't know if he settled my case and took the money or what but now I am having to get another lawyer to look into my case, start over, and check to see what this lawyer did. So definitely do not hire this lawyer he is very shady!

If you need a divorce attorney, I highly recommend Mr. Gregory Forman. I hired Mr. Forman on October 16th 2024 to take over my case as I was served divorce papers on March 1st 2024 and the case was lingering with no results. Mr. Forman was incredibly knowledgeable about divorce law and worked diligently to protect my interests. Mr. Forman was always available to answer questions.
Mr. Forman filed my financial declaration in 2 days and in less than 2 weeks responded and filed my response to production.
Mr. Forman handled negotiations and settlements and helped me achieve a fair outcome. The case was mediated and resolved in 2 months.

I consulted with 15 lawyers and hired 2 two lawyers prior to finding Mr. Forman. Not only was he able to finally put an end to my horrific 2.5 year divorce case, but he did it quickly and at a fraction of the cost. He is a man of few words and a man of action. He was extremely accessible and shattered the norm for how poorly my previous lawyers treated me. Mr. Forman spotted helpful issues that my other attorneys didn’t, and he strategized in a way that moved my case forward quickly, negotiating a settlement offer I am extremely happy with. I had 3 charges and a bad lawyer who I later realized didn’t care about me and only wanted money. I felt doomed and could only envision loss of a job and a jail cell. SC Tickets especially in Charleston county are difficult to deal with. I spoke with Mr Seibert, who had an excellent reviews for traffic violations, and he dealt with the speeding ticket at a very reasonable price. All other firms' prices were completely ridiculous and they could not even guarantee to reduce it.

Unfortunately, several times throughout my life I've needed a good attorney. The most recent instances were for traffic infractions in SC. David has far exceeded all my expectations. I hired Mr. Farrell to handle a ticket my daughter (Out of State student at USC) received after she had paid the ticket. She had not realized that paying the ticket is an admission of guilt (neither had I), and would result in her license being suspended in her home state (Georgia). Mr. Farrell had to file to reopen the case (successful) and get the ticketing officer to lower the speed (by more than 8mph) in order for her not to be considered a "super speeder" in her home state and have her license not suspended (a law applicable to only under 21 years of age). Mr. Farrell was very thorough and responsive and professional. He had a very good raport with the presiding judge (over in Aiken County).

Dean is a fantastic attorney! My fiance was in a minor fender bender after a benefit and was intoxicated.
Even though he was 3 times the legal limit on the breathalyzer, Dean was able to get the case dismissed.

I'm originally from South Carolina, but I currently live in Georgia. I was in town for my 10 year class reunion and got pulled over for a .08 alcohol level. I called 5 different lawyers and they all quoted me $4000 to $5000 to take on my case. I received a letter from the Laubshire in mail, gave them a call and they jumped right on it. Alyssa is very responsive and kept me informed through the entire process. I also did not have to show up to court because i live out of state which was very convenient being that i have a busy schedule. After 6 long months of waiting, my case was dismissed for lace of evidence. I recommend you call this firm first!

I had talked to several attorneys but when I spoke to Kirk I got goosebumps and knew he was who I wanted to represent me. I had lived in Myrtle Beach for 3years,I was an alcoholic and drug addict, so I made some very terrible decisions. The best one I made was moving back to Virginia, where I got clean,had my son, got my drivers license back and working towards my nursing degree when I found out my past was back to haunt me. I was devastated. These charges had the potential to ruin everything I'd worked for, if im not mistaken they carried potentially 10 years. So I was terrified. But I prayed and prayed and when I got those goosebumps talking to him, I knew it was God telling me, he's your choice. I just can't express how thankful I am to Mr. Truslow and McKenna. They both kept me informed every step of the way. They were both available when I had questions. I like to communicate via text or email, and they responded unbelievably fast, so fast I felt like I was his top priority. The outcome of my case was so much bettr r than I could have imagined. First living out of state Mr. Truslow was at my bond hearing when I turned myself in at the scheduled (arranged by McKenna) time. Thanks to him I got a pr bond and only was in jail a few hours. Next he had an agreement worked out and my case resolved so that i didnt even have to come back to the beach on my court date. I was amazed. McKenna is so awesome. She's just so nice.shes beautiful but is even more beautiful as a person. She seemed to genuinely care when I had concerns or questions. I just have nothing negative to say about either one. We live in a different state and my husband had a run in with a federal case in SC; so needless to say we were clueless on where to turn.
My husband was facing 10 years in Federal prison, and we were so confused and scared!
Kirks staff is all very empathetic and understanding. Kirk explained all options and possibilities in detail.
My husband was the sole provider for our family and husband our entire families’ future was uncertain. In the end, Kirk was able to get the state to agree to Diversion for my husband.

I heard this attorney for my son I paid $10,000 period 5 weeks later there is no change in his situation. The law firm gives you information tells you they will do things to get him released from jail and they do not deliver all they have are excuses. In my opinion you should not hire this attorney you should seek other counsel.

I was considering pleading guilty to a serious traffic offense which could have called for jail time, but I subsequently decided to hire the Frederick Law Office. I was interviewed by Bobby Frederick and Lacey Lee; they walked me through my charges and talked about how they would proceed to defend me.
Everything was expertly and efficiently done, as they said it would be. Not only was my charge dismissed, but they were able to have it reduced to a lesser offense. Also, thanks to their counsel, I was even able to retain my driver's license for the long waiting period...inherent in this type of case. I would certainly recommend Mr. Frederick's firm to anyone needing a competent defense.

Bobby was very knowledgeable trustworthy and committed to my husband's case. With all the charges that kept getting stacked against him, I never thought we would get out of it, but somehow Bobby got him a great deal. He never really considered going to trial, not that I am saying it as a negative thing, but it seems to be in contrast with the multiple other reviews stating he is a fan of jury trials. Maybe he just considered my husband's case not jury - compatible, but reading all these reviews it seems he kicks butt in trial, so I think he probably would have won. But I digress, I am sure he knows better than me. Either way, a great attorney!

My family member was facing a ridiculous but very serious charge. We were foolish and waited until it was time for trial to find an attorney. After several phone calls we called Bobby Frederick back. He never tried to force anyone to plea he just gives you your options. If the prosecution offers you a plea it's his job to tell you. We weighed the options that he gave us and ultimately took it to trial. Someone's life hung in the balance and it didn't look good. He won that trial. A unanimous not guilty verdict. I am so forever grateful. I sincerely love everyone in his firm for all their effort and hard work. I can't say enough about these people. I would earnestly recommend them to everyone.

Robin Lalley represented me in my divorce 3 years ago and I would not recommend her at all. For the most part (without her explaining how she does things), I worked with her junior attorney until all the hard work was done and then Robin jumped in. Robin was dismissive of all of my ideas and questions - even regarding significant, life-altering topics. Robin failed to educate me on major legal issues (thank God I educated myself or would have never known key aspects of my case) and she actually told me incorrect information on more than one occasion. Lastly, Robin did not want to do anything that would cause her to put forth even the least amount of effort. She acted like she was doing me a favor by meeting with me. And she was judgmental and condescending to boot. Go somewhere else. She is not a good lawyer or advocate and she has a defeatist attitude that is useless and the last thing anybody needs.

I regret I didn't review these reviews before accepting this attorney. My job offers LegalEase, and I submitted a request for an attorney to handle a real estate matter with my HOA. Lee Daniels was the first to respond to the request, so I accepted him as my attorney. I didn't read these reviews first (my bad). Lee started strong and was responsive to emails and calls. He wrote a letter to my HOA. Shortly thereafter, my HOA responded, and Lee was nowhere to be found. It's like when the fire turned up he disappeared. He was unresponsive to calls, texts, and emails. My attorney ghosted me. TERRIBLE. I have contacted LegalEase and recommended that he be removed from the portal of attorneys because I believe he is charging the company for work he doesn't do. If you are considering Lee Daniels for your legal representation, don't. Run. Run away. And don't look back.

The past year I’ve spent 14,000$ in fees alone in Gustafsons office. The only thing he has helped us do is create more trouble for us to spend more money in his office. He will take advantage of your vulnerable situation. Do not rely on this man to hold your best interest dealing with criminal court. If I wanted a public defender they are nearly free. He has 0 respect for the people he works for. I’m not here saying this because I’m mad with him or because he lost a case this is the truth. I just fired him from my case that he was representing us on even thought Ive already paid him 6,000$ 2.5 months ago to represent me during this case. I have lost that money and hired another lawyer because we can’t trust him to do the job I hired him for. He played us like a fiddle from the beginning. Please take this advice and don’t let yourself get in the position we’ve allowed him to put us in. There were cases he won but not because he’s good, only because we had evidence contradicting these so-called victims police report. That’s not the point the point is he will TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU.
