I got in a car wreck in summer of 2024, the individual who was responsible for totaling my car and causing injury was denying liability with their insurance. I decided to look for a lawyer and Ryan and Sarah at Fang Law Firm did not disappoint. In fact, they went above and beyond helping me solve this case. They recommended and sent me to PT for my injuries cause by the crash, kept me updated with everything during the court dates as well as handling talking with both my insurance the the other individual’s insurance company. Ryan and Sarah went the other extra mile in tracking down witnesses from the accident who were able to help and ultimately get the case resolved through their testimonies. I couldn’t have asked for better representation during such a stressful time. Ryan and Sarah answered all my questions, and were professional and empathetic throughout the entire process. I am so thankful for everything they’ve done! 10/10 recommend.

If you’re looking for someone who is going to go tooth and nail for your case, look no further. A friend and I had our backs pinned against the wall due to a lack of fire investigation in a case. Reid worked with us through many hours of the week and even though his planned PTO to ensure our case was properly handled. Reid knows his stuff and does it with passion and perseverance. We won the case due to Reid putting together a stellar presentation and crucial evidence. In a case that seemed insurmountable, Reid found a way.

I lack the words to truly capture the experience of working with and receiving Mr. DeChant's legal counsel. I would start, with expressing how thankful I am to have recieved it. From the very first conversation he showed great care, courtesy and concern for myself and my case. He worked tirelessly to seek out a real resolution to what was an extremely unfortunate set of circumstances. I believe that he is guided by a genuine desire to use his expertise to help, opposed to more typical motivating factors. I would recommend anyone, in need of guidance to reach out to Reid for TRUE councel.

Reid was a life saver during a difficult case for my family member. He explained everything, held our hands through a tough process with a good person who deserved the justice that Reid was able to secure for him! He clearly had the respect of the DA and judge as well, which we appreciated. He was honest and easy to work with! We highly recommend him!

I can't recommend Liz Hart enough. When you've been in an accident, the last thing you want/need is to be dealing with insurance, and Liz was such a champion, helper, and guide. She is so knowledgeable, tough, kind, communicative, and skilled at what she does. The peace I felt from knowing she was on top of things was invaluable.

It was very easy to get an initial consultation with him (just go on the website and schedule it). He couldn't exactly help my specific case because it is incredibly complex and only mildly related to bankruptcy, but he was still very helpful in shedding light on my situation and giving me some suggestions. Thanks Matt!

I called Matt for a consultation and he was great. Before I even said I wanted to work with him he offered me some great advise that saved me from losing a lot more money. I just have to say that the Colorado Legal Defense Group law office is amazing, especially Megan Majewski. I have received my full pardon from the State Governor because of the professionalism and dedication she has given. Absolute thanks to Megan, my cases are now sealed in both Las Vegas and Colorado. She has guided and directed me through my legal process with significant effect and assurance. I would genuinely recommend the CLDG for anyone who is in rehabilitation of their life, and who wants professional legal counsel to guide them through the legal system. The CLDG are absolutely the best at what they do - you will not be disappointed.

I worked with Mark Savoy and Diane Barrera Joseph Santaularia was my primary attorney or my main attorney for six months he helped me. I went through a situation that I’ve never been through and I should not have been in long story short I had three charges and was unaware. I found out through getting hired at this job when they did a background check they chose not to hire me and that’s when I became aware of my situation! So I had to prepare to turn myself in, which is something I’ve never done I didn’t do it right away I gathered information and did it about a month later I Went through that whole process ended up having to turn in my firearm. We fought hard on this for six months three charges dropped case dismissed as of 4 months ago last August 30th it was finalized. They helped me go through a process to where I was able to get the entire case sealed with the Help of Mark & Diane and now my case it now no longer appears on my record or anywhere, and they were able to help me get my firearm back. Colorado Legal Defense was always there with advice and if someone couldn’t make it, their whole team would make sure somebody was there to represent you in court. I would highly recommend Colorado Legal Defense group. If you are unsure about your situation or if you don’t think you already know the outcome these guys will give you some insight. Thanks Joseph my attorney and the rest of theColorado Legal Defense Group! Thank you Mark and Diane as well! Happy New Year! 💪🏽

Looks like my review was unfairly taken down....guess this firm wants to keep my families experience hush hush. I TESTIFIED in court on behalf of my brother and the custody over my two nieces, we had two family meetings with Tyler plus I sent him a very long and lengthy email in November of 2023 that he never replied to yet charged my father $350 to read, which I don't believe he even read my email. So if this firm is trying to claim my review is not valid because I didn't hire Tyler myself they are incorrect!!! I was a part of this entire journey so for Google to take down my review after this firm reported it is not OK as I was involved with this case from beginning to end.- so here is my review again!!!! ZERO stars!!!! My father and brother hired Tyler Lambert to help my brother win his custody battle with his two young daughters. Tyler many times was very hard to get in touch with and would ignore phone calls over and over again. I kept telling my dad and brother that they needed to hire a new attorney because Tyler did not have my brothers best interest at heart. I wish they would've taken me a little more seriously however they felt they had invested so much money in him already that they stuck by him. Tyler showed no evidence in court to help my brother out... We submitted text messages, social media posts, conversations, photos of our family over the last 16 years with my brothers daughters, etc...Tyler used none of it in court. He had so much proof on my ex sister in law and how her attorney was blowing everything out of proportion plus evidence that could have made my brother's ex look really bad and prove she's a liar - but Tyler provided none of it and when they were claiming untrue statements about my brother he didn't object, not one time!!!! Tyler told all of us that were testifying on the stand that we needed to "be nice" and say "nice things" about my ex sister in law and that we should NOT provide any family photos as this judge doesn't like seeing family photos. Meanwhile the other side TRASHED my brother and they also showed a ton of photos - clearly Tyler's advice was the worst we could have taken. The end result were my nieces moving away with their mother to Illinois and pinning my brother as a bad father. He's an amazing father. He just has a bitter and scorned ex-wife that wanted to hurt him so badly that she used her own children for leverage. Do not hire Tyler if you are going through a custody battle with children... He does not care and will not show proof and documentation of what you give him to help your case out. He basically collected a paycheck and nothing more. Now my brother's daughters are in a fatherless environment because he failed to do his job properly. I WILL CONTINUE TO REPOST REVIEWS IF THIS ONE IS TAKEN DOWN - THIS EXPERIENCE WAS MY EXPERIENCE FIRSTHAND WITH TYLER!!!!!

James Cordes provided terrible advice. His drafting was sloppy and required extensive redrafting by opposing counsel, and he advised me to take a terrible deal. Because of James, I am taking home a fraction of my income. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize how bad it was until firing him and employing new counsel. He is a nice man, but a bad lawyer. I wish I had gotten a second opinion before it was too late.

Jake and his team were incredibly helpful after I was in a serious car accident caused by another driver. I had no idea what to expect and Jake walked me through everything with clear expectations. Jake and his team provided support, were very knowledgeable, and made it clear they care about their clients. His paralegal, Nicol, provided resources for medical care and transport services when I had trouble getting to appointments and I always had a quick email reply to any questions. I went from being completely despondent after the accident to feeling hopeful for a good outcome. Ultimately, I got a really great settlement and I have Jake and his team to thank for that.

I can't speak to the other lawyers at this firm, but I had a very disturbing experience with Andrew Castle, who represented one of my friends in a relatively high profile case. Unfortunately, my friend was found guilty on all 7 counts. And my friend and I weren't really sure of what to do. I asked him if there was any way I could use my platform to try to help? And my friend said that it might help, but that we should first ask his lawyer Andrew, before doing anything. We had agreed that this was a good idea, and I sent an email asking what Andrew thought, making it very clear that I wouldn't do anything if that made him or my friend uncomfortable. When I asked Andrew if using my platform would be of any use, Andrew's response was very aggressive. I asked him why he was being aggressive, when I already had agreed to not doing anything that he didn't feel comfortable with. To my surprise, his response was to tell me to stop talking to his client, my friend, while he was in custody. It was a very jarring experience as I simply wanted to try to help my friend, and again, had no interest in doing anything that would make my friend or Andrew feel uncomfortable. I also found this to be very disturbing, as I imagine being in jail is tough, and someone in jail might want to have as many friends as possible to talk to. However, because I didn't want to further anger Andrew, I and others stopped talking to our friend until he was out of custody. I think that's an incredibly horrible and cruel position to put all of us in, as we simply wanted to provide emotional support throughout an incredibly tough time. I found Andrew to be extremely insecure, aggressive, and unprofessional. If you or someone you care about is going through a legal process, it's generally a very painful time, and having a lawyer lash out in these ways really adds to the stress of that. I would highly recommend finding a lawyer who can treat others in a professional manner, or at least with a kind mentality.

Barry went above and beyond in so many ways. As his client, I was expecting professionalism and efficiency - both of which he executed flawlessly. What I was not expecting was how well he not only managed my expectations of my case, but the extent to which he made me feel heard, believed in my innocence and how understanding he was of the mental health impact that my situation was having on me. He provided me with the perfect amount of urgency in getting on top of the matter while also providing a sense of calm to keep me level-headed. My case was immediately dismissed at pre-trial - all thanks to the level of attention to detail and the clarity in which he presented my case to the DA. I cannot recommend his services enough & am so thankful for all the work he did to return my life back to normal.

Working with Mr. Katz as my husband's lawyer during a challenging and emotionally charged family matter case was an experience I won’t forget. His reputation in the Denver and Boulder courts speaks volumes—before he even entered the room, we could feel the respect and attention he commanded from the court officials. This immediately gave us a sense of confidence and trust in the process. What truly stood out, though, was his exceptional accessibility. Mr. Katz always answered his own phone and was quick to respond to any questions or concerns, typically getting back to us the same day. His professionalism and dedication to his clients were evident throughout the entire case. Mr. Katz's combination of expertise, his reputation, and his commitment to our case made all the difference. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a lawyer who not only knows the law but also has the respect of the legal community. Thank you, Mr. Katz, for your hard work and guidance during such a difficult time!

My experience with Allen Vellone Wolf Helfrich & Factor has been beyond great. They dug into the issues of my case and discovered things in my favor that go far beyond what other defendants in the same case appear to have missed or not seriously considered. My opinions of Jim Helfrich and Kate Sender go beyond my ability to express. The best I can say is that I trust them to do their absolute best, which I believe they have done. No bullshit. They haven’t always told me what I want to hear, but they have always considered my opinion and that has been reflected in the things they have produced on my behalf. My case is not over, but they believe in me and have taken my side with the best they have to offer. Their rates are fair, and I have never had the feeling they were fabricating hours as so many law firms do, especially the law firm that is attacking me. I suspect I will have more to add to this review in the future.

Most times when you hire a defense attorney, chances are it is not for a pleasant situation. What made it a lot more enjoyable was the professionalism of this law firm! Every single staff member that I met was extremely professional and friendly. I had the pleasure working with them for approximately one year. Anytime I emailed or called, they responded in a timely manner. They explained the whole process and answered all my questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and amazing at what they do! I can not thank Max, Marianne and Hailey enough for all their hardwork and dedication!!! If you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney, hire the best! What a Drug Crime Lawyer Can Do for You

A drug crime lawyer specializes in defending individuals accused of offenses involving controlled substances. These offenses can range from simple possession to more serious charges like distribution, trafficking, manufacturing, or possession with intent to distribute. Drug crimes can involve illegal substances such as marijuana, cocaine, heroin, methamphetamine, as well as the unauthorized use or distribution of prescription medications.

A drug crime lawyer has in-depth knowledge of federal and state drug laws and can navigate the complexities of the legal system to protect your rights. They can challenge the prosecution's evidence, negotiate plea deals, and represent you in court to potentially reduce charges, dismiss the case, or minimize penalties.

When Should I Hire a Drug Crime Lawyer?

You should consider hiring a drug crime lawyer as soon as possible in the following situations:

  • Under Investigation: If you suspect you are being investigated for a drug-related offense, consulting a lawyer early can help you avoid self-incrimination and prepare a defense strategy.
  • Arrested or Charged: If you have been arrested or formally charged with a drug crime, immediate legal representation is crucial to protect your rights and begin building your defense.
  • Search and Seizure Issues: If law enforcement has conducted a search of your person, vehicle, or property, a lawyer can assess whether your Fourth Amendment rights were violated and if any evidence can be suppressed.
  • Facing Serious Penalties: Drug charges can carry severe consequences, including jail time, hefty fines, probation, mandatory rehabilitation programs, and a permanent criminal record.
  • Complex Cases: Cases involving multiple charges, conspiracy, trafficking across state or national borders, or allegations of involvement with organized crime require specialized legal expertise.

What Does a Drug Crime Lawyer Do?

A drug crime lawyer provides a range of legal services to defend and support you throughout the legal process:

  • Legal Consultation and Advice: Explain the charges against you, your rights, and the potential consequences. They will help you understand the legal process and your options.
  • Case Investigation: Examine the details of your case, including police reports, evidence, and witness statements, to identify weaknesses or violations of legal procedures.
  • Defense Strategy Development: Create a tailored defense strategy, which may include challenging the legality of the search and seizure, disputing possession, or questioning the credibility of witnesses.
  • Negotiating with Prosecutors: Work to negotiate plea bargains or reduced charges when appropriate, aiming to minimize potential penalties.
  • Court Representation: Represent you in all court proceedings, advocating on your behalf during hearings, trials, and sentencing.
  • Protecting Your Rights: Ensure that your constitutional rights are upheld throughout the legal process, including protection against unlawful searches, coerced confessions, or violations of due process.
  • Post-Trial Assistance: Assist with appeals, sentence modifications, or expungement of records if applicable.

How Are Drug Crime Lawyers Paid?

Drug crime lawyers typically charge for their services in one of the following ways:

  • Hourly Rate: Charging an hourly fee for the time spent on your case. Rates can vary widely based on the lawyer's experience and geographic location.
  • Flat Fee: A set amount that covers specific services or the entirety of your case, providing cost predictability.
  • Retainer Fee: An upfront payment from which the lawyer deducts hourly fees and expenses as they work on your case. The retainer may need to be replenished as the case progresses.
  • Payment Plans: Some lawyers offer payment arrangements to make their services more affordable over time.

It's important to discuss payment structures and fees during your initial consultation to understand the financial commitment involved.

How Much Does a Drug Crime Lawyer Cost?

The cost of hiring a drug crime lawyer depends on various factors, including the complexity of the case, severity of the charges, and the lawyer's experience. General cost estimates include:

  • Hourly Rates: Typically range from $200 to $500 or more per hour.
  • Flat Fees: For less complex cases (e.g., simple possession charges), flat fees might range from $2,000 to $7,500.
  • Complex Cases: Cases involving multiple charges, felonies, or trafficking can cost $10,000 to $50,000 or more due to the extensive legal work required.
  • Trial Costs: If your case goes to trial, costs can increase significantly, potentially exceeding $25,000.

Additional costs may include:

  • Expert Witness Fees: Costs for specialists who may testify on your behalf, such as forensic experts or toxicologists.
