We hired Richard Rice to represent our daughter in a Misdemeanor Charge for driving without insurance. While this type of defense work is well short of the types of defense Richard typically handles he accepted the work after we explained that any finding against our daughter could adversely affecther teaching career and credentials. Richard and his firm were with our daughter every step of the way offering support and confidence that the charges could be dropped because she had inadvertently failed to transfer the insurance coverage after purchasing a new car several months earlier. He was able to have the charge dismissed securing her future and receiving her of a very stressful situation. The work was professional and expedient with minimal disruption to her own work as a teacher.

Ms. Williams helped me with my first-time nursing application. I had several arrests from my past and no idea how to explain this to the board of nursing in a way that would not have my application denied or delayed. Ms. Williams put together my explanation letter perfectly. I was given my ATT and official license after passing NCLEX with no delays or stipulations. This woman is absolutely amazing. She is the definition of above and beyond. Watching her work is like watching a piece of art being created in front of you. While we did not get the outcome we were hoping for in our case, she made a case that was mind blowing. The only reasoning behind the bad verdict was 90% the jury sadly. Most of them didn't want to be there and made that clear when I heard them talking outside of the court room. The courts in GA are a whole other world I have sadly learned. However I cannot say enough good things about Leslie. I would not hesitate to hire her for anything needed. She not only does an amazing job in every way, but you can tell she truly cares about her clients and their families. The amount of time she spent talking to me alone throughout the process was mind blowing in it's own matter. Even with the case being done she is still helping with the next steps and things she doesn't even need to help me with.

I have been in serval accidents in my life and have never needed to call an attorney because the other driver’s insurance always accepted accountability and provided a rental immediately. This time, I was hit by a guy and filed the claim. Once filed, they refused to take my calls and hung up. I called Matt at his firm for help and he too was met with resistance and lack of cooperation. He persevered and was able to recuperate all the money I had lost. Words can't express the amount of gratitude I have for Mr. Burkhalter. He helped me out when I was at my lowest and passed no judgement. He did everything he said he would do plus more. He stuck it out with me the entire 2½ years it took to resolve the case and not only did he help me avoid 10 years in prison I received probation and some fines. Every lawyer I came across in my time of need was only interested in money the first thing he asked was how am doing then said let's get you out of here not to mention he came and saw me on a Sunday and was already working on my case before he arrived. My bond was denied by my initial judge he was able to get me a bond before I even received the court date for them to tell me if they would give me one again. There were a lot of ways things could have went sour but he always stay on the up and up and kept me a good spirits and I'm forever appreciative for it.

Mr. Zimmerman goes above and beyond when he takes a case. He helped me when I was accused of sexual exploitation over the internet. He doesn’t judge and just deals with the facts. Good luck to all the positive reviews. She was hired by my family to do a post conviction appeal. The motion was a boilerplate with history of law rather than any issues being raised.
