Irene was incredible to work with! As first time home buyers there was a lot going on. Irene made it all as seamless as possible for us, and at a great value. I felt comfortable having her on our side from the beginning all the way to close as she is very transparent and on top of things. She is also super responsive and easily accessible for any questions or issues that arise. I would recommend her for any legal services she offers, you will not be disappointed!

He advised me when she was still alive from dealing with the LTC Facility to all the steps that needed to be done in preparation for our death, to now getting all the necessary paperwork in order. Giovanni and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations and helped me through a very difficult time. I know my mother would have been happy and pleased. Judy is highly efficient, communicative, and detail oriented. She's super-intense about the process and everything that you'll need to do on your end, but that's what you want in a lawyer, right?!
She made the whole process so easy, and sent us home with all of our documents in a cute and easy to locate estate planning file.
Her pricing is completely transparent and you know what you're getting into. Judy never tried to upsell us on services that we didn't need and explained the processes so well.

I had plans to travel overseas for a three week vacation with my wife. My Will written by another attorney, was old and needed major revisions. As a Financial Strategist, I know I needed Trust created to ensure my assets were passed on first to my wife and then to my children (and grandchildren) from a previous marriage. Time was short, I had only two weeks to meet with an Estate Planning attorney and have all documents drafted and executed before our vacation. My wife, Boots is a Retirement Income Certified Professional and gets many attorney referrals in the course of her business. Fortunately for us, my wife received a glowing recommendation about Anthony Minko from trusted business colleague. Our meeting with Anthony was productive and enjoyable. He attentively listen to our concerns, asked the right probing questions, offered alternatives for us to consider, explained how to reduce or eliminate Estate Taxes, drew on a notepad the legal documents required and showed how all the parts fit together to ensure we had the proper Will, Trust, Power of Attorney and health care proxy to protect us and our assets now and after we are gone. We have met with other estate attorneys in the past and the Will and Trust package Anthony executed for us was half of what it would have cost through other attorneys we have interviewed. What I like most is being able to pick up the phone and consult with Anthony on estate issues or concerns related to my will & trust without worrying about being billed for each phone call. I found my 98 year old Aunt in a major state of self neglect with moderate dementia in her Brooklyn Apartment. I live in Florida and am her only family. I was anxious and afraid for her. My mom was falling in her apartment and I was contacted by her neighbor after willfully living under a rock for as long as I could. I was worried that my mom would burn through my retirement savings in all honesty, I'd just retired, and she was running low on resources and when I'd called about hiring a home health aide, I nearly had a heart attack finding out what that would cost me. Overwhelmed is an understatement for how I was feeling. In all honesty, I was also feeling victimized, woe-is-me for having to deal with it when my mom had been very difficult for all of my life up to this point.
Hiring Ms. Goeman was the single best move I've made in years and the best money my sister and I have ever paid for any service. Ms. Goeman took care of the medicaid application and explained everything to us in terms we can understand. My sister is not the brightest bulb on the tree and this brilliant woman made everything understandable to both of us. She crossed the t's and dotted the i's for us, it wasn't overnight but it was faster than we had anticipated and Ms. Goeman's fee was way within what we had budgeted.
I can sleep at night because of the work this woman did for us. Honestly, it's improved my relationship with my mom because I'm not feeling resentful any longer about having to potentially go broke to care for her. I should also mention that Ms. Goeman met my mom once and she was very tender and generous with her. She really seems to have an affection for her clients.

Robin advised my family when my grandmother was unable to care for herself in her home any longer and was also running out of money. My mother was really worried that she'd have to exhaust her own retirement fund to care for my gran. Without Robin, I really don't know how we would have managed to seek out benefits and resources to which my grandmother was entitled. The process for the layperson is not at all straight forward. My grandmother has been able to remain in her home with fulltime assistance because of Robin. Robin also walked us through the process of finding the best home should that be necessary and we will hire her again when that time comes although she empowered us with knowledge so that we could possibly navigate the waters ourselves. She is extremely bright, unpatronizing, compassionate, and thorough, and her rates were very reasonable, considering. A great lawyer and human being.

I went to Ms. Latkovskaia to have my will done. I don't like or trust lawyers in general and have had bad experiences in the past. This experience was completely different. Our consultation was lengthy, friendly and informative. I had not committed to paying her anything but she treated me like I was a VALUED client, even though I had just met her that day. I ended up not only getting my will done but I brought in my wife and got her's too. And at a later time we had a trust creatived to protect our assets and our children's future. I still call Ms. Latkovskaia from time to time for advise. She has always been prompt, professional and someone who tells me the truth, NOT just what I want to hear. My mother is 95 years old and the city of NY incorrectly assumed it’s ok to remove her 12 hour a day home attendant services to 8 hours. I was greatly upset and was referred to Sofiya’s law practice from a family friend. Sofiya was very detail oriented in checking on all specific day and times of correspondences with Integra and in her due diligence found mistakes they made and immediately returned the 12 hour home attendants for 7 days a week again. I greatly recommend her to anyone looking for help in this area.

I served as a guardian for a family member and retained Ms. Nozhnik when the time came to finalize the guardianship. Ms. Nozhnik diligently reviewed all pertinent documents, confirmed the underlying facts, and patiently explained the entire process to me, which included an overview of legal documents she would need to draft and file with the court. She then drafted the required motion with great accuracy and attention to detail and submitted it within the time frame that she committed to.
