After explaining the case to Tim, he immediately started on the case. He formulated a plan that was to my benefit. The opposing party kept trying to delay and Tim wouldn’t allow them to. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field of practice and diligently works hard for you to get the outcome you desire. My family hired Debra to represent them in a guardianship case. After months of nothing and tens of thousands of dollars, absolutely nothing was accomplished and we have now been restricted from any contact with our family member (whom was placed in a home against her will). She did not do any research for our case, emails sent with incorrect information, did not follow through with the witnesses, did not argue State and Federal regulations that are being violated, etc.. She accepted this case to get her foot in the door with her new law firm and collected the money!

i attempted for weeks and weeks to get an initial appointment set up or even a call back with no luck, and we ultimately ended up going with someone else. we had really high hopes about him and are very disappointed we never even got the chance to speak to him. the woman who answers calls at the office is extremely snobby. the only response i ever got was "if he has time and feels like it he will give you a call" she had such a nasty attitude and it seems like she expected us to beg for an appointment. whenever you are willing and ready to hand someone almost twenty thousand dollars you would expect them to be eager too do their job, apparently not.

His elder services were a disaster. My sister took our mother to him. To make a long story short she paid him almost $12,000 to mess everything up. Three weeks before she died he SOLD her annuities and then transferred ownership of her home to us kids. So when she passed away there was no money available and when we sold the house we paid over $30,000 in income tax because he transferred ownership before she died. Had we never used him everything would have been better. Trust me, it’s all about money in his pocket.
