Ms. Williams helped me with my first-time nursing application. I had several arrests from my past and no idea how to explain this to the board of nursing in a way that would not have my application denied or delayed. Ms. Williams put together my explanation letter perfectly. I was given my ATT and official license after passing NCLEX with no delays or stipulations. Following an accident involving a SUV and 18 Wheel Dump Truck on an Interstate my husband and I were both simply glad to be alive. We were not interested in a settlement just our medical bills, item replacement and reimbursement for the expenses associated with the event to which we were traveling as I was driving a company vehicle. Followed all his recommendations and after serving the so called mental rehab facility with a formal petition to discharge my husband on a Friday at 455 pm and multiple hours of patiently waiting for my motion to be received by an employee that never gave it to him..
Guess what happened??
The same medical staff that said to my husband that petition won’t do anything called me the very next day at 9am stating that my husband was going to be discharged in a couple of minutes..
FOLLOW ALL HIS RECOMMENDATIONS! Yes the motion was one of the recommendations but some other magical touches expedited everything but I will let him share that with you as he knows what he’s doing and will definitely provide you with the best advice.

I got a pretty bad speeding ticket because I was late going to my pregnant wife’s appointment to meet the specialist because she had a high risk pregnancy. The ticket I received was also a super speeder. My job requires that I have a clean record. I hired Kevin and he was able to help me get a great outcome. No points, no reporting to my MVR, this helps SO much because I work and drive a company vehicle for an insurance company. Kevin made the process very easy and seamless. Out of FOUR lawyers that I contacted, Kevin was the only one who was responsive, he was up front about his pricing and steps that I would need to take going forward. Most lawyers are lazy but not Kevin. I would hire Kevin again if ever needed his services! Thanks for the hard work Kevin!

I have had the fortunate and unfortunate pleasure of working with SWTW, and more specifically Andrea Pawlak and Kevin Ward, both of which I can not speak highly enough about. I have been through the worst of life experiences and can honestly say that without their friendship and guidance I would be in a much different position. Andrea is by far the most prepared, educated, dedicated and passionate attorney that I have been exposed to. The single greatest attribute that stands above the rest is her ability to manage a client through what is seemingly their worst moments in life such as a child's death and/or a contentious divorce. Weeks before graduation, our daughter—a high school senior, scholar-athlete, and honor roll student—and her friends were arrested for a senior prank that went wrong. Enrique assisted me with a demand letter to my apartment complex. There were issues with a leak in my apartment, that they could not fix, which resulted in mold. My furniture was damaged, and the humidity from the leak caused mold to spread everywhere.
