It's not a day go by that I don't think of Tae D. He became part of our family. I was told my case would be very hard to win and that we should get a court appointed attorney. My husband came to this country to work and provide for our family here and abroad but one night our lives changed forever. He was accursed of sexual assault on the job. I was scared and lost. My husband went to jail for the first time in his life. I called around to friends for advice and this name kept coming up...Tae Darnell. I called and that's when the magic started to happen. Tae got My husband out of jail, he gave us the name of his private investigator, we met constantly and he even brought on 2 more attorneys. This was a hard case, she was white he was black-African and we were in an all white area...I seriously just wanted to give up. But not Tae, he say said trust me...my team and I will get you guys out of this horrible mess. And he they did. The truth came out. She wanted money from the company we worked for. But we won!!! and the she ended up having to pay us $250,000. We haven't seen the money but we have our life back. Honestly if it wasn't for Tae D I would not have gotten my life back.

I met Michael first in 2012 while prepping a film we were shooting in Denver. At first he was kind enough to volunteer his time to help us get a tax rebate, which he successfully did. A few days prior to principal photography we ran into trouble with one of the financiers, which threatened to collapse the financing. To make a long story short, we officially hired him and he rectified the situation and forced the financier to fulfill his obligation and saved the production
We hired him again recently to review and modify a few production contracts and again did a terrific job.

Mike is a true professional! I hired him to oversee all my personal and business legal matters. He is thorough, knowledgable, reliable and easy to work with. I always felt he had my best interests in mind and trusted his advice. Though he handled several of my business contracts, one that specifically comes to mind was a client who kept changing his mind and adding or subtracting negotiation points. I was getting extremely confused and frustrated. Mike was able to calm me down and help see the negotiation process through to final contract. What made this even more memorable and appreciated was that he availed himself to me and the client all through the holiday time between Christmas and the new year because the client was at a time crunch to finalize the contract. Like doctors that won't make house calls anymore, finding that kind of customer service from an attorney is also, for most cases, a lost benefit. Though I have relocated to a different state now, Mike will be the attorney I will call first for legal advice.

I hired Alan Feldman to represent me in a dispute over my minority shareholder rights and buyout of my stock from my former company which I was the President-CEO. I first met Mr Feldman when he represented a client that my former company had a contractual dispute with. Alan Feldman was tenacious, unrelenting and impressive in his pursuit of winning the case for his client, which he did. He impressed me so much that I was incline to hire him when I was in need of representation for a buyout and protection of my minority stake in the company I had built. My non profit record label and publishing company needed a custom contract unique to our purposes. I had a hard time finding anyone with the expertise to integrate our out-of-the-box copyright and royalty needs into a formal legal contract that we could use with our artists. At first we consulted with another lawyer who was able to provide a more standard contract, but we found that we needed something different, more tailored to current artist's needs. Does Olson Law use a call center to answer their phones? I had someone named Jalen, an extremely young male, answer that didn't tell me where he was answering the phone at and didn't answer even one question i asked, he just kept kinda using a script. He said he was a receptionist for Olson Law, but did not sound like someone id let answer a phone. I needed to know if i had already called this particular firm and if so what they're reason for not filing a complaint or getting one started was. I have a TBI im almost done with but finding a lawyer to get started on that while still receiving care as a legal newbie is hard work because im not getting hepful people (across the board) im getting push back instead. Like someone should be like omg lets get started, ill start the review, you continue care, and ill ask questions along the way before i start a complaint. But im not getting that. im getting a lot of pointless conversation. If im in the wrong location, maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Is it the city, the neighborhood, is the case too hard, are they too busy, is there a conflict of interest with the hospital im suing or something? Like scared to sue? I dont get it... Its JUST a lawsuit that needs to get filed. Is it the Denver area? Are they like no, she doesnt live in this neighborhood so im not dealing with this? Like family oriented? Im so confused right now.

Peter Garin is an ineffective Child and Family Investigator (CFI) with an aggressive and abusive investigation style. He was court-appointed and began by interviewing my son. The initial meeting was marked by aggressive and abusive questioning. My son and his now ex-wife struggled to agree on parenting issues. Mr. Garin failed to ask probing questions, resorting instead to general inquiries. Each of his interviews lasted between 8 to 25 minutes, while he conducted a lengthy interview with the other party that lasted over 2 hours.
He visited our home for only 10 minutes and then left.

Peter Garin is a terrible CFI with an aggressive and abusive investigation style. Although, I was the person who hired him, he spoke to the other party first. Instead of speaking to me about my concerns, my first meeting with him was an aggressive, abusive interrogation where he threatened me with jail time. My 13 year old son had been refusing to engage in parenting time with his father, Mr. Garin immediately blamed me and dismissed my son's mental health records and his therapist's reports of PTSD. When interviewing my son, Mr. Garin told him "it's OK for people to drink and drive as long as they are not under the influence" although we had a specific court order to not consume alcohol during parenting time. My son's father has had open containers of alcohol in his vehicle multiple times with the children in the car. Mr. Garin ignored the alcohol abuse, ignored the mental health aspect of our case, vilified my son's safe parent in his report and never investigated in a neutral way. When I checked his report for bias, using chat GPT, the entire section interviewing myself and my contacts were biased negatively and the entire section interviewing the other party and his contacts were biased positively. I do not recommend him if you are looking for a true unbiased investigation.

A year ago I was involved in a traffic accident and injured my neck and back. I had never been in this situation before. A friend of mine referred me to The Greer law firm I made one phone call, gave Marlo the information and they took care of everything. They let me know that their first concern was that I have all of my medical issues taken care of, and be made whole they gave me great advice all the way through. I never could’ve done this on my own, and they were honest and up front every step of the way. My outcome came out better than I expected all of my medical issues were taken care of to my satisfaction I got my vehicle replaced and compensate for all of my inconveniences. Floyd went out of his way to ensure my ease of mind and emotions regarding my unexpected eviction notice. The courthouse entrance across from the Forum Apartments is quickest at 7:45 to get in line for help. Please take this place seriously because they really will point you in the right direction! 🙏🏼

These folks know how to navigate the monsterous Medicaid applicaiton and approval process. They also help you find the right placement for your elder parent as they did for mine. Mary Beth Leitzman is a gem to have on your side and is also a trained social worker with lots of experience in Elder Care. Though the cost may be rather high ($6800) for our family, that cost is less than 1 month in a facility in Colorado and well worth the headache of navigating multiple agencies, rules, laws and so forth. VRR has been a great help in planning for my father’s move to a Senior Community. I could not have done it myself. From drawing up his Power of Attorney documents to developing a plan to pay for my Dad’s housing and associated needs they have been timely and compassionate.
