After a death, the last thing you want to do is worry about someone liquidating your fathers assets. This is what my sisters and I had to face a week after burying our dad. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

I was in a car wreck with my coworker, his wife and another friend. We all got hurt, my foot badly and had to have it repaired. My health insurance from work didn't want to cover my bills from a car crash. I needed help and Loncar &a Associates got me the help needed. My attorney Bill Humes kept informed and he fought the insurance company. Bill Hymes sued the other party for us and got us their policy limits. I was in a car wreck with my wife a friend and a co-worker. We all got hurt. I tore my knee up and had surgerys. My insurance from work did not want to cover my injuries or bills from the wreck. My daughter was falsely accused of a theft crime at Walmart where she was employed. She had only been there a couple of weeks. A professional scam artist came thru her line and ended up stealing a large sum of money during her scheme. I went to an attorney I had known since I was 19 years old. He had his “associate” work on the case. For over a year, all we ever got was “make a plea.” I personally researched the case, found the woman who scammed my daughter, and discovered she (the scammer) had done the same thing previously and after the accusation against my 19 year old daughter. I made a notebook complete with her alias names, her other cases and charges all over the country for doing the same thing she did to my child. I tried to get “associate” to look at the notebook but he was mad because my daughter refused to plead guilty to something she had not done. Associate was sent on his way by a very smart judge, a new attorney was appointed to handle the matter and a new chance for someone to hear the truth of my daughter’s case. When it was turned over to this attorney, not one minute did I worry. That is all I had done since her arrest.
Today I received a text message from attorney BRUCE KAYE. The case against my daughter had been dismissed. He took the information to the prosecutor and she saw what we all already knew. My daughter was innocent.
BRUCE KAYE is one of the best lawyers I have ever dealt with. He listened, he investigated and he sought the TRUTH! My kid wasn’t a number to him, or just a case, she was an innocent 19 year old criminal justice student who planned on being a police officer and he did what had to be done to prove her innocence. Cutrer (a french name from Louisiana) has been in broadcasting since he was 14 and has owned stations and understands technology and seems to know everybody in the industry.
My problem was licensing software to radio/tv stations. I needed contracts and tips about how to advertise with little money. He understood what my software does and suggested ways to deal with stations that I hadn't thought of. He put me in touch with several companies that market to radio tv stations. We split the revenue.

I am a season ticket holder for a sporting event in the West End. Last year the parking was converted from the honor system pay box to the Verrus system. I use this parking lot 2-3 times per week and have been ticketed so many times I feel it borders harassment! In the past it has actually cost me MORE money to fight the ticket, which is in error every single time. Catherine took over my case and was able to have my tickets, and any future ones I receive (in error) dismissed immediately (with no additional filing costs or certified mail fees!). The peace of mind I now have with Catherine in my corner is priceless. Next I want her to take on correcting this faulty system the city has put their trust in!
