When I needed help with a contract dispute, I reached out to Mr. Heitner and he responded right away, even though he was traveling overseas at the time. Very straight shooter and cut right to the chase. I know that everyone's case is different but for this particular matter Mr. Heitner was able to handle the case on contingency, when a lot of other lawyers would never have done that.

My wife and I own a sports agency. We were introduced to Zach through a close personal friend. He really impressed us with his knowledge of law. We hired him as our general counsel for the agency. Little did we know that we would have to use his services within a month of us hiring him. We had an age/ identity dispute with a prospective client in the Dominican Republic. I tried to resolve the issue by myself but kept getting the runaround from the main MLB office. I let Zach know that I wasn't getting anywhere with the issue and let him take over. Within 48 hours he had the issue resolved and we were able to have the player eligible to sign with any big league team. In another instance we had an issue with a marketing company and one of our clients. I had Zach and his father Leon take care of the situation with their expertise in that type of law. Eric was recommended to me from a close friend of mine who lives in Miami, FL. I hired Eric for a criminal case that I was accused of in Ft. Lauderdale. I interviewed several lawyers prior to choosing Ms Soni. Everyone else was trying to sell me way more than I felt comfortable or services I thought were not needed. Also scare tactics were high on their list of ways to try to get business from me. Ms Soni addressed my concerns and gave great advice on what she recommended to start and prioritized my plan over the next serveal months to years based on what I wanted to do and goals to achieve. As a physician/ surgeon I am very concerned about Estate Planning and Asset Protection. There is just so much different information on the internet about this topic and various approaches recommended by different lawyers. Ms Soni explained the pros and cons of each method and helped guide the best option for me which is an out of state limited partnership and an off shore LLC. I highly recommend her services.

Personally I had bad experience with this firm , initially I contacted the is firm because we need to resolve an issue with something we purchased and we got scammed for more than 5k with a company in Miami , this firm ask for every detail in this case and they took it but after 3 months I was trying to contact them and the person in charge of my case was no longer available and they didn’t tell us anything like an update or anything so I had to call Them and also write many messages via Instagram and after 3 weeks they finally responded just saying that they not gonna take my case without mentioning anything

He recommended to me Blakeley Law Firm, because some of his friends used it and they’re very happy with it.
We called the firm’s and started the case , then Mr. Carlos contacted me the very next day representing the Law Firm through the case processing, it was my big confusion as never been accident or know what to do or where to start… specially I’m over 70 years old , He was very passionate about my age and my health like a family person during doing his job in very professional styling, and very organized doing things with me and for me between scheduling appointments or change dates for it, all the small details need a lot of attentions
He walked with me more than 3 or more months journeys with a smiling and polite friendly conversation as a great human being.
Finally everything come to end, and it was Happy ending because Mr. Carlos did a great job not only with me ….
