Ryan was able to quickly conduct a trademark search for our business and included his legal opinion on the appropriate next steps in his results review. We hired Lauren Noriega to fight my felony probation violation. I was denied bail in the beginning and served 2.5 months in jail at which point Lauren fought for me and got me released on bail. The judge and DA tried to sentence me to 3 years in prison. Lauren got the appellate court involved who issues a stay order the day before I was supposed to surrender myself. She did an amazing job, found a lot of legal presidents that worked in our favor. Dealing with the DA’s and courts took way longer than expected, but we did get the results that she told us we would get from the beginning. Which was a full dismissal of the probation violation.

Nissan provided much needed assistance against a retaliatory landlord, who endeavored to evict me, for no good reason, after refusing to repair significant bldg. violation habitability issues for well over a decade. Nissan treated me courteously, never condescendingly. and was always available whennecessary. I can’t stress strongly enough how valuable his help was and what a great debt of gratitude I owe him. Mr. Thomas provided excellent legal advice for a landlord tenant matter. I was able to settle with my landlord who was pressuring me to move illegally and now I stay peacefully in my apartment. Mr. Thomas gave me sound good advice and I was able to abate the entire issue. I tried speaking to a few free resources but none wear able to give me the seasoned negotiating advice that I really needed.

Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.

She is open about the fact that lawyers basically are untouchable by the general population and can do as they please. This was my first time ever needing a lawyer and from what I'm being told I lucked out with George.
