We hired Lauren Noriega to fight my felony probation violation. I was denied bail in the beginning and served 2.5 months in jail at which point Lauren fought for me and got me released on bail. The judge and DA tried to sentence me to 3 years in prison. Lauren got the appellate court involved who issues a stay order the day before I was supposed to surrender myself. She did an amazing job, found a lot of legal presidents that worked in our favor. Dealing with the DA’s and courts took way longer than expected, but we did get the results that she told us we would get from the beginning. Which was a full dismissal of the probation violation.

Nissan provided much needed assistance against a retaliatory landlord, who endeavored to evict me, for no good reason, after refusing to repair significant bldg. violation habitability issues for well over a decade. Nissan treated me courteously, never condescendingly. and was always available whennecessary. I can’t stress strongly enough how valuable his help was and what a great debt of gratitude I owe him. Mr. Thomas provided excellent legal advice for a landlord tenant matter. I was able to settle with my landlord who was pressuring me to move illegally and now I stay peacefully in my apartment. Mr. Thomas gave me sound good advice and I was able to abate the entire issue. I tried speaking to a few free resources but none wear able to give me the seasoned negotiating advice that I really needed.

Consulting Ethan Tidwell was an absolute godsend during my complex divorce case that involved the nightmare complexities of custody issues, finances, and an abusive/vindictive ex-spouse who falsely spread accusations about me during the divorce in an attempt to secure sole custody and leave the state with my children. And prevent my children from having a relationship with their father. Whenever Ethan was available for consultation, he was consistent in providing extremely valuable, honest, and reliable information. I was impressed in how I could ask Ethan any question and he always had an answer right away backed by extensive knowledge, objective facts, and a strong understanding of the inner workings of family court. He is also able to remember facts well and can regurgitate granular details from our conversations of months prior. This gave me confidence in speaking to him about my case. His guidance helped me in not only the legal aspects of my case but also in maintaining a positive bearing during what was one of the most emotionally-difficult periods of my life. Ethan has a good grasp of knowing what is important and what isn't, which often provided relief for me on many occasions when I was overstressed out about something. Where do I start. First of all the insurance companies are all liars and crooks. I had no idea my employer literally had no control over my care. My own employer was even disgusted with the way I was treated by the insurance company. Zenith was the insurance company by the way so if you're reading this and you have Zenith as your Worker's Comp. insurance company hire a lawyer right away. I would recommend this group but if they're not for you hire somebody to represent you. Zenith is an organization that should literally not be able to conduct business in California. But luckily I found a group of lawyers you did a fantastic job for me. Things didn't move very slow they did warn me things would be moving slow due to Zenith having a what they called a rigged medical provider network. Which basically means they only allow doctors to work with them who see eye to eye with them. Not beneficial for the injured worker but very beneficial for the profits of the insurance company. So I got very unlucky that my employer was insured by Zenith but did get lucky also that I found an aggressive lawyer like Peter who had the patience and the experience to understand how to deal with them. So thank you Peter I appreciate everything you and your staff did for me.
