I reached out to Cari for legal assistance after my ex-husband served me with expanded demands for an out-of-state visitation agreement for our teenage daughter. At the time, I had full physical/legal custody and my daughter was against the proposed travel schedule.

He was able to deliver quality legal agreements that included language to help protect me and my business. The Social Media Influencer Agreement exceeded my expectations on what I thought I needed. Generic templates available online do not provide adequate protection to your business. I highly recommend using Springer Law PLLC for all your business contract needs.

I had an urgent legal matter that needed immediate attention. Without any delay whatsoever, on the day of the issue arising, Russ was able to strategize on the correct actions providing multiple options, and we selected the optimal strategy moving forward in order to deal with the problem. The turnaround was astounding, impressive, and much needed.
The issue was resolved the same day, and the immediate connection and ability to speak directly greatly helped everything within the process.
Unlike other law firms that you have to work through an army of admin assistants, working with Russ was easy, fast, and I received expert-level resolution without any back and forth or time wasted.
I always prefer working directly with the experts due to efficiency and getting the right answers instead of wasting time or any miscommunication and Russ's law practice was able to to resolve my issue efficiently and exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Russ, for all your support and expertise!

I was terminated by my employer and I thought I had a case. I was either ignored or turned away because of "conflicts of interest." Russell came by way of a referral from a Labor Rights website and I am so grateful. He really looked into my case and listened to me. When Russ believes in something, he's passionate about it. I don't know anything about law and he made sure to explain each phase and had multiple courses of actions so I always knew all my options and was fully involved in each decision. At first, I was so worried. My employer had a team of legal professionals and a lot of money to pour into litigation and I definitely do not. Russ was a one man army and handled each interaction with tact and grace. In the end, we won the claim and I know it was all due to 2 things; the truth and Russ. I will continue to recommend anyone having any issues with current or former employers to Russ.

They didn’t represent me, so this review isn’t about their representation, but I would suggest that they discontinue advertising that they practice law in areas that they do not. I called about a bad faith insurance case, and was told that they only practice personal injury law. That just seems shady to advertise a whole list of practice areas just to get people to call them, especially when it may impact people who are in these kinds of difficult situations. What does that say about the firm? Trustworthy? I don’t believe so.

These guys are real winners. They market for medical malpractice but it’s unlikely that you’ll actually be able to speak to anyone or that they’ll take your case because they are “too small” according to what I was told in a text message. They also don’t provide any type of referrals or references.

Without sharing specifics of our wrongful death case, I will say that the team at Morelli took on our family's case when other firms declined. They believed us and persevered (including through the pandemic) with the case. While it took a few years, the Morelli team was able to reach a settlement for our family to be compensated for our loss. The Morelli team was empathetic and responsive to our questions and needs. While I fervently hope that such a thing never happens to our family again, I would not hesitate to re-engage Morelli for future legal needs.
