Our company has been using Eric for almost 1 year and we have been very happy with everything that he has done for us. He is knowledgable in the law and has taken the time to explain the ins and outs when needed. Furthermore, he is personable.

When a credit card company unlawfully (and unexpectedly) seized all my accounts and assets I thought that I was done for. I was referred to Michael the same day. I can't say enough about the wonderful service that Bob provided during a very stressful situation. We had hired another attorney to transfer property and set up an LLC and this attorney, we later learned, was completely incompetent. Bob was referred to us and without hesitation stepped into the paperwork disaster left by the former attorney. He tenaciously worked to rectify our dilemma, he thoroughly explained the situation we were in, he was always available to answer any questions we had for him and was able to rectify our state of affairs in a timely, professional manner. In May of 2016, I consulted with Mr. Brooks on the possibility of him representing me at a hearing specific to a security clearance investigation being adjudicated on my behalf. He was very clear on his fee and was direct on what he would provide for me as my attorney. I hired Mr. Brooks, even after consulting with an attorney who 'specialized' in the type of hearing I was to have. Mr. Brooks was extremely professional and competent in the matter telling me exactly what I needed for him to proceed possibly eliminating the need for the hearing at all. In early September of 2016, I was informed by Mr. Brooks, and by the Department of Defense, that their need for clarification on concerns they had was satisfied, and a hearing was not required. I received formal notice from the DOD cancelling the hearing. I strongly would recommend Mr. Brooks and if necessary, would use his services in this, and other legal representation matters.

Due to a recent medical issue I needed legal help with a short term disability claim. A large corporation had wrongly decided to stop payments and denied my claim. I have never needed legal representation before and had no idea where to start. I was referred to Rosen Moss and Snyder and it was such a blessing to work with them during a difficult time for me and my family. I am so fortunate to have had Mr. Marc Snyder, as the attorney who fought for me against my denied long term disability insurance claim. I was referred to Attorney Snyder, after being assured by two other disability attorneys that, while my case had merit, it required someone with greater expertise to successfully handle my complicated type of disability issue. I initially met with Mr Snyder in his office in Fort Washington. He is a smart, pleasant, friendly person who makes you feel at ease. He is easy to speak with and a good listener. He confirmed my feeling, that the insurance denial was not fair and discussed his plan on reversing the denial. He stayed in touch throughout the entire proceedings by e-mail or phone calls. When I had any questions, Attorney Snyder was quick to respond. He represented me in a settlement proceeding in US Federal court achieving a very fair settlement. I am very happy with my choice of Marc Snyder as my disability lawyer. Marc handled my difficult/unusual disability case with determination and assurance of getting me the denial of disability overturned. Marc knew that this reputable insurance company was known to reject 98% of claims right off the bat, and knew exactly how to handle them. Marc did not let up on the insurance company until he received the answers that we needed to get the disability claim to the proper people, that would actually look this claim over again and possibly overturn the denied disability claim. Marc's commitment to me was impressive. He answered my texts, emails, and phone calls immediately even if it was a weekend or a holiday. Marc got answers to all my questions no matter if he had to deal with the insurance company that was ignoring him, or not retuning his phone calls. Marc handled all the letters, notices or anything that came to me from the insurance company that were stressing me out without me having to worry. He did not quit, he persistently went after these people until he got a response. Sometimes it took days but he called them until he got someone even if he had to go above the person he was trying to contact.

Shopping around for somebody to help me Put motion in to have my custody order modified. I got his name off of neighborhood legal services. Every time I call this man he comes off cocky, rude, and arrogant, and he will not answer one question without discussing a payment I wouldn’t hire him to represent a dog just based off of the first impression I don’t feel like he would do a good job for me being somebody who has PTSD and anxiety and has been through so many bad experiences with the system to finally feel like you might have found somebody that came highly recommended to turn around and have them treat you like you are beneath them. I don’t think that I would ever want to represent me, so my opinion would stay clear of him. I need somebody that is really going to help me and it doesn’t cost every time. I ask the question. I understand attorneys don’t come cheap, but if I’m going through a special service It’s because my income is fixed Afford one of the bed is attorneys in the city I wouldn’t be calling on him.
