I didn't expect to hire Ben, but he chased me down to speak to me, not the other way around, and showed genuine interest and concern about my situation and my case, whereas normally, attorneys in Jefferson County just wait for a judge to issue them cases to handle, this was not the way Ben operates,and I'm glad for it.
While it has taken longer than I anticipated to pay his retainer, ($1500 isn't exactly cheap when you were recently evicted) he has been considerate and has worked with me, creating a payment plan to hire him, and have him in my corner, and believe me, I need a good attorney who is willing to fight for me, and I lucked out with Ben.
In my hometown, the public defenders office tends to work hand in hand with the state prosecutor, and it tends to end badly for those who can't truly afford a decent lawyer who knows what they're doing. If you need someone who KNOWS the law, and will FIGHT for you, CALL BEN!

I met Adam through a mutual friend and served as his Realtor when he and his wife purchased a house. Shortly thereafter I needed to speak with an attorney about an issue I had with an irresponsible home contractor. I contacted Adam and explained exactly what had happened. Adam and I discussed the fact that the damage I incurred was relatively insignificant but that I wanted to explore my options all the same.
From beginning to end, Adam was available, helpful and informative. He seems willing to take on any kind of matter and do whatever is necessary. More importantly, Adam is just a good, honest, trustworthy person who does what he says he's going to do and conducts his business with integrity.

Malcolm represented me in a consumer protection case in mid 2015. He was very understandable and listened to my concerns carefully and gave the most honest recommendations including- the best or worse possible outcomes from the case. He did not pressure me to make any decisions, rather would advice and give me enough time to make my own decisions in accordance to what I was comfortable with.
His communication skills were excellent. He literally informed me about every new finding and details about the case as soon as he can- through email, text or phone call. If Malcolm were running late for a meeting, he would call and inform me about it and even give the reason as to why he is late.
Malcolm is kind. For services that I could not afford, he referred me to the Memphis Area Legal Organization to aid me with some form of assistance. He also provided me with invoice documentation of every cost of his excellent services. Prior to my case, his good heart was also shown when he donated his car to benefit an organization I was working for as an intern- the Church Health Center, a clinic providing coverage for the working uninsured poor in Memphis.
He is a fast thinker, calculates his opponents’ thoughts wisely and makes a smart moves based on that. Due to his demands, the company I was suing was willing to drop the case even before heading to court and reimbursed me with enough money to recover my property. And with wonderful twists to the story, it was also featured on the commercial appeal newspaper. Malcolm is an excellent lawyer. I would highly recommend him for all your legal services matters.

Trip does what we expect, in the specified time, and for the agreed compensation. Perhaps, this comes from our clearly defined scope and long successful history. Or, perhaps it is just because he is good at what he does. He has reprensented me, my architectural practice and my family since the 1990's in contractual issues, adoption, and real estate.
