Mr. Mallicoat is a knowledgeable lawyer who attempted to help my wife and I with saving her Father's house from foreclosure. My Father-in-Law was preyed upon by a "foreclosure-prevention firm" and lost thousands before I spoke with Mr. Mallicoat. We were able to prevent this "firm" from scamming my Father-in-Law out of further money after speaking with Mr. Mallicoat. Unfortunately, we did up losing the house to foreclosure because the process was far too advanced before I got Mr. Mallicoat involved. Even still, I would recommend Mr. Mallicoat for his caring, knowledgeable, and practical help in legal matters.

Randy Spiro has worked with my family since 1988 and now serves three generations. He handles our wills, trusts, estate settlements and other associated matters. He interfaces smoothly with our financial advisor and accountant which is extremely important during estate reorganization, transition and settlement situations. Randy is extremely knowledgeable and competent. He provides periodic updates over the years so that our family is kept abreast of estate law issues. He has turned some of these topics into a series of easy to understand articles which he has posted online. I particularly like that fact the he delivers an initial draft for complete review and discussion rather than just providing a finished product accompanied by a bill. His documents are tailored to each client situation following comprehensive information gathering meetings. His work is completed in a very timely fashion. He does not swamp his clients with unnecessary legal overkill. He is available via telephone and email to answer questions that arise. Inquiries are responded to promptly. I had interviewed several lawyers before I picked her as my lawyer. She was the only one who called me back directly. The other lawyers had their secretary called me instead. She also had a novel approach to my divorce. Unfortunately, it didn't pan out. Throughout the case, she represented me even when she had to taged out of my case due to personal issue, she still helped me find a new lawyer. Her price was the most reasonable out of all the lawyers I talked to. She is not the type of lawyer who is trying to squeeze as much money out of you. She is very caring. Even though my case didn't come out as I would like, I would strongly recommend her as your personal lawyer.

They treated me great. I was rear ended by a semi when I was 17, and became a quadriplegic. They flew to Texas and became my lawyers and friends. Kurt and Larry are great people on general and amazing lawyers.
