I hired Beverly to manage the probate on my mother's estate. I found her by searching on Google, read her website which linked this profile, and saw the glowing reviews on this Avvo site, which convinced me to hire her.
Beverly made managing the probate for my mother's estate very easy. I was very lost when I was starting to manage everything and had no idea how any of the estate process worked, especially as I am managing all of it by myself. Beverly worked remotely on most things, and has office space to meet for initial meetings and signing papers as needed. She was quick to respond to all questions I had during the process via phone, text or email, and was very flexible and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to work with her again.

I worked with Christine, Kathleen, Joseph and Frank on my bankruptcy (mostly Christine) but the everyone helped out while Christine had her baby. They were all great to work with and very knowledgeable about the law and how the bankruptcy process would affect me and what the best avenues to go down were for my situation. I got hit with a lawsuit by a large Credit Card company over an unpaid balance (my fault) and I hired Joseph Mezher to negotiate the amount owned down to a much more workable amount with the other law firm. Mezher Associates were great to work with and very helpful. All of the other of the attorneys I consulted wanted me to declare bankruptcy, Joseph Mezher was the only one who help me work the other law firm to avoid doing that. Very pleased with the outcome and would work with them again anytime.

Mark Newman is the very best option as an attorney for you. Mark exceeded all of my expectations and is an excellent attorney. I was faced with an on the job life changing injury at a younger age in life unfortunately. I called Mark from a recommendation from my Doctor. I was injured and mentally beaten down from a concussion from work that trickled into one medical problem after another. Even when I just wanted to give up Mark took me through the process, listened and advocated for me time and time again. His final plea to the judge blew me away with, not only the legal knowledge but how much he really knew about me and my situation. My wife started the bankruptcy process about 4 years ago, before we were married. After we were married, Mr. Smith honored the initial retainer! After which, he took the time to walk myself through the steps and we decided to include myself in the filing. We worked together for 11 months making sure that the timing was correct for when to file. When the time was right, Mr. Smith quickly submitted the paperwork. Additionally, Mr. Smith accompanied us the the initial hearing himself. He did not send a representative, or leave us on our own. He stayed by our side the entire time. Extremely dedicated, open, and honest, with the patience that is seldom seen. I would definitely recommend his services.

Chris was very thorough and patient as he explained the nuances of estate planning. The plan he developed was in my best interest.

There are no words to express our appreciation for Lindsay. She helped at a time when we had issues going on with both our parents.
Our Dad had dementia. It made it very difficult getting him to understand about the Medical POA, Living Will, etc...Lindsay was very patient going over everything until she knew he understood about all the documents. She also fit us in to take care of this without an appt. (what lawyer have you ever heard of would do that). Someone who has dementia you never know what the day will bring. If Lindsay hadn't been so understanding what happened next would have been unbearable.
Our father broke his hip, had surgery, went into a home and died two days before Christmas. Just 2 weeks after everything had been completed. We were able to make the right medical decisions for him, pay his bills, etc... without any additional stress.
In regards to our Mother. I had taken upon myself to get my mom on Medicaid in 2010. Not realizing that we would lose an additional 50,000. All because I wasn't informed about what documents I would need to protect my parents and future generations. I even used a regular lawyer to write my dad's will. All of which was a bad idea.
Someone I knew mentioned using an Elder Lawyer and recommended Lindsay. Which I am forever grateful for. Lindsay takes care of making sure my mom stays on Medicaid every year. She made sure we had the right Will for my dad so that when he passed. My mom wouldn't be kicked off of Medicaid.
She is also helping us take care of Probate, etc...for my dad. Taking a huge burden off my family.
We tell everyone we know that is taking care of their parents. Don't make the mistakes we did. Go To Lindsay Graves and she will protect you and their parents.

Suzanne Land and I were first introduced through a mutual friend, after my husband's death. I engaged her to assist me with matters related to closing the marital estate, which was comprised of several companies and employed over 300 people at the time.
The estate was very complicated and there were many challenges.
I had no previous experience running a business or engaging an attorney or negotiating a contract. Everything about the process of closing down my husband's estate was stressful and frightening. I was emotionally brittle and Suzanne experienced my personality shifts with grace, compassion and understanding. She was always caring and always patient.
Suzanne had the incredible ability to take very complex issues and explain them in a way that was easy to comprehend. This was so comforting to me as I moved through this process to conclusion.
Here is an example that highlights her talent. The companies in the estate were being overcharged by a consulting firm on multiple invoices over months. I asked her to review a recent invoice sent and she quickly marked the entries where the hours billed were duplication of effort and the bill was cut in half. She took the time to explain the invoice to me so I could see how those hours were logged and where the duplication occurred, so I could speak to the company with confidence when I insisted they reduce the bill by 50%. They reduced the bill by half and I saved thousands of dollars.
Suzanne suggested ways to protect my assets, revised my will, established my family and personal trusts, even created an education trust for my son to safeguard the money I wanted earmarked for college. She is intelligent, extremely competent, detail oriented and possesses the sharpest instincts in all matters of business. I feel safe because she has handled my estate and when I pass away I know my son will be in capable hands, as she guides him through this passage of life.
When you call for an appointment, she is prompt to call you back and will often come to you. That is personalized service I appreciate.
Suzanne is a great legal talent, but more than that, she is willing to go the extra mile. My son was 8 when I met her, but when he was 20 and thinking of a career in law, I asked Suzanne if she would have lunch with him to talk about law schools, answer questions and share insights from her career. She didn't hesitate to give up her personal time to meet with him and encourage him, to discuss which law schools offered the best programs, and all the opportunities he could pursue in this career after graduation. My son found her advice extremely worthwhile. He so appreciated her going out of her way to do this for him.
It is great to know people like her still exist. She has integrity, character and compassion. Suzanne is the whole package.

I called Jeremiah when I got charged with my first OVI. He was very polite and actually listened to what I was going through. He did not try and sell me on why I should choose him. He asked pertinent questions and was straight forward with me telling me all possible outcomes. He told me his price and allowed me to shop around for other lawyers if I wanted without being pushy or a salesmen. I ended up going with him because he seemed genuine. I had never been through anything like this and it’s not a quick overnight process. When you are going through something like this a ton of questions pop up in your head and whether I called, emailed, or texted him with questions he always got back to me with a direct answer. Every ovi case and situation is different and outcomes may vary but I ended up getting charges reduced with no license suspension or points on my license. While a lot of the legal system is a cash grab, if you get caught up in a bad situation like I did, I would highly recommend giving Jeremiah a call.

Top notch business, estate lawyer and CPA. He introduced me to attorney David Moening of his office. David helped me with a codicil to my will, changing the name of the executor. and secondary executor if necessary. He changed the name on a power of attorney, and changed the name on a health care power of attorney . This was changed since my children were minors when I made my will. He prepared a declaration for funeral arrangement, and gave me three clean copies of everything. He spent several hours with me at the initial meeting and the execution meeting knowledgeable staff . It was professionally done.
I recommend Bill Hesch and David Moening as two of the very best attoneys in their field.
