Called to seek an estate planning attorney for a large estate, as well as for potential litigation in another urgent matter. Was told a lawyer would call me back. Days later, no call was received. My husband called and no one returned his call either. It will be one week tomorrow that the courtesy of a return phone call was not received. I would never trust or recommend an attorney who doesn't treat you like someone worth their time. Even more is the fact we are all University of Dayton alumni.

The Defendant and her Defense Attorneys tried many times and many ways to derail my lawsuit. Mr. Matthews was undeterred by all of their legal machinations. Craig T. Mathews and Associates has been filing mechanic's liens for our company to secure payments from contractors who have been building water and wastewater treatment plants for municipalities. We sell pumps for handling sludge and metering a variety of treatment chemicals in these plants. This is about $4 million in billings per annum for our company. We believe that this service has allowed us to reduce our accounts payable by close to $1 million. Before we started using these liens, contractors made numerous counterclaims and back-charges against us. Many were also slow in paying the performance "holdbacks" that are part of these contracts. The liens are a way that we can counter these claims. In fact, since we have started using this service all of the frivolous claims have essentially disappeared. This law firm can file in any state in the USA. Our firm is active in every state in the USA, as well as Canada, and most of Latin America.

Bankruptcy what can I say. We never dreamed we would be facing such a crisis in our life. But here we were. I am very thankful that Lester was recommended to us. He truly cared about us and our case. Whenever we had concerns he was very patient in answering all our questions. If we couldn't reach him during business hours, he would always return our call even if it was late into the evening. When we needed to see him he would work around our schedule staying later in the office or on a Saturday. We couldn't afford to miss any work, so he would adjust his schedule to work with ours. Was it an easy process? No! But Lester was always there for us and we knew he "always" had our best interests at heart.
