Our business is very niche, so our legal requirements are can be complex, unusual and take time. Frank streamlines the legal process, helps us make strong Legal and Business decisions. More importantly they have help us collect on Tens of Thousands of dollars of Loss of Use revenue and damage claims.
It is nice to know that we have a Law firm that works hard for us and cares about our financial profitability. I would highly recommend Frank and his group they are simply fantastic.

After searching for my first Lawyer, and speaking with three different Lawyers, Mr. Pautler was firm, upfront, and did not beat around the bush. Out of all the Lawyers that I spoke with, Mr. Pautler told it like it was. I knew I wanted to hire this lawyer for my first lawyer. Once, hired, Mr. Pautler exceeded what I had first asked him for help with. He told me in order to fix my problem, certain steps had to be taken. With his help guiding me to follow required criteria, he not only help me fix my problem, but also helped me re-establish contact of lost loved ones. Mr. Pautler was very respectful, curtious, and told me "how the law" sees it. When my problem was solved, he told me so and ended our interaction in an appropiate manner to end the billing. I would recommend and encourage you to hire Mr. Pautler as your Lawyer. Seth and I have worked together on the creation of a LLC entity holding a long distance real estate investment property.
He frequently went above and beyond to ensure the work was as perfect as possible. He always made sure to answer my multiple questions nicely and fully while providing transparency of the whole end to end process. When I first meet Jennifer in her office I was a nervous wreck. I had already served my children's mother with divorce paperwork and was trying to get custody of our children myself. The decision to make some changes to better my children’s and my life was important and had to be done. Once I got my children's mother's response I lost confidence and needed help. So I found myself Pacing back and forth in Jennifer's office telling her of my situation, I felt quickly at ease. Jennifer believed in me and what I was trying to accomplish. Jennifer and her team helped me resolve several post-divorce issues that came up two months before my last support payment to my ex. During my initial interview, Jennifer grasped the whole scenario within minutes, and before the end of the interview she gave me three possible ways to respond. In the end, we won in court on all three issues. After that, I used Jennifer and her team to tie up some more loose ends pertaining to my divorce. While Jennifer cost me a bit more than my previous attorney, I believe I got better results, so the investment was worth it.

I first start off by saying that Jack D. Clark is definitely the type of attorney one would hope to be referred to. I feel pretty lucky that I was referred to him myself. I sought Jack’s assistance in a tough custody case seeking a reversal of a parenting plan. My personal case couldn’t have gone better.
Jack represented me and my family very well. In preparing for hearings, trials, and mediations, he was well prepared, to the point, and down to earth. In court, Jack was very respectful, persuasive, thoughtful, and articulate. He had a great mannerism, kept me very well informed, and I found that, over the course of my case, it felt like he was not just simply my attorney, he was someone I felt that was really fighting on my side and was someone I could trust. I think that is saying something.
Jack also had a no-nonsense approach. He stuck to working on what mattered and was even able to find ways where I could get involved and help reduce my costs. I really believe that my kids and I received the best outcome that was possible. I also feel that I received a great value in his representation. Working with Jack D. Amy immediately broke down any cynicism I had about dealing with attorneys. She did so with her professionalism, honesty and ability to communicate. She took an awkward situation and reliably made the right decisions and did what was best for me and the case. When necessary, she was quick to address "bad news" directly, but with appropriate sympathy and sincerity.
At no time did I ever feel "nickel-and-dimed" or taken advantage of. In fact, I believe she took every available opportunity to reduce the risk of unnecessary charges, maintaining concern for my budget as if it were her own. Deane worked with us on our son's independent adoption. There were some complications with the birth father but those were worked out in a timely and efficient manner. From the time we first met to the finalization of the adoption was 4 months. It would have been 4-6 weeks had it not been for the paternal termination of rights.
What I liked best about Deane was his communication and professionalism. Whenever I talk to friends who have adopted through agencies, they describe a long and drawn out process and inattention from lawyers and social workers. Our experience was exactly the opposite. We are very happy that Deane was referred to us and served us well.

I came to be represented by Josh Camp after firing my initial legal representative (an LLLT). To say I was jaded and burned by my first legal representative would be an understatement, but Josh rose to the occasion and exceeded all expectations.
From day one, my divorce was high conflict but Josh has handled every scenario with professional ease. He has been highly communicative every step of the way, even contacting me on an occasional weekend if the issue was urgent (fortunately, this didn't happen often). While he's been phenomenal during the entire process (a high compliment given how challenging things have been), it was how he represented me during mediation with my ex and his lawyer that truly impressed me. Our mediation took 10 hours, and by hour 8, it seemed that the mediation might not work out and we would head to possible trial. However, Josh knew the position was was standing firm in and helped me achieve a fair and equitable settlement. He has ensured complete thoroughness, including walking me through word-for-word the settlement document drafted during mediation.
I also want to note that while his job was to be my attorney during divorce, which he did so to the highest professional degree, Josh also showed his human side though care and compassion. He didn't shy away from constructive feedback, but did so with the best of intentions and I truly appreciate that.
The entire law firm is "on it", working as a cohesive unit even when several different paralegals also touched my case. No stone was left unturned, and at the end of an arduous journey, I am left thankful for how Berner Law Group and Josh Camp represented me. While nobody wants to find themselves in need of a divorce attorney, should you find yourself needing one, I unequivocally recommend Josh Camp!

I had literally called every attorney practicing family law in Snohomish County. Jody Studdard was a referral from the very last attorney, who was going on maternity leave. All the previous attorneys I had called either would not take on a multi-state child custody case or had an astronomical retainer, which was out of reach for a single mom living in Alaska. Not only did he take my case, but his retainer was a fraction of all the others I had contacted. I thought, this was either going to be a really good thing or a really bad thing.
It was the best decision of my life! He took on a rather difficult child custody case involving three states, WA, TX & AK. There were some challenges, like getting papers served to the defendant on Fort Lewis. Jody was very organized before he presented the case before the Judge, so much so, that the judge cut off the defendants attorney and made a ruling in favor of the plaintiff, due to overwhelming facts presented by Jody.
I never met Jody Studdard, but I will NEVER forget what Jody did for me in 2003. He was truly my last hope. I am writing this review 17 years later. He forever changed the course of my life and my son’s life in a such a positive way I will ALWAYS remember.

After my wife died I had to go through probate because she died unexpectedly without a Will. We are so happy to have accidentally discovered Jelsing Tri West & Andruss PLLC in Everett, where Mark Jelsing practices. We couldn't be happier with everyone. We went to the firm for a different matter, but when it came time to work on some estate planning, Mark was the best. As a recent graduate, when he didn't know an answer to something (we had a very complex situation involving multiple entities and states), he was able to get some advice from his dad, who is a founding member of the firm. He also did a brilliant job handling a very special and extremely urgent estate matter that popped up on us unexpectedly. Mark has been involved in this probate/estate case for nearly a year. I think I was one of his first clients. Boy did he get a good case to learn from! I became a widow after only 6 months of marriage and we had not taken care of wills, deeds, insurance, etc. So you can imagine the mess Mark had to try and get to the bottom of. I can say that through his diligence and my determination, I was able to save our home from foreclosure and after a year, was able to purchase our home from the bank. Oh, and by the way, the ex-wifes name was on the bank note, not the deed, but the bank didn't want to talk to me. Let me also include, to make matters worse, that the person named executor to our estate, nearly 12 years ago, was no longer fond of the deceased. It has been an uphill battle that is not finished, but, Mark has carried me with his determination, willingness to find the right path, forging ahead like a bulldog, and continues to move forward. This case is probably one of the most frustrating cases Mark will see in a long time, which could be the reason no other attorney I contacted was willing to take. Although the reason for needing an attorney is sad, Mark has worked hard to see the positive in everything he has done. He listened to my story with empathy and endured the many days of tears.
Thank You Mark for your professionalism, empathy hard work and enduring spirit.

"We are extremely disappointed with the services we received from M' at Genesis. Despite having solid evidence to support our case, she advised us not to present it to the court, resulting in a prolonged and frustrating legal battle. After putting down a small retainer, M' quickly exhausted it on a single motion, followed by a bill that exceeded $800. Despite our attempts to communicate our dissatisfaction, Genesis never responded, and M' never offered an apology.
We eventually decided to represent ourselves and, contrary to her repeated warnings, successfully won full custody. The very evidence she advised us not to use was pivotal in our victory. Our experience with her was marked by condescension and a lack of attention to crucial details about our case and children. It became clear that her focus was more on financial gain than on genuinely assisting us.
I strongly advise anyone considering working with an LLT to think twice and shop around before choosing M' or Genesis. Our three-year ordeal could have been avoided with better guidance. There are many resources available, from free consultations to online legal advice, that can help you navigate the system without falling victim to costly and ineffective representation.
While M' may initially come across as competent and trustworthy, our experience suggests otherwise. We were left feeling disrespected, misled, and financially drained. I would not recommend her or Genesis to anyone seeking fair and effective legal support."

If you are in the unfortunate situation where you are in need of a family law attorney, Genesis Law is the way to go. I have never needed an attorney before, so frankly, I didn't know what to look for when I needed one. Genesis has a reputation for honesty, even ending things with clients if they find out they have been lying. My experience with Sean Moore at Genesis lived up to that reputation.
My case was a pretty complex and contested divorce (involving military benefits, four small children, a Guardian ad litem and a psychological evaluation). There were many hearings, an attempt at mediation and we eventually ended up in a 4 day long trial.
There were many delays and difficulties in this case, and Sean Moore competently dealt with all of it. The opposing side had severe, untreated mental health issues which made it difficult to anticipate what bizarre talking point would be brought up in a hearing and in trial. Sean Moore was both strategic and flexible in trial as needed in this situation.
I guess it is probably in poor taste to say someone "won" or "lost" in a divorce trial, so i'll just say that my children are now safe, i'm getting some compensation, and the other side's time with the children is severely limited until they receive and maintain mental health treatment. Thanks to Sean Moore, everything that should have rightfully happened in this case is now in effect.

I will never forget the fears that I felt when I went through my dependency back in 09. I hated myself for my mistakes and I no longer believed in myself. Mr. Wogsland never was too busy to work for or with me. He walked me through my case and fought tooth and nail throughout the entire process. He wouldn't let me allow the state or the father's to abuse their power. He gave me an OPD social worker and helped me navigate the entire process. Later when the case was closed and I had to go to court to protect my son from his dad Mr. Wogsland was able to provide me with documentation I needed from the dependency which ended up protecting my son again from his dad. Mr. Wogsland refused to allow my daughters dad and CPS to try to agree to extremely strict visitation denying me visits that wouldn't let me have my daughters overnight for 2 yrs AFTER I had completed inpatient at a PPW program and all the other court ordered Services I had completed already. Now I am coming back to him again because I know in my heart he can help me again. My youngest daughter was sent to Florida with her father who has been beating her and denying me my rights as a parent. She is in foster care in Florida and I am needing help getting information from my previous case. I know that I can go to Mr. Wogsland and ask him for his help in getting the correct documents if he still has access to them because he has already shown me before that he cares about my family and wants our family to be complete and with his help my daughter will be safe for the first time in 7 yrs. I know from how he has helped me in the past that we aren't just another case to him we are a family and we are important. I will always be grateful for everything he has done for my family and if you are in my shoes I wore back in 09 and you find out that he is assigned to you then this is your lucky day. You will have an attorney that will fight with respect to the courts and demand your rights are being met. Thank you for everything.
