I hired Amy Lopez for a Divorce, Child Custody and
Ex Parte Orders. I needed a Temporary emergency (ex parte) order because my ex-wife was unstable and on drugs and left in the middle of the night with my two daughters to a different County 5 hours away. Amy Lopez immediately filed an ex parte order to the Court to get my daughters back and I received a hearing date within days. I went to my Court Hearing for the ex parte and Amy Lopez addressed the issue with a Firm Professionalism that moved the Court to get me FULL SOLE CUSTODY of my Daughters! Throughout the entire process, she was exceptionally honest and prepared me for every step of the way. She was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns, even outside of regular business hours. I was being harassed by an ex. I mean this guy was following me, threatening to kill me and left the most vile messages on my voicemail. This was after I dumped him after finding out that he was a wacko. I was terrified he'd find me alone and kill me. Finally, Mr. Cavin came to my rescue. He successfully got a restraining order and in fact this wacko followed me to my attorney's office! I arrived at Mr. Cavin's office visibly shaken and crying. Mr. Cavin immediately ran out the door and caught up with my tormentor. He apparently scared the daylights out of him by saying a bunch of legal stuff I don't understand but after that, he left me alone. That day he was my knight in shining armor! I still looked over my shoulder for this wacko for months for fear that it would start up again and eventually I moved away from Fresno because I was so afraid. But I believe that he would have left me alone after the talking to that Mr. Cavin gave him. I remain grateful for Mr. Cavin's tenacity and going the extra mile to help and protect me. He's the best!

When I hired Mr. Cavin I had been trying to battle for myself in court trying to get back four children that had wrongfully been taken away. My Ex earned over $100,000 a year and I had no earnings. He had hired a lawyer and had representation while I had tried to defend myself. I lost everything without a lawyer. I had been a homemaker for 9 years and he emptied our bank accounts leaving me barefoot and homeless. He got a restraining order that kicked me out of the house, despite the fact he knocked me out in my home, claiming I was unconscious because I was drunk. I was in jail for 19 days until all charges were dismissed by a Judge at the first hearing. But my Ex and his attorney concealed that from the Family Court and got 100% custody.
When I first contacted Mr. Cavin I didn’t have the funds to hire him, but he talked with me on the phone for 90 minutes trying to encourage and educate me anyway. A few months later I borrowed the money and that was when my life turned around. I now have my children half the time, and I am working on getting full custody.
I hadn’t seen my children for almost two years when Mr. Cavin and I worked together and gathered the evidence to prove I had been set up on a false Domestic Violence charge by my husband. The evidence showed the Judge he was a liar and I now have three days every week with my 4 children. Mr. Cavin also got the bogus restraining order dismissed and got me child support and alimony that had been withheld for 2 years. It is retroactive, and my Ex owes me thousands, AND was ordered to pay my attorney’s fees.
Mr. Cavin and his staff handled my case with the utmost professional attention. As a client I feel that had it not been for Mr. Cavin I would never have been believed by the Court. Mr. Cavin truly has been my champion fighting a battle for me that only he could have won. The true care and concern I have received from Mr. Cavin has extended beyond my case and the court room. During my case I graduated from college. Mr. Cavin and his wife surprised me at my dinner with gifts for myself and my 4 children Mr. Cavin had gotten a court order that they be present for my college graduation despite my Ex’s opposition.
My case has been in the process for two and a half years. It is not over as we are now dealing with custody evaluations. But I know that no matter how long it takes Mr. Cavin will be there till the end. When Mr. Cavin takes you on as a client he invests his heart and soul into getting you the justice you deserve. My husband and I hired Mr. Flanigan to handle my in-law's estate planning prior to my mother-in-law's transition into long term care. Despite being an attorney, I had no familiarity with this area of law and we sought out Flanigan's office after several places recommended we speak with him. His staff is incredibly professional and followed up promptly, notifying us as we passed each step in the process. I went through a different attorney to create an Irrevocable trust to do what I thought was Medi-cal planning.
After about 8500 in hourly charges for this and that I was still without Medi-cal eligibility and without the support I needed to do it on my own. A social worker at Interim referred me to Mr. Philip Flanigan and said that she and others there in her office refer clients to him- that his office processes Medi-cal fast. I was happy she did. His staff was super sweet and they were so very accommodating *despite my overstressed nature*. When we got the notification from their staff that mom became eligible- I cant put into words how relieved I was. My regret is not going to Mr. Philip Flanigan first. I will be writing a negative review for the initial attorney. I recommend to anyone out there looking for an attorney with knowledge, experience, and a great staff that will walk you through to the end-- see Philip! He has been a life saver and I cant say enough how thankful I am to have been given his name. Thank you Philip and Staff!

Natalie Nuttall is an excellent attorney. I found Natalie threw my cousin who is an attorney himself in another state. He research many attorneys and found Natalie to be one of the best in her field. Natalie came to be my attorney during a inherentence situation for my father that he could not be in charge of due to his failing memory loss. Once that was done we moved on to a Conservatorship for my father due to his illness. She not only help me with my legal issues , she also helped me find and placed my father in an Alzheimer's facility that would take care of him 24 hours a day. Natalie has always gone above and beyond for me. She anwsers calls , emails right away. Even late at night. Any fears I had she is always there to put my mind to rest. During this very difficult time in my life with my father Natalie has been there for me. She has really become a friend in all of this. I cannot praise Attorney Natalie Nuttall enough. She was recommended to me by another attorney, and what a blessing that turned out to be. Natalie is such a knowledgeable, skillful, diligent and intelligent lawyer and her kind and caring demeanor made me feel very comfortable right from the very beginning in a very difficult situation in a case with issues to help me legally protect my mom and the care that she received. She is a very smart lawyer who is honest and straightforward. The day before I had a scheduled court appearance, Natalie was hired and took immediate charge of the situation and accompanied me to court the next day.
Natalie is very sincere, responsive, exceptionally competent and knowledgeable and very understanding. She worked hard to get an excellent result for my case. I cannot praise her enough on the outstanding job she did and the outcome that she made happen. She always made time in her schedule to make sure every issue relating to the case was promptly addressed and well taken care of.

I have called and left multiple messages and haven't received not a single one in return. She is lazy unaccountable has no actually empathy for others and only does the bare minimum if that of her duties she swore an oath to uphold as an officer of the judicial courts !!! I'm astonished she's still able to even practice she has not only done nothing to help me ,communicate , benefit me and my case whatsoever she's actually gone as far as causing me legal harm in my case it's beyond disturbing.
