I choose Gail to help me with a visitation petition. I first spoke with her on the phone and she was so empathetic to my situation and fully understood everything I was going through. I hired Mr. Marc Howard Weissman. All I had was a written will, leaving me as the legal heir of his estate; and even though I was not his family member, and this Will was not professionally written, He was still able to manage to intercede on my behalf, so that the Judge could recognize me to be the legal heir of his estate. He did a very thorough and professional job. I highly recommend him.

If you're searching for an attorney, you must consider one's experience, temperament, personality, responsiveness, and legal finesse in dealing with "divorce" especially when children are at stake causing an embattlement the likes of which the movie Kramer vs. Kramer looks like a Disney movie. Tony and I never went to trial, but fully prepared for it up to the day of trial. His responsiveness is uncanny. He does not raise his voice, is not aggressive, but when arguing points, he will back his opponent into a corner with untenable arguments. He responds to emails almost immediately. He knows the law. We dealt with the opposition consistently lying, as did my Ex, about all matters and were prepared to expose the truth at trial. Go for a consult. Its a no brainer to higher such a qualified, personable, and knowledgeable lawyer who is a regular guy. His office staff were also friendly, competent, and compassionate. He will also make you aware of all strategies, and the costs for applying each. After, forensics, law guardians, parenting coordinators, full trial prep, I'm satisfied with the outcome as much as one can be. I was ready to see this through to the very end, and did, with a competent attorney in Tony beside me.

update: My insurance paid for the attorney's time (you are making it seem like it was a free consultation) for this services. I paid my insurance with my money. Yes, indeed, this is not a free service but a paid consultation. It seems the attorney hung up on me rather than the call being disconnected because I called back, emailed, and texted the office afterward, but nobody responded, apologized, or at least returned my call. His last words before the call ended—or was disconnected, based on his own words—were that "his time is valuable." Such an unprofessional and stuck-up attitude. I was never informed beforehand that I only had 45 minutes to talk.
I believe I talked to Ron Cook. We had an appointment at 4 PM today, and while he was helpful in sending the information, he seemed annoyed when I asked questions. He expects me to read everything on my own and doesn’t want to provide further explanations when I asked him to give me a simple breakdown of how things work again because I was a little confused, and he did not want to provide all the information. He is getting payed to explain things, not to dismiss our concerns. He even mentioned that his time is valuable, but isn’t that exactly why he is getting paid—for his time and expertise? By the end of the conversation he hung up the phone, it felt unprofessional.
This experience reinforces my decision to go to law school. There’s clearly an opportunity in the market for professionals who know how to communicate effectively and treat clients with respect, no matter where they come from or what questions they ask. So far, 7 out of 10 attorneys seem to be quite stuck-up simply for having a JD and whatever piece of paper they get from the government. similar to medical doctors.

I tried getting in touch with my attorney multiple times, they never call back. I've been switched between 4 lawyers in 7 months and when something important happens they need to learn my case. I called to speak to a manager and she was REALLY rude, acting like I should thank her for getting me information I should have had a month ago, as stated in a letter that she kept denying to be true. If an owner or one of the main partners can get in touch, give me a call, same email as the one I used for your firm, you should be able to find my number. Otherwise I'm putting in a formal complaint in a 2 page letter I recieved from the complaint department. I'll give it til friday before I fill it out. I hope someone finally does the right thing and can acknowledge that I shouldn't have been called 20 minutes before my case to be introduced to the lawyer who would be representing me that I never spoke to before. Nothing has been smooth, ESPECIALLY getting a call back in the same week, none the less, it usually takes 2 weeks to get in contact and it's because I called back. I either want a solid lawyer from your firm that I speak to and they represent me, or i want you removed without pay. I'm hoping it's a specific lawyer who will be in touch, and if so, I'll remove this review. If not, on Friday I'm filing the formal complaint against the office.
Edit: in response to your reply, because i cant find the reply button for whatever reason.
If I call because I have a question, and 9/10 times I dont even get a cal back, then you're just flat out disrespectful and ok with it? because I have called and get no response. Ive had 4 different paralegals saying they were the new paralegal, and on my november hearing, i got a call 20 minutes from the hearing by the lawyer representing me, was not who i was told was supposed to represent me, and asked me for a run down on thr case 20 minutes before we were on call with the judge. Really unprofesssional, and your response, talking about my case and specific things, will be added to the call from the bar association.
It's nobody's business what kind of case with you, thats part of attorney client privelage. I took a snapshot, so dont worry about deleting it

Of all the lawyers I’ve dealt with in my life Neil Flynn at Horn Wright, LLP is the only one who took the time to listen to everything I had to say and answer all my questions before even discussing how he would be paid. Once we laid the foundation for our attorney-client relationship, he gave me several options including a straight contingency fee, a retainer/hourly rate fee structure or a hybrid of the two. His bills were always reasonable and when I questioned something he made sure to discuss it with me in person until I was satisfied. Before meeting Jayson and Donna, I attempted contact with two other attorneys to discuss my case, which involved getting my 97-year-old aunt approved for Medicaid and in-home care.
