Not Guilty Verdict on all Counts.
Synopsis:
Was found guilty through representing myself. Hired Kayla to represent me on appeal. Kayla did her due diligence in securing the necessary information to prove my innocence. She litigated flawlessly and raised necessary doubt as related to the prosecutions case. The judge stopped the prosecution to point out that Kayla had embarrassed the position of the state, that reasonable doubt was rife throughout, and that the prosecutions witnesses were riddled with holes and doubts as to the truth and validity of their claims. We are extremely pleased with her performance.
Excellent Job Kayla. I hope to never need her again for myself, but would recommend her to all those who need representation.

As my marriage deteriorated I needed to separate two businesses from shared control, one through ownership and one via spousal rights. The first time I spoke with Tilman Larson I knew I had found my attorney. Now that the dust has settled, my only regret is not hiring him sooner. After 15 years of marriage and a year of separation I was tired and sad and strapped. Mr. Lawson worked out a payment plan that worked with my small budget but he treated me like a client for whom money was no object. We had been to another attorney for getting a will, living will, power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney for our 81 yo father facing serious medical issues. After getting unresponsive service, we found Mr. O'Toole. He is clearly a subject matter expert in elder law. He was expedient and went out of his way to expedite and make it easy for us to get the services we needed, i.e., he went to my father's house to meet with all the family members versus requiring 5 people to coordinate to come to his office. He really knew his stuff. We heard less detailed and incorrect information about handling credit card debt and estate planning that Mr. O'Toole clarified with detail. I am very thankful to have found a great attorney through a blind Internet search. I only give a 4 star (vs 5 star) for Responsiveness, because (at the time) he was a lone ranger and was not able to have an assistant send us the docs. Other than that really insignificant inconvenience, he was great. I am not concerned about that, because I have hired big firm attorneys for a multiple of the cost and don't get the quality of service as Mr. O'Toole provides. Further, just after my father went into heart surgery, which was shortly after the docs were created, he texted me to see how he was doing. Where in this modern day do you get that kind of service anymore? Thanks, Mr. O'Toole. I appreciate it.

Attorney Dixon was the consummate professional. I had two cases with Attorney Dixon, a workers compensation case and an injury case. I have been a blue collar worker for over 30 years. I was treated unfairly after some on the job injury issues and Attorney Dixon helped me get my medical bills and workers compensation benefits set straight. Craig has handled a number of cases for my company, and he's fantastic to work with. In fact, we often have to remind ourselves that not *ALL* our various local counsel in different places are so competent. Craig's great with communication, but otherwise, you can send him a box of documentation and just assume the case is handled - no hand-holding needed. He is able to work magic for us, winning issues we'd never have thought we'd prevail on. He's got a great support staff as well, and they're easy and pleasant to work with, but I appreciate that, most of the time, Craig answers his own phone and is readily available.

In 2011, I had to file for bankruptcy. I called Chad Julius. During our first meeting, he explained the process and what I needed to do. At one point I was starting to feel scared and nervous. Chad told me I should feel relieved.
His instructions were: tell my creditors I was filing bankruptcy. Give them his information. Call him when they called me. When I told one of my creditors about my filing they were so furious I became upset. When I called Chad I was severely shaking. He told me not to worry about it (things got easier as time went on). If I had to leave a message Chad got back to me in a timely manner. Chad Julius was there every step of the way.

Between my medical conditions and still not knowing how much longer it would be until I can go back to work, there was a higher chance we would be so deep in debt since we were down to one salary. I went to Diane Baker custody case, she charged $3000 as retainer and exhausted all retainer within weeks not doing any benefit for me or the kids which was not what we agreed on from the beginning, and she asked for another $4000 retainer to continue my case without reaching any progress or doing what she promised from the beginning, I decided to fire her and complained to the bar and BBB as she has no work ethics and that can't happen in such a sensitive job that affects people life, please don't do the same mistake I did and find yourself another lawyer that actually cares and works for your benefit.

I was very disappointed with this attorney. He was trying to sell us a flat rate "total" package to take what he called an "easy" case. We opted for hourly services. After he received initial payment he was unresponsive and even worse the quality of work was unsatisfactory. Seems the easy part was taking our money. The case -- not so easy. He was more concerned with selling overpriced legal services than being great at his craft.
