Counselor Tyrell helped us through a very scary guardianship and adoption process. We had never been through anything like that before and the waters were extremely difficult to navigate as we worked to get all the necessary documents, signatures, interviews and court orders in place. Adopting a child, especially a child with which you've bonded, can be incredibly stressful and worrisome because until it is all done there is the constant fear some agent or agency may deny your application for a myriad of possible reasons! Add our unfamiliarity with the adoption process as a whole and you get the fearful, frantic couple that was us for the 3 years that it took to complete the adoption. The difficulties stemmed from the number of transactions that needed to take place between the State of Nevada, our daughter's birthplace and the current location of the birthparents which encompassed 3 different states altogether. Counselor Tyrell was very thorough and precise in providing guidance to us and helping us meet every requirement put forth by all jurisdictions/agencies involved! She was accommodating and informative EVERY step of the way. She held our hand through the entire process and was our constant rock when we would have bouts of discouragement! Her determination and concern for the success of our adoption application was clearly genuine to us. She became far more than just legal counsel. Ms. Jacobson became involved in my case within 4 days of a serious car accident. She immediately handled the issue of my totaled car on which I still had a loan. My high-conflict Ex had Filed for Divorce just as the Pandemic started and we went on Lock-down. I had questions because I didn't know if I even needed a lawyer. Lorien answered all of my questions for me, and offered me direction, before she even agreed to represent me. She represented and stood by me during my almost three years long, High Conflict Divorce & Custody battle that included numerous false allegations, false accusations, multiple false CPS cases, Extreme Parental Alienation, and multiple Smear Campaigns by my ex. Lorien always knew what to do each time something new was hurled at me, and she helped me prove everything to be false, so that my children were returned to me, while helping navigate me through the most difficult, heart wrenching, and stressful time of my life; as well as restoring my character and reputation, in court. We had 7 full days of trial, as well as many, many Hearings. She had many witnesses and expert witnesses testify, always on pointe when questioning witnesses, and never backing down to opposing counsel and all their shenanigans. I am on overseas investor based in Europe, that decided that the current Las Vegas property market offered excellent possibilities to purchase residential properties at attractive prices. It also offered better rental returns, combined with the opportunity of significant property value gains in the future.
I was aware of potential withholding taxes if I undertook this as an individual and thereby decided to open a company here in Vegas and thereby needed professional advice.
How I encountered Jason Walker and his company Jeffrey Burr was purely accidental undertaken only by the fact that I had driven past their offices on the West side on numerous occasions. Some would say this was pure Vegas luck for someone who could easily be described as a greenhorn when it came to business in the USA.

As if my Grandmother dying wasn’t hard enough on me and my family, I then had to deal with the horrible experience of probate. I was fortunate my grandmother was adamant I use her lawyer JK Nelson for the probate. Attorney Nelson and his team were compassionate and patient as they guided us through the months long process. I hired Robert Morris recently to handle the probate estate of my deceased mother's, and was very pleased with the results. During our initial meeting, he seemed to be quite knowledgeable about the probate laws that would apply to this particular type of probate estate, and took the time to explain them in detail. He had a patient, personable manner during this meeting, and was very upfront about everything. He charged very reasonable fees for this case overall. My deceased mother's probate case was approved without any issues, at every step, and all of the assets from her estate were subsequently released without any delays; this is the ultimate goal of any probate case, and his exceptional legal expertise absolutely helped bring about this successful outcome.
I later decided to have Mr. Morris prepare some trust administration documents for an irrevocable trust which I am currently serving as the trustee of. Again, he charged fair, reasonable fees for these, and also took the time to add some critical, necessary updates needed to conform to Nevada law (the trust had originally been drafted in a different state). I have since used these documents to handle a number of financial banking matters, and have had no issues at all with the banks when doing so. Having these properly drafted, well-prepared documents on hand to use for such matters made a very significant difference in terms of time, hassle, and stress when it came to administering this irrevocable trust; I have since realized how crucial it is to hire a skilled estate planning lawyer for these situations.
Mr. Morris provided outstanding work for my particular probate and trust matters overall, and I couldn't have been more impressed. I would definitely recommend hiring him and his firm.

Mr. Eric and his team, Lacey and JD, had helped my brother and I after a hit-run accident where our car was totaled.
